you need a car if you stay there...
confusion and expensive brekfast expensive brekfast 15 euro person in not came again
Staff was very hepful and polite, hotel was very clean
It is clean and quiet. There is no lift. We have to carry our luggage to go upstairs.
I llike the comfort, the breakfast and the hotel facilities. When I made my reservation online I checked not smoking room. In my check in I was given a smoking room. Of course, the reception clerk changed the room, but he said the hotel is not obligated to follow the guest options.
the breakfast guests have to pay for the htel parking
The room was spacious, the breakfast was very good.
It was clean and quiet. Room was small as compared to others I stayed in. Did not like twin beds separated. Breakfast was good.
Staff very friendly and efficient Poor location if you want to go into the city
Personnel were very helpful, and breakfast was very good. No elevator, therefore not handicap friendly; outrageous prices for internet use.
Room was very pleasantly decorated. Just across street from Hauptstrasse to walk in old city of Heidelberg Hotel garage was a little difficult to get in and out of.
great location, the room is big enough for us, and the internet work very will.
The hotel was "Perfectly" located close to everything like public transport, old city, restaurants, shopping and also easy access to main attractions of the city. The rooms were clean and large, staff friendly and concerned about our satisfaction and needs.I Would give this hotel 10/10 None actually.Just that carpet was not clean in some places, we could see dark spots.
Very clean and comfortable. Right in the centre. Need an alarm clock. Also can be a bit noisy from trams and people out late at weekends
Everything was great. Great location.
I thought that the staff was tremendously helpful and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
Overall cleaness of the hotel Tv was not working.
Friendly staff with excellent command of multiple languages Nice shower with great water pressure
Excellent position, nice staff and comfortable room. Very good bakery really near the hotel with buttered pretzels!
Room was large, neatly decorated and had a very modern large bathroom as well. The room was consistently hot and when you try to cool it off by opening the windows you were faced with a smell of burnt food mixed with cigarettes from a restaurant next-door. Do not stay in a room facing the courtyard. Our room was 126, which was particularly bad. Additionally the hotel walls appear to be very thin and we seemed to be able to hear noise from all over the hotel.
We battled to find the address
The hotel was conveniently located. The room was very large and clean. Overall we thought it was a great value.
Central location was good and staff was friendly, The hotel was being renovated however I never heard a thing in the room. This is my second time in this hotel! I was not informed of the hotel renovations.. luckly they were very understanding and very quiet.
Very quiet ! Not enough international TV channels
Good location, nice clean room and kind reception staff. It was slight difficult to find a car parking area. Hopefully bath.
inside architecture and space proportions, deco color schemes quality of materials and outfits Very pleasant for the connoisseur
Pleasent location and facilities
Selection of Hotels in Mannheim is small - this is the most convenient and comfortable one.
Very nice hotel and specially very friendly people in the front. My room was big, clean, with a very nice view. It is very easy to find and it has a parking place connected to the hotel, so you can access your car without walking too much (safe from rain). The breakfast was not included.
spacious rooms, very modern and luxury bathroom, wooden floors (clean)
The hotel was in a typical turn of the centry building, but with all the modern necessities of a modern hotel. Very nice, comfortable architecture. The hotel was also very close to the city center (5 min walk through a beautiful garden). Internet in the lobby was also available and free. No complaints at all.
It's location to the shopping center & attractions, also the very friendly & helpful staff, along with the clean lesure facilities.
It has all that you need as restaurant, bar and a excellent spa. Our room was a litle small and do not has captain bell to help us with the luggage
The room was spectacular! Very comfortable, well furnished- amazing night sleep! the spa area was very nice- very clean and large enough to accommodate everyone without feeling crowded. it was quite close to the city and very accessible by car from the motorway. The breakfast was ridiculously over priced! We didn't try it but were quite insulted that in such a nice hotel they have the audacity to charge that much for some bread and eggs! The parking as well was ridiculous especially because from Saturday afternoon until monday morning its free to park on the street (highly recommended).
Very helpful staff and excellent location
The central location, and elegant feel. Breakfast price. Although the food was great, I felt it was overpriced.
location noise from pumps?or heating/cooling equipment
Nice and clean room. Easy access to public transportation. There are restaurants and shops when you walk across the street.
