Excelsior Hotel Gallia exemplifies all that is special about Milan, a dynamic and creative capital of Fashion, Design and Gastronomy. An established landmark since 1932 and located in the center of the city, the hotel has a rich heritage that combines fluently with contemporary interior design that is seductively Milanese and reflects the finesse and character of the city.
Pros: Food , room ,lovely staff q
Pros: Great location. Loved being next to the Centrale train station. Easy in and out. Metro right there. The breakfast was outstanding. Make your own juices, omelette station and great salmon made the breakfast fabulous along with great service.
Pros: I like the location which is just beside the Milano Centrale as we travelled a lot using trains in Italy. The food during breakfast. Finally as a Muslim i can eat a proper breakfast and not just bread and cornflakes. The staffs are really friendly, helpful and informative too! They are willing to help us in any way and some can also speak a little bit of Bahasa Malaysia too! They have gratis services from the hotel to Duomo as well, and if you are lucky, you could ride a FREE Maserati car to Duomo.
Cons: Nothing at all!
Pros: Loved everything!!
Pros: Convenient location right by central train station.
Pros: This was our second stay at the hotel, both times for one night between flights. It is a fantastic hotel that meets every standard! Would stay there over and over again.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Pros: The location is fabulous! The attention to detail in the the rooms is wonderful.
Pros: We were given a gorgeous corner suite. Loved our bed, the bathroom was large, all the little amenities were a nice touch, and amazing service!
Cons: Parking is by reservation only so make sure to arrange that in advance. We missed that bit in the booking notes.
Pros: The location
Cons: The toilet was very near the wall that it was hard to get the toilet paper. For the price of the room and their theme of luxury hotel they should have invested on Japanese Bidet Automatic system
Pros: The room was really nice. The hotel is really nice
Cons: The price of the parking at eur 40 per day. I simply find it a bit high. But the service provided was good.
With a stay at Hotel Principe Di Savoia - Dorchester Collection in Milan (Central Station), you'll be steps from Piazza della Repubblica and 10 minutes by foot from Corso Como. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 11 meeting rooms available for events. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.
Pros: Shuttle service to shopping area (very convenient when carrying a lot of bags) close to train station, delicious breakfast
Cons: Spa at hotel is overpriced and has mediocre spa service, otherwise hotel is fantastic!
Pros: Opulent hotel, nice respite
Pros: Everything about the hotel and the stay.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.
Pros: Great Hotel, great staff
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.
A stay at Chateau Monfort places you in the heart of Milan, within a 15-minute walk of Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The style is just great. All tiny details are taken care about. Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Big congrat’s to the whole staff and thanks.
Cons: All was great. A bit distant from Duomo area (40 mn walking) but a direct tram (line 19) goes straight there in some 15-20 mn.
Pros: location of the hotel is very convenient to reach everywhere staff were very helpful breakfast room and food were wonderful
Cons: nothing that we didnt like
Pros: We had a perfect stop in Milan during our honeymoon here - very elegant and very romantic. Can't go wrong here.
Pros: Convenient location, good services, nice design, comfortable room… a great choice for stay in Milano.

Pros: Fantastic location, helpful concierge and a fabulous breakfast.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel.
Pros: location excellent and friendly staff
Pros: top area for shooping
Pros: all mentioned above. location, service, room space (stayed at normal double)/ expensive but it is worth of it.
Pros: The room
Pros: The staff are very good and helpful
Cons: The breakfast buffet
Pros: The courtesy of the staff. Everyone was absolutely fantastic, from the doormen to the guest relations manager Anja.
Cons: The rooms and the corridors are a bit too dark and the room furnishings a bit too austere.

