Pros: The grounds and accommodations were spectacular! The staff was friendly, helpful, and exceeded my expectations. Even though there was a business conference and full accommodations, they worked an upgraded room for my family when our heater wasn't working the first night we arrived. The property was great for my toddler to explore and all of us to enjoy!
Cons: It was challenging having a 2 year old with us. Glasburn seems to be geared for couples and business travelers with a dress code for one of their dining rooms, reservations required for both dining rooms, and an overall quiet environment that I felt uncomfortable bringing my talkative and rambunctious toddler into.
Glasbern Inn is a great choice for a stay in Fogelsville. After visiting the fitness center for a workout, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights at this historic inn include an outdoor pool, and rooms offer iPod docks and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: The location is good - right off route 78, but not close enough to notice highway/traffic noise. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: It's a little dated - furniture and sink area were scratched/dented.

Pros: Location to dorny park and cleaness
Cons: I had an overall great experience however the next day they didnt clean our room until after 5p which was my only complaint.
Cons: I reserved a room with two queen beds and only received one queen bed and a small sofa bed that I had to make
Clean, convenient, and friendly staff make this a win win
Pros: Hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating,
Cons: Ice maker beeped loudly both mornings of our stay...out of ice, I guess. Loud enough to hear in room
Pros: Loved the lobby! Beautiful. Clean. Modern. Full of light. Spacious. Tall Ceilings. Excellent.
Pros: It was nice and clean
Cons: What I didn't like about the hotel was the waiting to check in waste of waiting time. For those who have time to do stuff also. Breakfast was not included in my package. Which never been in a hotel with breakfast not included. I pay --- for ONE night
Pros: Greeting, restaurant, atmosphere of main lobby
Cons: Jacuzzi was broken. Noise level very early in the morning from other customers.
Cons: They overbooked their handicapped rooms so the first night was uncomfortable for our handicapped son. The second night we moved to a handicapped room with a very noisy heater.
Pros: Clean, bright, everyone was cheerful and helpful and we arrived late after a long day
Cons: Didn't get to spend enough time to take advantage of all the amenities

Pros: Convenient location for our trip. We ran into the woman who cleaned our room - she was an absolute sweetheart. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The room smelled terrible- like cigarettes, urine, and mildew. The window did not open, so I bought Febreeze to try to remove and hide the smells. The combination of smells stayed with our luggage and clothes even after we left. There were three microwaves - two non-operational. There were nails in the wall where there had been pictures once. The end table looked like it had been chewed. We've stayed here before and it was great. It was a busy weekend with a car show, so this might have been an "overflow" pet room. I hope they fix it. In the meantime we'll probably spend more and go elsewhere.
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom faucet dripped.

Pros: Excellent value, close to interstate, fridge/microwave
desk was very helpful when I lost my room keycard
Cons: slight smell of cigarette in the room even though it was a non-smoking room.
Pros: Location was great. We have family the live near by so we stopped for a quick visit. The hotel staff (front desk-maid) were nice. The room was clean and great for the price.
Cons: The beds were a little hard(Cheap) but for the price and only 2 nights not bad. The room was a little older but clean again for the price and 2 night it was ok
Pros: My husband and I stayed from July 23 -26 2015. The staff was very friendly, asked every day if there was anything we needed, did we have a good night sleep. The room was kept clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel is minutes away from the highway,
a diner, farmers market stand, Appalachian RV Resort , and much more.
Cons: lack of tv channels
Pros: The quiet area and greenery
Cons: The service provided by the older man at the front was so TERRIBLE that I was near tears trying to bite my tongue and NOT tell him off. So angry in fact that my boyfriend had tl step in and tell him he was rude. At which point he then told my boyfriend off. He threw my receipts and debit card at me, and chased me out of tv's office because he have me his signed copy by mistake but spoke to mgr as if I STOLE it intentionally. NEVER again. Terribly rude. ALSO big downer, key deactivates after 11:30 and when my boyfriend called him down for assistance, he was told off and spoken to like an idiot... AGAIN
Pros: The room was not clean looking. The sheets were stained and dirty looking. The paint was peeling of the walls and ceiling. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom looked dingy and were saggingespecially over the shower. The shower needed a good scrubbing abs the water controls didn't work well. The wifi didn't work at all. The tv was poor with no channel guide. The clerk was pushy and demanded a good review.
I will never stay there again.
Pros: The sheets were clean and room was very clean. TV worked and remote. New mattresses I slept really well. Clean bathrooms. Quiet motel. Appears to be going through renovations.
Cons: Hair on the walls in the bathroom. Clean room just a little more attention to detail. The floor looked clean but to walk across it barefoot you could feel dust and dirt.
Pros: The facility is under renovation and the improvements are great! I especially liked the new tile. Very Quiet compared to some other locations that I stayed at.
Cons: Room temp was 62 degrees when I arrived. Took awhile to warm up. Had to move furniture to plug in radio, which got basically no stations. Largest problem was the long black hairs in the supposedly cleaned sink.
Pros: price and location, room smelled good and A/C worked well
Cons: room in less than average condition. had to hold handle on toilet to get it to flush, carpet pulled in spots, shelf in closet loose...afraid to put anything on it. staff was very matter of fact...not very friendly.
Cons: No elevator to 2nd floor.Late night front desk employee was unfriendly, and very hard to understand.
Pros: It was good for a one night stay.
Cons: No pool. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Pros: It was a reasonable rate and located right off Hwy 78. We just needed someplace quick to stop for the night.
Cons: It was challenging to deal with the night clerk. They were polite but we were exhausted from driving all day and it felt like it could have been easier. The breakfast bar had nothing to drink for the children.
Pros: You do not even give room for all the bad details I wanted to type below.
Cons: The first room they gave us had a curtain torn so badly that more than a foot of daylight would come through and we had to ask for another room. The second room smelled bad, we had to get key cards changed twice because they did not work, the breakfast w
has potential. would stay again if it were clean and smoke free. not a bad area. staff wasnt friendly and inviting.
Pros: location, somewhat updated room
Cons: filthy, dirty, nasty, unfriendly staff, smelled like smoke in entry, dirty breakfast area at 3 pm, leaking roof, not enough towels for 3 adults, dirty floor, tv remote broken, lights not working, very dusty air conditioner, dirty toilet and shower!
Pros: Coffee in the morning.
Cons: They didn't have the room that my confirmation stated. 2 queen beds, we got one bed. Desk attendant was not very nice about it. Room was SO SMALL.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Needed a non-smoking room due to allergies. Had to go out to get fabreeze allergen blocker in order to be able to stay in the room. Have us a handicap room but it had a small tub not accessible with wheelchair. Tile in the bathroom very slippery.
OK for the money--have stayed here before and will again.Close to Kutztown U.The price has jumped a bit since last year.
Pros: Nice bathroom. Breakfast was adequate.
Cons: The sheet on the bed wasn't crisp; although I doubt it wasn't fresh it appeared to seem like it hadn't been changed prior to my stay. There was a claim for wireless but I couldn't get it on my phone.