Facilities are outstanding, great pool area. Checked in a 1400, tried to make a reservation to the restaurant only to be told that is was already booked/reserved by an entire group. Parking is expensive, but I've always complained about it and it will never change.
Comfortable Hotel promoted wifi on Booking.com but staff had no idea about it. Couldn't log at all. Also it advertises restaurant for meals. The night we were there it was closed.
- Hotel staffs were very friendly. We experienced very good memory. If you visit Heidelberg with car, this hotel can be a good choice.
Very friendly management, lovely breakfast, relaxed atmostphere, ease of getting into town by using public transit. we have no complaints.
As we had a hire car and parking in Heidelberg is very difficult this hotel had parking and was on the edge of town the tram ran right past the door to travel into the centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price and 3 stars there was not anything i did not like
It is situated 15 minutes out of heidelberg, but hotel provides tram tickets, The owners are charming and very willing to help. The location is ideal for autobahns to Koln or Munchen. Maybe provide tea/coffe making facilities in the room.
Access to public transportation to downtown.
wonderful breakfast inconsistent room style: old door frames and wardrobe are ugly compared to the bavarian bed
Wonderful, helpful staff, extremely clean & welcoming personal touches, great location w/plenty of parking, good breakfast, dining outside enjoyable, easy walk to local stores & transporation around the corner. We loved it! Shower a little small and low water pressure, but the bathroom seemed new very well layed out.
friendly staff Towels are too hold and not soft. Room carpet is old and dirty.
Of the several hotels in its class that we stayed at in Germany this was the best
Modern rooms. Simple and efficient.
Excellent attention to making this a great place to stay if you have any allergies or sensitivities to chemicals. The restaurant is quite nice, with a great chef. Rooms are spacious and the location is a short walk from the old city and all the attractions of Heidelberg.
Chic, modern rooms. Decent location within walking distance of the Altstadt and convenient access to public transportation. Staff was very efficient. I felt like I was being 'nickled and dimed,' having to pay extra for breakfast and internet access. At other hotels I stayed on this holiday, internet and breakfast was included.
comfortable rooms, clean and nicely decorated. If you leave the window open, it is quite noisy. A/C is available, however, I prefer to have fresh air.
Freindly staff Small Rooms.
The rooms are very funky and have good quality fittings. The hotel is in a quieter location, but not too far from the Aldstadt. No iron/ironing board in room
Very good service and friendly staff No
The hotel is entirely new (interior) and is meticulously clean and comfortable; the staff were excellent. Ideal for a one or two night stay. Limited parking. The hotel garage was state of the art, but could not accommodate my E Class Mercedes as it was too long to stack and the on street parking meters will not allow one to purchase a ticket in the evening that is valid when required from 7 am the next day.
Brand new facilities, big rooms. Logical rate for wireless internet access. Rather poor breakfast.
Reamrkably good restaurant inside the hotel. Polite available staffa at the restaurant. Very cold and unavailable staff at the reception desk. Smiling is an unknown facial effort to them. On request help was delivered about the free internet available on the concierge desk only at the price of evident impatience. The parking lot is not high enough for a car taller than a spider. Parking on the roads is very expensive on working days.
Quality suroundings, amenities & location.
It's location was perfect oberlooking the old town which was just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself is excellently presented and the staff are extremely professional. It offers a spa which we didn't use, rear gardens with a summer house and jaccuzi again we didn't have time to take advantage of these facilities. Room very comfortable and clean. The fact that the carpark attached to the hotel was charged to you at at rate of 15 Euro's per day. It is incredibly small and I feel that the charge was unneccessary given the cost of the hotel.
it was a marvelous hotel very fine designed which covered all my expectations , small but fine . tip ask for a suite over viewing the river !
Great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre. Good personally service and excellent decor.
Beautiful & attentive to details decoration; outstanding & proactive guest service;
The hotel has an amazing view over Heidelberg and includes stunning rooms and really friendly staff. It's a little on the pricey side
The bathroom needs complete remodling and renewing.
Easy to find close to the old town. You get what you expect Service in the bar, we finally left without being serviced.
