the general open space bathrooms are small for a modern hotel
Nice swimming pool, Nice view on the sea from the balcony. Too many rooms for our taste.
Restaurant staff was very nice & attentive. Support in booking horse rides etc. was fair, but a little but slow/unclear if it could be managed... poolwater is unheated - therefore in beginning of May still cold
A good hotel in a nice location, within easy walk of tavernas in Horto village. Good swimming pool, and large apartment-type rooms with large refrigerator, electric kettle and some plates etc. Nice sea views, and facitities for tennis and other sports. Expensive breakfasts in the restaurant - make your own in the room!
great breakfast,hospitality more modern rooms
the service has been given from the deep of thre hart the bathroom was too small
Very good breakfast. Polite personnel. Easy to find.
very friendly staff, got lovely big room with our own very large terrace on the third floor with nice view over the village - very relaxing. nice location in the middle of a very small very untouristy village at the seaside- good breakfast! dinner very good and reasonably priced. shower very small. it is also incorrect to say the hotel has parking on site - this is not the case. There is the possibility of parking close by near the village square, but there were never enough parking spaces. We ended up having to park very very close to a wall in a narrow alley - which only worked because we had a narrow car. Also the lack of elevator in a 3-4 storey building may be a problem for some - the stairs are narrow and steep and carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was tough. also signage to the hotel has to be increased! We drove by it the first time and had to drive quite some distance out of the village again before finding a place to turn.
1.it is a really family hotel. 2. the stuff was very nice, especially room cleaning. our room was perfectly clean every day before we return from the beach. 3. the sweets were very delicious. 1. buffet restaurant was only 2 days, other 6 days there was a breakfast with lot of bread and special greek sweets first, before main dishes. 2. the fotos of the hotel as it is near the beach are not the truth: in fact the hotel is situated at the distance of 15 minutes to go to the sea. 3. the hotel is situated in a very small village Afissos, there are no pharmacy and the nearest pharmacy is situated in the next village Kala Nera (10 km). 4. there are no places to dance in Afissos. 5. !!! the beach is stony, there is no gold dust there!!!
excellent breakfast with fresh local food small room, uncomfortable beds, tiny unusable shower
very welcoming hostvery good breakfast every day of local specialities and changed every day. Good variety small shower & wc
cleanliness, breakfast, staff hospitality the bathroom is very small.
pleasant and comforting 1.the so called nearby location for parking is a very narrow street,as the hotel has just 3 parking places.quite an adventure to park there although there is almost no traffic.forget it if you own something bigger than say an audi a4 or a passat. 2.the shower drainage was overflowing and wasn't fixed during our stay although we notified reception about it
The views from the balcony were superb and the bedding and pillows really clean staff were friendly and helpful. We were left to ours own devices just as we prefer. All aminities were close to hand The balcony could have been more private from the appartment next door
stuff was very kind and helpful, the room was very clean, view to the sea was excellent, beaches was just 5-10 min. walk. Narrow road to the hotel, parking area was a bit of a problem, in my room wifi signal was inadequate.
Self contained studio. Very large. Always clean. Small balcony with lovely sea view. Short (ish) step walk up from the sea, which could be dangerous for children. Strong WIFi connection. Uncomfortable pillows.
Hotel Agnanti is a very enjoyable place to stay. We have enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the nice rooms and the beautiful view from our terrace to the sea, especially the sunsets. Our kids could play in the streets around the hotel (almost no car traffic) and collect oranges and lemons from the trees. But most of all we have enjoyed the great hospitality. During our stay in October the hotel manager was always there for a smile and a chat when appropriate. We would definitely choose this hotel again for a next visit to Afissos.
The hotel was well run and the room was airy and clean. The bedding and towels were changed regularly and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was insufficient parking and not much parking nearby which could be a problem for people who struggle with hills. The balconies were not as private as we would have liked.
Friendly staff, excellent beds, good sized room, standard of cleanliness excellent, good view from patio, English spoken and local restaurants are excellent No kettle or small saucepan to boil water, no car parking facilities although plenty in the village
Comfortable appartment with all needed facilities, including washing machine; Nice hospitality; Poor road access for big cars, and lack of parking
Beautiful landscape, fresh air, location directly on the beach, far from any source of noise Road to hotel needs improvement.
The quite location, and the accommodation as a whole. The personnel and the welcome upon arrival. The manager/boss was not friendly when I informed about the fact that I had to leave one day earlier because of job reasons. He obliged to pay for the whole stay, although the conditions of the reservation mention that in case of cancelling at the latest moment only the first night is to be payed. The food in the restaurant didn't have a lot of tast
beach nearby-nice restaurant, good prices -quiet hotel especially for families with young children
Good location from which to explore the pelion peninsula. Quiet, comfotable and pretty.
I was so happy to find that they had restaurant service, as the village of Kalamos doesn't have any other restaurants, as far as I could tell. Beautiful spot, far away from the rest of the world. Their wifi service was down - one of the reasons I booked with this particular hotel. As well, it's a long drive through crazy mountainous roads (sometimes one-lane wide) to get to Kalamos from Bolos. The bathroom window didn't close properly so the bathroom was very cold, and I couldn't take a shower in the 12'c bathroom in the morning! Finally, I found it rather expensive for what we got and where we were located. For a similar room in Delphi, for example, I paid half the price!
