Pros:I've stayed here several times and am never disappointed! The hotel room is always exceptionally clean with an ample supply of towels. My bed is always comfortable with better than average pillows. It's nice and quiet too! The hotel is located in the Leonardtown Square, so there are several cafes and restaurants within a block or two. I've always had a pleasant experience with the front desk staff. For the price and location, the Executive Inn can't be beat!!

Cons:Wi-fi did not work at all during my stay. Hot water took forever to come on. I don't think they bothered making breakfast in the morning because not many people were staying there. Mediocre
Pros:The location is nice, with several cafes, bars, and local attractions within walking distance. Overall the room and common areas were adequately clean.
Cons:The main problem I encountered was the water. The hot water, depending on the morning, ranged from inadequate to non-existent. Even after running the shower for ten minutes and then spending five more minutes in a cold shower, there was no noticeable improvement in the temperature. After the first morning, I brought this to the attention of multiple staff members, each of whom said that this was normal, and that even if I changed rooms there was no guarantee that I would have a better experience. The solution I was given was to wake up early and let the water run for a while. I'd understand if it took a few minutes to heat up the pipes, but the expectation for me to wake up an extra half hour or so earlier than usual just to get luke-warm water is just absurd for a hotel. While most of them were at least apologetic, it did not seem like there was any intention of fixing the issue. A couple of them said it was a problem with the city water, which made no sense since it was a temperature problem, not a pressure problem. Furthermore, the cafe right across the street had scalding hot water, so I find it hard to believe any city water-related issue would only affect the hotel building... Sounds like management was putting the employees in the awkward situation of making up excuses for a problem they weren't willing to acknowledge. If it weren't for that issue and the apathy that accompanied it, I probably would have had an enjoyable stay. Instead, I would recommend against staying here. Yeah, they're kind of the only place in town, but next time I come down here I'll gladly rent a car and drive the extra 10-15 minutes to one of the other nearby hotels.
Pros:Hotel was clean and nice, although the sink was very show to drain.
Cons:Property owner used a master key to enter or room while my wife was there alone. He did not wait for her to answer the door. Very disconcerting.
Pros:I liked the convenient location. Not only was I close to family I was visiting but being centrally located in downtown Leonardtown was nice. The price for our stay was a decent rate for the four days and three nights we stayed.
Cons:The wifi was horrendous. It only worked one night. My boyfriend needed wifi in order to work while we were on vacation and was unable to do so in the hotel. The breakfast was too basic and stale. As a mother I feel there should have been more fresh fruit options and better selection of pastries other than week old muffins and bagels. The staff was friendly and got us what we needed, however they were always on their cell phones. The staff also threw out things that were not theirs to throw away when they cleaned the room, such as my sons toothbrush holder. The shower ran cold or took forever to heat up.