Friendly, clean and nice hotel The sap facilities might be more attractive
Very comfortable room, with attention to details. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities, excellent choice for breakfast
Staff were excellent
The food was great and the location suited us very well
During his stay at the hotel most of all I liked how the staff restaurant I did not like that from my hotel bill withdrew the amount is more than I spent. So, during my stay my account was blocked more than 4000 euros, while the cost of my stay was 2800 euro. At the reception I was told that within 3 days the amount will be refunded to me, but the last 7 days, and the money to my account and not credited. I think that this is not good practice to hotel
View of the river/river walk to downtown was nice. We enjoyed the walk, but it may be far for some (2Km). The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. We booked business room, which entitled us to the business room only for snacks and breakfast. It was a nice quiet area for sitting, reading, eating and worth the extra money. The breakfast was very good. Check out was slow
The comfort , silence and the cleanness in the hotel. The hotel procedures hotel are as an european hotel ( I was expecting an american procedure ). By the value of money I recommend this hotel. The staff of the hotel needs to be better trainned to provide information about the city and surroundings.
The hotel bar and staff was friendly with an excellent atmosphere. the location was not great. There was nothing else nearby. We had to go into the old town to find anything of interest.
Lage dinner on the sept 19th was not good. My steak was luke warm to cold. I was very dissapointed. I am Marriott Vacation Club member.
Nice TV, room very clean and well furnished.
The fresh orange Jose in the reception desk The bath towel is old and bad smell , toilet is small , the building is very old but the furniture is new
There was a problem in that they had not booked a triple room, but this was sorted with minimal fuss in that they gave us an extra room for free. We were travelling with children, and although the menu etc did not have children;s options, and we were worried about being out of place at dinner, the restaurant staff were really kind and brought free ice cream and noodles for our younger children and made us feel at home. Nice to have swings and slide outside for them to play on too. Rooms reasonably spacious - quite nosiy from car park and main road, but no problem for us. Located just across the road from the fantastic Luisenpark, where we spent a whole day. The swimming pool was really nice but very cold! The hotel was further away from the main shops and restaurants than we expected, but a nice 15-20 min walk (through the amazing Wasserturm and fountain square - you must see the fountain at night).
It was near the location where I have a course Breakfast is too expensive, and wifi is not free. It would be nice if it would be included.
clean free car park Calm Coffee machine and water The internet access is a RIP OFF !!!! Free of charge, the line is 512 K which is just ridiculeous in the 21rst century. The premium access is charged 10 euros per 24 hours for a promised 100 Mb line...I paid and I had 3 Mb !!!! Despite a complain, nothing back ! the bar is also very limited :(
Clean and modern no kettle in room
Pool area was very clean and tidy. Room was well decorated and a safe in your room was excellent. We felt that as a four star hotel there would have been tea and coffee making facilities in your room, very disappointed there was not. All hotels in England have this facility. The cost of the breakfast was also very expensive.
room was comfortable and it was a good price. not too far from the centre with lots of public transport.
Thse staff was friendly, the room had nice view Windows could not be fully opened. Breakfast was not included and was expensive (15 euros)
Located near Lueisn Park and the staff being freindely and very helpful No
Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was great.
Good size room, good location, free and safe parking The bathroom was not bad, but already for some time in need of general upkeeping
Staff very friendly Close to town center, but room was very quiet parking free I always feel hotels over charge for breakfast, It's much cheaper to eat away from the hotel
Short drive from where we wanted to go They were full so we didn't realize we did not get a non-smoking room until we tried to get to sleep and could smell the smoke remains.
convenience to local needs
Large comfortable clean room and staff who speak English and are friendly. We think it would be good to have tea and coffee and a kettle in the room.
You simply know what to expect at Mercure Hotels and their prices are average to medium level. Breakfast is quite expensive (EUR 13,= per person), while normally the average is about EUR 5,=-EUR 8,= per person.
Practical place to sleep. No more, no less.
The staff were very pleasant and able to answer any questions in English. The room was very clean. Air conditioning would improve the quality of the rooms.
The friendly help fom the lady working at the desk was outstnding the rooms in the hostels were bigger and allowed us more freedom
The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating to all my needs. The room was clean. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel met my standards.