With a stay at Grand Hotel et de Milan - The Leading Hotels of the World, you'll be centrally located in Milan, just a 4-minute walk from Teatro alla Scala and 9 minutes by foot from Pinacoteca di Brera. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and limo/town car service. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events.
Pros: position was great . Lobby beautiful . certain staff were very good
Cons: our room was very disappointing for the price we paid. We did complain but no one really cared. The shower smelt and we felt squashed and claustrophobic . Fitness centre was not clean
Pros: Location was awesome. Room was immaculate, hotel had classic Milan Charm.
Pros: Just as a good hotel stay should be.
Pros: A place which kept its ambience of old grandeur without being stuffy. Very friendly staff throughout. An extremely pleasant stay.
Pros: Location. Clean. Staff
Cons: Price can always be reviewed
ME Milan Il Duca is the go-to sophisticated lifestyle hotel in Milan.Born from the architect Aldo Rossi, it offers a true contemporary interior design experience The hotel’s restaurants and bars are open to those who love to discover new places for going out. STK Milan, the steak house with a American bar and DJ. The Radio Rooftop Milan, a rooftop bar with a view of the skyline, a lounge bar in the hotel entrance hall, and a summer bistro, the STK Garden, in the hotel’s garden.
Pros: Very modern decor, Extra clean , helpful and very friendly staff, excellent location, five stars service Rooftop restaurant is amazing I loved the place
Cons: Nothing , everything about it is perfect
Pros: Modern, clean, well-designed room (we upgraded to a suite).
Cons: There was no staff stationed on the drive; we had to seek out a bellman each time we tried to valet. We also dined at STK and the rooftop for brunch and service at both was very slow.
Pros: I actually rather liked the place. The rooms are very comfortable and vast, with very nice bathrooms. The overall place is stylish and nicely laid out. I particularly liked the bar and the restaurants (our diner at the steakhouse was wonderful). Though not directly located in the center it is just a few metro stops away from the duomo and the fashion dustrict and a few minutes walk away from the new Porta Nuova area. It suited me very well.
Cons: The gym is OK... but considering the space some equipment could be added the complement the basics provided.
9.1 Excellent (1,145 reviews)
In the heart of Milan, Baglioni Hotel Carlton - The Leading Hotels of the World is within a 5-minute drive of Teatro alla Scala and Piazza del Duomo. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Service was top notch and location is unbeatable - really great for shopping, restaurants, duomo, etc
Cons: Breakfast at italian restaurants is not fantastic and this was no exception Decor feels a bit old
Pros: Hotel location, staff and food were excellent!
Cons: Hotel rooms are a little out dated.
Pros: Love the fact this is not a big hotel, rooms are generously proportioned with beautiful bathrooms and the amenities you would expect from a luxury 5 star hotel. It is extremely well positioned in the heart of the exclusive shopping district. The restaurant is gorgeous, with a lovely ambience, fabulous staff and great food and wine. The staff were all excellent, extremely friendly and approachable, whilst being very professional.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like. There was only one small negative during our stay, which concerns some construction work going on opposite one side of the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault but the workmen started very early in the morning and it was extremely noisy. That said, we were offered another room, so they did whatever they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we appreciated their helpfulness. I could not fault any of the hotel staff, they are truly excellent.
Pros: Everything !
Pros: Excellent location. Nice decor. Nice bar.
Cons: The hotel is 5 stars but just on the surface. The ac in the room didn't work properly, dead mosquitoes with bloodstains on the walls in the room, odd lighting system which makes you toggle all 4 bedside switches to guess which turns off the light you wanted, shabby linoleum floor in the spa. Ok breakfast but no more

