Pros: The food was really good, and really nice with more than one vegetarian option :) The surroundings were lovely and suited great when coming by bike. Spacious and clean rooms and lovely little playground for small children.
Pros: Room fairly clean The garden and front yard are nice The sauna facility is really comfortable
Cons: The location is far away from everything The staff asked us to check out 30 mins before the time we need to leave The breakfast is only between 8-10 am.
Pros: Exellent hotel for our family, lots of space, nice and quiet, comfortable + good food.
Pros: It was big room and nice beds. Exelent breakfeast and dinner. Nice area around the hotel.
Pros: Great and quiet location, good food, friendly staff, spacious and very clean apartment, everything great!
Pros: Room with terrace was very spacious, clean to perfection and there was even a sofa cover prepared for my dog. When we arrived we felt very welcome. And immediatelly felt in love with this place. It is on a quite remove location with walkable distance to small harbour and sea coast in general. The whole hotel felt like it is all about the food! As the food served in this place was simply delicious! Breakfast was spectacular, we really enjoyed all the food that was offered. Great coffee and tea selection as well. Lots of fresh or regional products. I especially loved daily prepared fruit salad and caprese. We also joined a wonderful on site activity - friday BBQ dinner. Fresh fish, juicy meat and variety of side dishes.
Cons: Communication in English was a bit problematic despite the presented language spoken. Most of the staff speaks German only. Although the room had a small kitchen there was lack of cutlery, not even a knife. Otherwise full of kitchen appliances such as fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Some of the staff did not have a consistent customer approach and for the last 2 days of our stay we did not feel that welcome anymore, for no aparent reason whatsoever.
Pros: The infrastructure is perfect and very clean. The breakfast superb and the staff efficient and friendly.
Cons: My stay was too short!!!
Pros: Excellent breakfast and wonderful garden, very quiet. The restaurant was also very good. The apartment was big and beautiful, with everything you can need and two spacious bathroom (though without bath tub, only shower) and two big sleeping rooms. There is a nice (though little) playground outside and many toys in the library room (they also allow kids to take some of them in the rooms, during the stay!).
Cons: The garden was wonderful, but a bit difficult with little kids (there is a little lake,so we couldn't leave them alone...).The stairs leading to the first floor in the apartment (where the sleeping rooms were) had no protection (again, with little kids it's not really ideal). It was sometimes difficult to find someone of the staff when we wanted to ask for some information (but when we found them, they were very nice!). For the sauna it's necessary to ask and reserve in advance (which is quite normal in little structures...just it's important to know it:for example in our case,it was quite difficult to know in advance when we could have a quiet moment for a nice sauna, and we ended up never using it!).
Pros: The hotel is located in the countryside on Rügen, not far from Jasmunder Bodden (a beach is within walking distance). We stayed in a so-called suite - actually a fully equipped house (including sitting-room, kitchen and refrigerator) with two bedrooms - which suited us just fine. The house had two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and two bedrooms upstairs. The windows had mosquito nets, which was appreciated in the July heat. There is an on-site restaurant that serves excellent food for dinner as well as breakfast. The staff was friendly.
Cons: If you want other food than they serve at the restaurant, the next restaurant is 3 kilometres away in Sagard. This did not bother us at all - we were content with eating where we stayed.
With a stay at Schlosshotel Ralswiek in Ralswiek, you'll be near the bay, within a 15-minute drive of Port of Sassnitz and Southeast Ruegen Biosphere Reserve. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very authentic place with a nice SPA facilities. Good wi-fi connection. Can recommend for a short chill-mode vacation.
Pros: Beautiful location, the parks, grounds and surrounding area is stunning, fantastic Schlosshotel full of original art nouveau furniture and fittings, spa is beautiful, we had massages and a sanddorn oil bath, absolutely recommended and quite affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed the Swimming pool, also sauna and steam room available. Our hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, the beds are adjustable and can be raised at the head and is very important for me as I have a disability. The Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen! So well presented, beautiful fresh and tasty with an amazing choice of both food and drinks. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be back for more!
Cons: We weren’t very impressed with the evening meal, it was ok but nothing special, the fish was slightly dry and over cooked, the lemon potatoes were ok and the sugar snap peas were lovely! Just a bit disappointing compared to the wonderful breakfast. The other most important tip we would give is please make sure you book your spa sessions before you arrive! We didn’t know this and we were left with very little choice, only a 20 minute massage session available as they were fully booked, but we will know next time and book our sessions when we book the hotel.
Pros: Very spacious and clean rooms, great dinner in the restaurant
Cons: the King size bed is made out of two single beds, which is not ideal for couples
Pros: The location was great, right in the middle of the park. The restaurant has a terrace with a beautiful view and you can eat your breakfast there. There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel.
Pros: This is a beautiful place. The sense of staying in a castle comes from the moment you enter and walk through the main hall. You can enjoy the view from the terrace or take time to visit the function rooms upstairs We dined at the hotel and the food was excellent. The hotel has a range of room choices, so we weren't expecting a "superior room" but we had plenty of space in our "standard double", comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. The staff were helpful and we were very relaxed for the two days of our stay. We particularly liked having the indoor pool to use each morning.
Cons: Our journeys to Ralswiek were confused by road alterations taking place along Rugen's main highways. We needed to work out an alternative route to reach the hotel. I would assume, however that this is a temporary feature and highway work will complete to make the route more convenient.
Pros: The staff from the reception was doing a great job. Congratulations !
Cons: The staff from the restaurant, at breakfast time, very rude. Shame on them ! On top of their unpleasant approach, they ask for extra payment for a cappuccino or latte, at the breakfast, in a 4* hotel !?