We had a Club room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were the most comfortable we've found in Europe. It is a basic Holiday Inn but it was clean, comfortable and easy to sleep. It was convenient to the autobahn. We would recommend the hotel. The internet was terrible. It was expensive and then would not work with a Mac. We were over 2 months in Europe and this was the first time this had ever happened. Thankfully, the hotel reimbursed my internet expense.
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were efficient, and there were convenient trollies for luggage, as well as an excellent varied breakfast of both hot and cold food. As we were next to an exit, we had a lot of noise in the morning from deliveries arriving at the hotel.
The staff were very friendly. I was on a business trip and the location for the highway was fantastic. Restaurant being open until 10.00 p.m was a big help, I didn't arrive until 8.30 after a long day and to be able to eat good food was very nice. I tried to watch Sky Sports on pay channel but couldn't get the system to accept my room number. All instructions on the TV were in German
The hotel has a very good position near to the highway, the facicilies are ok. When you book and pay!!! A room in advance with 1 week and at your arrival the lady from the reception says that she don`t find your reservation ... It`s quite terible !!! But in the end, after she was upset why I`m asking to check what I pay 1 week before, and with the kindness help of booking staff everithing was ok !
It was clean and they had service in English and also had some TV programing in English Out of the way, I would have prefered being closer to Heidelberg
A good place to prepare the Kraichgau triathlon.
comforable rooms and good food we didn't like the dining outside by swimmingpool, there must be also the opportunity for dining in th restaurant. After discussion they arranged for us 2 places in the restaurant after complaining.
It was a clean hotel.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was lovely. The location is just a 10 minute tram stop for the Heidelberg. The hotel has maps and info for help! Size of room was very good. Our room was a tripple room and an extention above a garage. On first glance i wondered if it would be ok. But it was clean and comfortable and exciting for the kids climbing the ladder!
Spacious rooms, clean and well designed. Construction nearby and no hotel parking- a little distant from the river.
Charming room with very good sound proofing. Despite being on a busy road, with the blinds and windows closed we couldn't hear a thing! It was a little further away from things than we expected, but for four of us it cost the same to get a taxi to the train station as it would have to get public transport.
The staff were helpful but do not normally help with suitcases You could easily issue a location map, it was difficult to find and to park. Our bedroom looked out onto some dismal roofs; the balcony was for smokers, the ash tray, cigs all over roof needs to be cleaned. For its facilities it is expensive.
The Tower Room was lovely and having a real double bed in Germany is a rarity.
Location and ease of transport
the service , the staff , the location and breakfast Parking challenge afternoon, bed mattress were too soft [ got up in the morning with back pain ] , going up the stairs [ no elevator] with heavy suitcase is not comfortable . the room is missing a desk and chairs .
The Staff was courteous and accomodating to english speaking quests. The breakfast(included) excellent-the food was fresh. We would stay again. It's location is 3km from the old city but the hotel only 1/2 block (a 12 miniute ride) from the tram stop. The tram costs about 2 euro each way per person parking is on the street but it is not easy finding place close to the hotel
The staff were very efficient and freindly, we had a very spacious and comfortable room and were allowed to park in the private hotel parking area. The hotel is very easy to reach from the motorway and very convenient for visiting the touristic sites of Heidelberg beingshort tram ride away.
(1) The room (in particular bathroom) was meticulously clean, that means a lot to me (2) The non-smoker room was a real non-smoker, i.e. not alternating no
Beatiful building, great location, very modestly priced rooms, cheerful and attentive staff. Had a great stay there.
My room was remarkably small given the price charged. I should have been told that I would be staying in a tiny room at the time of booking.
Hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. would stay again Breakfast was very expensive
excellent position and staff, spatious and quite rooms room service was not operating on one of the day during our stay; Internet connection was not free of charge;entrance had steps so we needed help to climb up with the baby trolley; it took several days and tries to get a confirmation of the availability of a babybed, maybe the email address on their website is not working
The staff were brilliant, the front desk staff could not do enough for you, the food was very good, overall I would give it 10/10, as would my travelling companion. My friend used the leisure centre and found it great. no, very thing was fantastic, a very pleasant hotel.
A beautiful hotel in a lovely location, well maintained and very good food. Having to leave after only 2 nights.