Pros: Coffee, ambience, aesthetic, collection of arts, friendly staff
Cons: Nothing in particular
The NH Collection Milano Porta Nuova, formerly known as NH Milano Grand Hotel Verdi, is close to Porta Nuova, Milan’s new business district. The center of the city is also a short walk away and provides access to taxis, the Gioia metro station and the Porta Garibaldi railway station. The Pinacoteca art gallery and the Brera district are just steps away from the hotel, while guests can shop, dine and unwind in the Corso Como area which is 5 minutes away (ask our Guest Relations for tips and must-seeS as well as off-the-beaten-track places to visit!). Guests at NH Collection Milano Porta Nuova stay in ultra-spacious rooms, completely renovated in 2018) many of which come with a beautiful view of the skyline. The relaxing decor features wooden floors, dark furniture and an elegant and sophisticated palette, with warm grey, green and gold accents. For modern comforts, enjoy flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. A fresh buffet breakfast is served here every morning and includes cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, and cereals accompanied by fresh fruit juices and fragrant coffee. Tablafina gastrobar offers tapas with local produce. You can explore the city on one of our rental bikes or make use of our private parking. There is also a fitness center and for small meetings or interviews guests can use the lobby area (with a dedicated smart working corner) or one of the Suites, arranged for this purpose.
Pros: We liked everything. Room was spacious and beautiful although designed in dark colors. I prefer it this way because it creates chill ambience. Beds were wide and comfortable. Room and bathroom perfectly clean. Staff is super helpful and nice. They gave us good tips about neighborhood like where to go for breakfast when we arrived. Good communication with the hotel before checking in. Each request was fulfilled although it wasn’t a big thing it was very convenient when you travel with a small group of friends. I loved they provide a small hand cream among mini cosmetics. Plus I like NH cosmetics however I would not mind if NH switched to better quality & natural cosmetics.
Cons: A bit far to cathedral plaza, 30 minutes walk. Metro lines also 5-10 minutes walk. But still it is a walking distance even considering the main railway station.
Pros: Great room, great location. OK breakfast, decent value for money.
Cons: Wi-fi wasn't very good, kept crashing. Only one little milk sachet wasn't enough but I'm nit picking.
Pros: Nice hotel with a design in the new Nuova area. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
Cons: I stayed two nights in two different days and different days. The first room was perfect, but when I stayed again the A/C was not working properly and the toilet seat was not very clean.
Pros: Everybody was friendly and warm. We got an upgrade completely compliments of the hotel which was a great surprise. The location is very Central to stations and metro lines.
Cons: The suite room should have slippers and bathrobes.
Pros: Location. Big rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: Air conditioning was closed during my booking on October. I couldn’t keep the windows open noisy street
Pros: Large hotel in good location. Desk staff friendly and efficient. We had very nice rooms with view across city. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive.
Cons: Car park is very difficult to access
Pros: The hotel is close to the train station, the staff is friendly and the room was very nice.
With a stay at Hotel Magna Pars Suites in Milan (Navigli), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology and Santa Maria delle Grazie. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Milan? This hotel has 12917 square feet (1200 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: Great room very clean and comfortable bed. The service was amazing all staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The parking. They didn’t provide card access for the car garage or valet parking service. Every time we needed to park our car we had to stop the car near the hotel entrance and call someone to open the garage for us. The same thing when we needed to take out the car..
Pros: First of all, hotel building is very nice. For people who loves architecture will be very interesting! In this area are many nice restaurants special for locals, with very authentic food. Reception is big, a small garden inside the hotel. Nice! Hostess are welcoming! Angela from restaurant was very kind and warming:) breakfast is delicious. In room coffee, water for free. Nice!
Cons: House keeping must read cards in front of the door before disturbing guests! 7:00 at the morning knocking to the door with “do not disturb” sign was bad idea... just for mineral water... be ready: during Sunday evening housekeeping not available. So, I can say this is a 5 star. I think in 5 star hotel must be more personal touch for guests, like a letter from GM, some flowers in reception, welcome drink etc.
Pros: Staff very attentive and friendly. Lovely welcome.
Cons: Room felt basic for costs paid.
With a stay at NYX Hotel Milan by Leonardo Hotels, you'll be centrally located in Milan, within a 5-minute drive of Corso Como and Castello Sforzesco. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out.
Pros: Location, clean room.
Cons: Climbing up the high front stairs. No water bottles as supplements.
Pros: The location of hotel is suitable for this trip because the hotel is closed to Milano Central Train Station just 3 minutes walk, so it will be the best place to use the train to visit surrounding city of Milan as one day trip. And one more thing during my stay here I found the wonderful experience that in the evening before darkness I saw thousands of bird (I do not know what kind of bird ) fly back home to stay overnight on the tree in front of this hotel and before they landing were they fly show like a huge parade for a couple minutes, it’s amazing!.
Pros: Excellent Location...Friendly staff...great bar!!
Pros: Staff efficiency
Pros: Can't believe how close the hotel is to Milan Central train station and free wifi works well. Hotel room is large but getting around the hotel can be a challenge.
Cons: The hotel floor plan is like a maze particularly if one is given a room stuck right at the back
Pros: Good breakfast. Great location.
Cons: Music too loud at the bar
Pros: Everything, the welcoming the guys outside helping us with the luggage, the lady on the front desk, the bartender very nice, the happy hours...and at the check out the young guy helping us the luggage, the location...we were very impress, compared with hotel we stayed when we got there on 10/25...now we now where to stay next time...TY!
Cons: The only thing was the pillows, I will prefer soft and fluffy pillows...but it was only one night..but everything else 10+
Pros: Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and great value for money.

Pros: Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Rooms were very small. Breakfast area very small and crowded. Corridors very narrow. Elevators very small. The entire hotel was a little claustrophobic.
Pros: This hotel was great! The room we had was very small but we were not there much so it was fine. The bar was great and the staff was excellent, so friendly and remembered us when we came and went. Being able to personalize our room was amazing!
Pros: The front desk staff were professional.
Cons: The hotel is in need of updating. It looks tired. It did not meet up with my expectations, based on published reviews.
Pros: Hotel Berna is very close to the main train station and handy to all transport. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping is handy. Great for exploring the city. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful.

Pros: Great breakfast with excellent choice and very fresh
Pros: The location is perfect for visiting Milan. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious !
Pros: Location near train station, very helpful staff.

