10.0 Excellent
Pros: Claudine and Eric serve a wonderful breakfast as it includes the usual fresh pains and croissants together with freshly cooked pancakes and fresh cherry cakes, boiled eggs from their own free range chickens, which roam around the huge garden, a variety of home made jams and maple syrup and all topped off with Nespresso Coffee. This B&B is a gem as it is about 6 hours drive from Calais and is just 4 miles from the motorway junction.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about staying here as it is a wonderful place to spend your first night in France. The hosts have converted an old farmhouse into a stunningly beautiful internal residence whilst maintaining some of the character of the original building--amazing craftmanship!

9.3 Excellent
Pros: This was a genuine chateau in the French countryside, where such a place was not expected. The location has a distinct rural feel, surrounded by a working farm and associated wildlife. The tower suite was spectacular - a real 'medieval apartment', as someone else wrote, and well worth the price. The in-house dinner arranged with the owner was very nice indeed, and fantastic value - 25 euros per person for four courses, and plenty of wine. The chateau had great rustic charm and the owner was very personable.
Cons: If you are not a morning person, breakfast is communal, at one table.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms and beautiful chateau. Owners very friendly and breakfast good. A unique experience.
Cons: No WiFi in room for the kids! But that’s just a small point.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It doesn’t get anymore Romantic than this medieval original Chateau. Absolutely authentic castle. Excellent quality bed and great antique decorations everywhere. We stayed in the tower suite. Sooooo nice!!! Extended french breakfast with cheese eggs fruit and more options, which is rare to get in France. Owner is friendly and has lots of humor. Good wifi, hot water, tea facilities in room, free safe parking. Not far from auroroute A71. Just perfect!
Cons: Nothing. remember that you are staying in a monument with huge measurements of everything, keeping this in a perfect condition is almost impossible. So expect some spiderwebs, dust and french country style atmosphere.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The wonderful buildings, the dinner was superb and excellent value. Our ‘room’ was more like an apartment.
Cons: No Shower, OK for us but not suitable for elderly or infirm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would recommend it to anyone. It is a magical stay at a very affordable price. Dominica is super friendly and welcoming. We keep going back!
Cons: Nothing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This chateaux was absolutely stunning and full of character. It felt like stepping back in time. The entrance was through a beautiful gatehouse, where we were welcomed by the lovely host. We stayed in a gorgeous room at the top of the property, which was more like a medieval apartment! It was huge! And marvellous! The property is very isolated, and you would need a car to get around, which was not a problem. We also had a very tasty breakfast laid out for us to enjoy, and the coffee was great! Overall, I loved it, and the host couldn’t have been more lovely.
Cons: Some may find it isolated. This was not a problem for us though.

Pros: The breakfast was good and varied. A romantic, rustic, peaceful place. The blue rooms had a comfortable bed.

Pros: The travelers car is realy nice to stay in, also they have real nice yurts. The place is in the near of the A71 but you need to drive approx 15 minutes to come there. It is a really nice and quiet place to stay. You can play Discusgolf, there is a pool and lots of facilities for the kids. Also I can recommend the restaurant, affortable and very good quality. The owner is a very freindly person who help you in all your needs.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The gypsy vans were very comfortable, especially the beds.
Cons: Unfortunately we got there quite late and due to the remoteness, we almost didn’t find anywhere open for dinner. We had to drive 15km away to find a restaurant that was almost closed but who graciously agreed to make us pizza and wine to take out. We also unfortunately did not get to use the pool due to our late arrival and early departure the following day so we can’t rate that but the facilities looked good. Only thing I would say about that however is that travelers not from mainland Europe should know that France (the entire country) seems to have a strict policy on gentlemen’s swim suits, they cannot be board shorts, they have to be speedos. A little subjective to the guys but as a woman it makes a change for it to be them objectified. Anyhow, it wasn’t this establishments fault but our male companions wouldn’t have been able to use this pool as we were not aware of this regulation before arriving.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything provided in our extremely clean and well equipped caravan with hot tub. Friendly host welcomed us and spoke English very well. Free parking
9.3 Excellent

Pros: Clean, convenient, free toiletries and bottled water
Cons: All good
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room comfortable including the bed. Hot Tub - a great way to relax after a five hour journey and even though it wasn't ready the manager went out of his way to get it sorted for us. Although an extra €44 the dinner was five star standard with service, presentation and taste. This was our second visit and would definitely stay again
Cons: Although we rate this hotel highly we do think that at a rate of €61 per night it should include breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The air-conditioning was a real bonus in the incredibly hot weather!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great stop over, traditionally French in that it is a little dated but it was clean, easy to park, a good nights sleep, aircon in the room, great beer in the bar and a Logis standard evening meal. Not salubrious but ticked all our boxes.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The owner was very friendly.
Cons: Our room was a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It had a small window that didn't open. We were downstairs in a house and upstairs was a French family with a cat and dog. Felt like we were in a cell. We paid for an evening meal because there was nowhere around locally. It was pretty poor for the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a marvelous stay at Le Petit Savriere and I highly recommend it. Pros: Excellent and very accomadating hosts. Interior decoration with a lot of antiques. The breakfast was outstanding, a real treat !! Beautiful and quiet location. Tony is breeding honey bees and produces excellent honey. Bikers are very wellcome, and you can park your bike in the barn. Lovely, comfortable bed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A little peace of England in the French countryside. The owner is a very nice English lady, everything cosy, comfortable and familiar
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely people, very friendly. Excellent ratio quality price. Large and safe private parking.
Cons: The only slight problem is that the main road is not so far away, and from the guest room , on the first floor, one could hear the far away noise of the traffic, but that should not be a problem if one prefers sleeping with the closed window.