Stay was short and sweet - no disappointments save for no fig mustard with evening meal :-( See above
I liked the convienence to the city. I did not care for the idea that the food was so expensive and the choice was small. Also I think that something should be worked out with the city so that paying a regular rate for parking the car could be reduced or eliminated.
location I booked a non smoking room but given a smoking room which had the most horrific odour of smoking in it. Value for money 1 out of 10.
opportunity to use a kitchen within the room
New/Remodeled hotel, very clean and comfortable, great staff, good value for the price. Somewhat hard to find.
It was bare minimum. Lack of lights, TV very difficult, wires hanging everywhere
Rooms were large and clean We had to 'Shlep' luggage to third floor - no lift. small parking lot was full and we had to look for parking on the neighborhood. breakfast was minimalistic
The Hotel room was spacious for two, the complimentary bottles of water in the room was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
The hotel is in a very cute neighborhood - unfortunately, parking is a little complicated there. We were welcomed by the woman on shift and checked in well before our check-in time with no problems. She let us leave our car in the tiny lot while we went out on the town. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the shower head bracket on the adjustable-height rod wouldn't actually stay in place and slid down to the lowest position. I informed the woman that checked us out and she seemed genuinely interested in getting it repaired. The breakfast was good and fresh.
The staff was wonderful - very kind and helpful. Since I was on my own with a 21 mo old child for part of the trip the kindness of the staff made a huge difference. The room was huge - perfect for our toddler to have a chance to play at the end of the day. The kitchen was also a great convenience. The breakfast was good - simple and good quality products every day. The design of the hotel was beautiful - very elegant, clean modern lines. Something that was pleasing to us as young family. When we return to Heidelberg I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The tram ride into the city was even fun and easy! The kitchenette did not have any cooking supplies....no pots, pans, plates, forks spoons, etc. We bought out own at a local grocery store so it was not a big deal but it certainly would have been nice.
The staff is very friendly, location is quiet and convenient
very nice hotel,in a green surroundings, clean room,wi-fi included in the price.
staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, you can really relax after a hard walking day, from the street you cant hear anything From my point of view was a little far from downtown
Good clean well appointed modern hotel. Used by us as an overnight stop as half way between home and Austria. Buffet Breakfast plentiful and well presented. Free parking at rear of hotel.
The Staff have always been polite and very helpful everytime I stat at the Hotel.
Excellent hotel. We were very happy we stayed. Staff is extremly helpful and go out of their way. Our room was perfect size/clean/nice. It's very easy to find this hotel and a great spot to anchor yourself for daytrips in the area. breakfast is not included in room rate but it's not a big deal.
excellent breakfast....walking distance to main square..easy parking
It was very easy to get from the autobahn and very close to the castle. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast available at an additional cost was worth it. We really enjoyed our stay.
The sauna facilities were amazing! It was very far away from everything. I went to a wedding in Heidelberg, the purpose of my trip, and nearly missed it due to the taxis in the area being over an hour late
Friendly personel & comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet & conveniently located for Heidelberg & surrounding area.
I went down to Schwetzingen to play in a golf tournament and this hotel was a great value and very comfortable. Breakfast was charged separately but well worth it. They had everything on breakfast buffet. Also the beds were very comfortable as European beds go. There is also parking available behind the hotel.
friendliness of staff
The staff were very helpful, the 3 bed room was very good value for money evening meal limited option
Hotel was very nice and the rooms where of a great size Lots of noise from the surrounding buildings even though in a quiet town
Friendly and helpful staff. Although I speak some German, the staff did speak English when needed. Good location. In the parking garage, the area open to the public is very, very cheap on weekends. Guests don't have to stay in the hotel area. Window faced nearby playground. Because it's summer, kids were out playing until dark (late) and were loud even with the window closed.
A comfortable hotel located centrally in the town and within easy reach of the motorway. Close to Hockenheimring for motor racing fans.
Clean, efficient with friendly staff. Very good breakfast The rooms on the second floor are directly under the roof and tend to get hot. It was 28c when I was there and airconditioning would have been welcome because it was very hard to get to sleep in a hot room.