Cons: I was amused by the two single beds but not at all put out by it.
Pros: Very easy to reach from central train station and metro. Fantastic breakfast buffet - everything you want and more!Super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Our double room was pretty tight and too full of mirrored walls, but the bathroom and shower were large, there was a beverage fridge with free waters and sodas AND room to store that leftover pizza slice or two.
Pros: Free full breakfast Happy hour
Cons: Not close to I'll Domo Room very tiny

Cons: The swimming pool wasn't heated in winter.
Pros: Good location. Amazing view from the rooftop. Staff is very friendy. Room is decorated very nicely.
Cons: Breakfast and Parking are very expensive. Outside pool cannot be used in the winter as it is not heated much, roughly 20°C. Sauna and steam room cannot be used in the early morning as they are still cold and I guess take some time until they heat up.
Pros: Very nice breakfast with choices to order
Pros: Beautiful pool. Good breakfast spread.
Cons: It's a shame that few people actually go in the pool. So many people take pictures, but nobody swims.

Pros: Good breakfast & good value
Cons: Lights in room a little confusing
Pros: My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The neighborhood is amazing and the restaurants within the property was awesome. Pizza at Decimo was homemade and delicious.
Cons: The only thing I can say that isn't a deal breaker is that there isn't a gym within the facility. The fitness center is across the street with an additional fee. But one can always just go for a run on the street. No big deal.
Pros: Lots of parking space. The staff was very friendly and provided milk for kids even at late night.
Pros: High quality accommodation and service. The Borgolecco is a top hotel. It is very well maintained, clean and resourced. The room was comfortable and of top quality. Reception and service staff are excellent. There are two good restaurants in the same building, open for both lunch and dinner. This is my second stay at Borgolecco and I will definitely stay again.

Located in Milan (Citta Studi), NU Hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Piazzale Loreto and Piscina Romano Ponzio. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Milan? This hotel features 807 square feet (75 square meters) of event facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location nearby metro Room Breakfast
Cons: The promise of exceptionally clean room was not fulfilled. Bathroom did not (at all!) live up to any expectations. Restaurant embarrassing. (Dinner not good, breakfast so-so)
Pros: the hotel is perfect. Very convenient for public transport, in a quiet area and the staff is helpful and friendly. Also very good wifi.
Pros: We liked the staff at the hotel. They were all helpful and engaging. The bed was super comfortable and the room decor was tasteful. The breakfast was very good and had a generous and varied selection. We also had an excellent cappuccino. W
Cons: We did not like that there was not a good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Pros: Good hotel, clean and nice restaurant.
Pros: Nu Hotel is modern & visually attractive. Reception, Breakfast staff were friendly. Bed, duvet, pillows comfortable. Mini Bar re-stocked & has variety. Shampoo, soaps, body lotion etc were above average standard & re-stocked daily. Shower Head fantastic.
Cons: Nu Hotel may be visually attractive however functionality goes out the window. Room 506. Windows collided with ceiling light shade which is massive & reading lamp. If you choose to have a window open the curtains can’t be drawn at all as they’re electric. The bathroom. Mould was present around the shower perimeter, emergency cord was 100% covered in mould with shower base plug broken and completely loose. The shower door cannot close as it does not meet the glass paneling causing water to cover the floor in front of the toilet. Also the wall which needs repair due to regular water present. Towels were used to sop water. You ask for environmental reasons to re-use towels yet there’s no where to hang the towel to dry. There’s also four sections of masking tape on the shower floor which are coming off. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom meaning mirrors cannot be used after shower. Sink has round plate which was loose due to damage. Breakfast, scrambled eggs and bacon stone cold as Bain Marie’s have no heat connected, yet yoghurts were warm. Minimal variety, selection for breakfast. Waiter collected plate, cutlery very promptly yet there is no additional cutlery for an additional breakfast helping.

Pros: The room is like one of a luxury hotel: beautiful, comfortable and very spacious. Staff very friendly.
Cons: The restaurant serves frozen meals. You need a car if you stay there.
Cons: when you put the shower on the wall you get 1 cm water on the floor of the bathroom
Pros: The goal was a 4* hotel at a good price and close to the airport. The Maxim met and exceeded the expectation.
Cons: The check out from the car. I had to stop my car for the check-out with no parking sign, blocking the car behind me.
Pros: Spacious, elegant comfortable room. Loved the whirlpool tub.
Cons: Restaurant was adequate at best. Recommend taking a short walk to nearby dining.
Pros: I use this hotel several times a year. Its always a good stay.
