Our waitress was superbe. Pillows too small.
We only stayed one night on our way to Italy and enjoyed the warm welcome, excellent food, friendly staff. The hotel is situated on the main road to the Gran San Bernardo which is why we chose to stay there
food was excellent at the restaurant, room was excellent value for the price, staff was friendly and helpful, especially Louis
Hospitality of stuff
stayed at hotel for 2 days, very nice and in the middle of town.....
On our way from Holland to Italy, we stayed 2 nights. The hotel is situated directly on the route, and is also a great starting point for walks in the mountains. Good restaurant. Interior a bit old fashioned, but who cares...
Nice welcome by the owners and good services for the value. Location a bit out of the usual touristic places but it's a good choice if you want to visit the pays du St. Bernard region.
Personnel friendly I was not able to connect to the WiFi, but I could have asked the password, I was just simply too tired. Maybe, staff shouild give the password to guests by defgault
The owners and the staff have been extremely kind. Due to a late flight arrival, we informed them that we would check in at 3:00 am and they said that it was no problem to call them at that time and they would open the hotel and give us the key, which they did. In the morning, as we woke up late, they had even kept the breakfast room open until we arrived for breakfast (10:00 am). Everything was good for a hotel of this category, and we found the price/quality ratio attractive. We recommend it for stop-overs from Milan enroute to Verbier.
okay for 1 night. Extremely uncomfortable bedding and suspect linen!
A pleasant average hotel with lovely views of the mountains, comfortable beds, a shower and a bath. Rather near the main road through the valley, so some traffic noise.
For our family of five, it was a good value. The website indicated it was 20 minutes from Verbier ski area....it was a bit farther and when the weather was snowy it took quite a bit of time for us to get to the ski area. It would be a great summer stay.
nice quiet chalet-room near a mountain-village too close to a road
Evening meal was very good
the staff were helpful, allowed u access to the internet, and helped with booking onward accomodation.
There was a decent restaurant assocoated with the hotel The room was small & sparse. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small to be functional. My husband said he'd been in bigger rooms on a boat! Definietly overpriced.
A couple satyed in motel overnight. The room is very good and clean, big parking.
A friendly and comfortable hotel in a village in the mountains. A good place to get a good night's sleep - plenty of fresh air and quiet. Nothing too cosmopolitan, but relaxed and very clean. The heating in the bedroom was very high to compensate for the cold nights, of course, but that was not really a problem.
Great value, spacious room and everyone at the hotel was very friendly It's also great location to get to Veriber (if you have a car)
Very friendly and welcoming, unobtrusive staff No tea / coffee maker in room
Very friendly staff and management. Quiet village with superb views. Nothing really, difficult to criticise as the welcome and friendly service was so good.
Good restaurant and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Beautiful view from room. As it was low season, the hotel didn't seeem very prepared for people. They told us the wring time for breakfast so we were there too early and teh breakfast room was shut. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but couldn't as we hadnt booked in advance and it would have taken too long to heat up, so if you want to use it, book ahead.
Very well situated, restaurant was excellent, the absinthe was an excellent product which the hotel sells, service was very friendly & inviting Ran out of toilet paper
Nice Location, Very good breakfast buffet The beds were much to soft, mattresses to soft; The rooms were not cleaned after the first night
Only stayed one night, but it was a comfortable stay. Good dinner as well. N/A
Located in a quiet scenic Swiss resort village, that surrounds a small lake. Several restaurants and small food market on the main street, but no need to go out bc the hotel restaurant is lovely and offers a high quality variety of delicious foods and local wines. We were a family and had 2 joined rooms, very convenient. There was also a boot room in the basement to keep our ski equipment warm. The "living room" of the hotel offers billiards, games, comfortable seating and a dual system dvd player. Our family watched a movie in the evening. 25 min drive to Le Chable lift for Verbier skiing. The hotel is classic and very clean! The heating system in our room caused a bit of a fuel smell at times.
Nice staff. appetite breakfast 1) The smell of the air refresher (or any other thing that they use to refresh the air in the room) was so heavy (and not so nice) that I had to open the windows to get rid of it (it helped a little).2) They did not change the linen during the 3 nights and did not put linen at all (!!!) on the second part of the bed because I was the only person in the room... 3) No refrigerator in the room.
Close to nature - on the countryside. Room was warm and nice kitchen available for cooking. No door on the shared bathroom - no separate shower facilities for males / females. Cost of hotel was misleading on the website - I thought it was the price per room as stated on my booking confirmation, but we were charged price per person (4 times more than we thought when booking).
