This family-run, 3-star hotel lies nestled in the forests and countryside of Brandenburg, a short stroll from the shores of the Netzen See lake and around 60 kilometres from Berlin. Comfortably furnished, cosy rooms await you at the Seehof Netzen hotel, all well equipped with satellite TV, a minibar and a safe. Wake up to a delicious, complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, before exploring the area. The hotel offers a bike and rowing boat rental service, or you can enjoy an interesting day trip on the Seehof's own passenger boat, the MS Emster. At the end of an eventful day, why not let the rustic restaurant spoil you with some hearty regional specialities, which you can enjoy on the terrace in fine weather.
Pros: A perfect location for exploring Brandenburg, Potsdam and Berlin (by train from Brandenburg). Lovely hotel right by a beautiful peaceful lake - great for swimming, rowing (they lend you a boat) and other boating activities. Meals on the terrace were a delight.
Cons: The address should be Netzen not Lehnin.
Pros: It’s been our stopover, and therefore was very important for us, that the restaurant is open up to 9 pm.
Pros: Good location, very quiet and by a lake but only just off the motorway. Made a very pleasant overnight stay on the way to Poland.
Cons: No evening meal service on a Sunday evening otherwise we would have stayed again on the way back.
Pros: A lovely location in the middle of the countryside on a lake. We borrowed one of their boats to go rowing, before dinner on the terrace.
Pros: Superb location in the countryside near the lake. Very helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. The room is huge, renovated recently. Outside there are a lot of wonderful flowers and birds. We liked everything there.
