“Peter accepted our reservation at the last minute, which saved from having to camp in the rain. What a pleasant surprise it was to find all modern amenities in an old house that he has restored and renovated with great attention to detail and an exceptional level of craftmanship, from the door handles to the parquet to the shower. The next morning peter took us on a quick tour of his grounds which was very interesting. This is what the french call "un très bon plan !"”

“The host, Peter, is a great guy. He is very welcoming and no effort is to much. Because the restaurants in the area are closed on monday, Peter offered to make us a meal. Nice salad from his own garden, and he had no problem fixing us meat, although he is a vegatarian.”