Nothing fancy, clean and nice hotel. Easy to travel from, nice staff -
no tea or coffee in rooms
Very nice rooms; good price for room -reason for reservation Pirces of breakfast not mentioned at check-in. Charges were big surprise at check-out. Should not be the case.
the size of the room, very large! Cost was high for 1 person only in the room. Additional cost put me off breakfast. Cost of parking high compared to the public space in the same facility.
It was a convenient location for me and the room was large. The hotel is in a relatively quiet town although my room overlooked a road that had regular traffic (except during the night). The hotel was clean and well maintained and the breakfast was good. On the whole I thought the staff could have been friendlier but this may have been due to the language barrier (I cannot speak or read German).
Location is great, very close to the train station. Reception staff really helpful during our stay. Despite been on a main road I found it to be very quiet. I left clothing in the wardrobe, I called the hotel twice and also emailed them, they said nothing had been handed in. It would have been nice if they checked immediately rather than wait for house keeping to find it.
it was comfortable, no complaints
Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. 24 hour tea and coffee facility at reception which was not charged as no facilities provided in room as is usual in hotels in England. Excellent reception staff.
It is close to the train station, convenient for traffic Poor facility.
Proximity to the Hauptbahnof
Nice hotel, not too big and very friendly staff. Excellent location in Mannheim Nothing to report
Very friendly and helpful staff Proximity to the station / trams etc Comfortable beds - quiet room at back of hotel First room offered was at the front of the hotel - very noisy and vibration from street
Good location, nice breakfast and nice staff The shower was horrible in room 203
Great location right near the station with very helpful staff. The shower curtain was in a bad state and required replacing.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Room very well equipped. Very clean hotel. Requested non-smoking room at booking but was put into a smoking room. Much to our disgust. Service at breakfast not as good as in some other hotels.
The employees and facility. Josaphine at the reception desk is wonderful. Everything was super
Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
I hope to came to germanty and stay a gine in this hotel
Gym was not really a gym, pool was very small.
Location Air conditioning not working
Everything was great
Lovely restaurant with excellent food and service. Rooms were very nice. Rooms were very warm the first night so difficult to sleep
Staff, Great attention to all my requests, especially Karina from the restaurant, excellent attention and kindness to speak in my lenguage (spanish). Small tv.
the facilities, the shower in particular...
The welcoming was good and the hotel very clean. Decoration was nice. Very good situation in the city. I had to wait so long for check in, the door of the bathroom was transparent and the room very small for the price I pay. Unfortunately they had to work at 10 am very close to my room and so I left earlier than I thought because the noise was impossible to stand!
The location was great to get to the centrum, staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Food not available on the weekends and no room service or fridge in the room.
This was our second stay at a well run hotel in a central position that is perfect for both sightseers and those who have business in the city area. On both occasions we have been troubled by overheating of the hotel in quite mild weather. It seems silly, and wasteful, to have to use the room air conditioner to counter the central heating, which we have found particularly overpowering in hallways. Breakfast is expensive at 15E when you cannot put it on the office expense account. Better to eat out.
Early Bird price, free computer to use It would have been nice to have public transit information sent with confirmation, e.g., taking train from Frankfurt airport disembarking in Mannheim at the Hauptbahnhof stop and tram directions from Hauptbahnhof to the hotel, including tram multi-use ticket fares.
breakfast was great parking at extra payment 12 euro, bed little bit too soft
I loved this hotel, modern big clean rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent value. After staying in some hotels in e.g. Denmark that were double the price and half as good, I really enjoyed this place. Only snag - a bit far from the train station. But this hotel is great.
The hotel was new, so the interior was modern too. I like that. One of my reasons to choose for Mercure Hotel mannheim am Rathaus. The temperature of the shower was fluctuating a lot. Then cold, then hot. Although I knew that there was no bath in the room, I always like to have a bath instead of only a shower. Censurship on the internetcomputer is something I canNOT appreciate. I could not visit some gay orientated sites. I do not like that at all that Mercure decides what is appropiate to see on the internet or not. I felt discriminated by that!
The cleanliness, location and comfort of bed I did not like the clear bathroom door. Not enough privacy for use.
Modern and nice hotel, good location! Nice staff, good value for money!
