The breakfast room was very nice.
Even though the beds were new, the hotel seems old. The carpet was worn in places, the hallway carpet was really dirty looking and the rooms smelled bad. So glad I had spray lysol or I would have had trouble sleeping. The lobby & breakfast room are beautiful looking. The desk clerks were very friendly & helpful. Walking up to our room the carpet is filthy so makes you apprehensive what you will find. The room looks nice but smelled like old playdough. The beds are new & comfy but I had trouble getting past the smell. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. Both rooms we had smelled like old dirty carpet.
Basically exactly as expected.
Carpets were FILTHY. Didnt notice until we picked up the baby and her feet were BLACK, as were my husbands socks after about 10 minutes.Overall the hotel was what we expected. Great location right in Lewisburg. Only thing we have to complain about are the FILTHY carpets. Absolutely nasty. We had to wear shoes the whole time and not let the kids on the floor unless we wanted their clothes to get covered in black dirt.
The staff was very helpful and went out of the way to give me directions where I needed to go. They were very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Lots of outside noise and room numbers were hard to read.I would give it three stars and I would stay there again.
Staff was cheerful and kind
Too much noise. Cost seemed high for what you got
Proved to be quieter than expected based on location.
This was our most expensive night during this travel. Ours was a smoking room--I should have asked at check-in.This is an okay motel/hotel--standard two-level design--located adjacent to I-64 and to a small shopping area. Price is steep for a two-star rating, on the other hand, not surprising because Lewisburg is a tourist town. US219 is the main street into the town itself, two lanes; afternoon traffic was very heavy (Friday). Everything was okay; nothing spectacular.