Pros: Nice and clean, great value for money
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Friendly staff, clean apartment, spacious, countryside (quiet)
Cons: Apartment was a bit dark, bed and pillows so-so (not the best), extra woolen blanket was missing (quite cold still in early spring)
Pros: Very cosy room with everything included.
Pros: Great breakfast, huge room with comfortable bed. Quiet Kitchen available to make the essential cup of tea!

Pros: Very good breakfast.
Cons: At least half of the rooms suffer from a lot of noise from the traffic passing by over the cobblestone road. The same rooms have windows above the terrace of the restaurant on the ground floor where people are smoking.
Pros: ALL was perfect.
Pros: The room was super clean. Location is good, not very far away from the bahnhof and the bus stop. The hosts are super nice and friendly.
Cons: The beds very too springy, so it was hard for me to sleep as I am not used to it.

Pros: I like the apartments, they are spacious, nice and clean.
Pros: Breakfast was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great - I did a lot of hiking while I was there. The pool was also enjoyable and clean.
Cons: The hotel was warm. It didn´t matter that I left the windows open.
Cons: Some of the waitresses at the restaurant were not very attentive. Also, I tried to call beforehand to get instructions on how to reach the property – but was never able to communicate directly.
Pros: great place to spend a time with the children
Cons: Early check out, at 10am in the morning. Also apartments have a kitchen, but like a salt, pepper or sugar... is missing. It would also be nice to have some tea or coffee in the room.
Pros: Access to splash included in price was good as defiantly not worth the 20eur entrance fee
Cons: We ended up checking out a day early as the apartment was not at all cosy. We complained twice about the ant infestation which someone came and spread ant poison but with a 3 month baby who puts everything in her mouth right now spreading poison everywhere was not great. It also wasnt effective the next day was full of flying ants!! The apartment I thought was dark and somewhat past it's best.
Pros: The location was well located if you travelling by car. The Splash indoor playground and swimming area were both very popular with our kids, and it was avaiable to use between 08:00 and 21:30 every day.
Cons: There was not enough parking spaces available close to the apartments. While we had severl trash can in the apartment that we could use to seprate recycling, outside there was only "Restmüll" available to empty your trash in.
Pros: Good place to have fun with group of friends and family. Kids enjoys it
Cons: Room lock had issues, Poor check in timings, food timings, Kids water slide is closed for both days, Spa is not access is almost not there and no proper information as well.
Pros: Large apartment, good WiFi coverage. Extra large indoor playground for kids, big slide, some trampolines, bike race course, electric cars, jungle gym for kids. Parents can rest on armchairs with footrests when kids are playing around. Nice swimming pool with a big water slide however water was a bit cold, especially for kids, during our stay. Location few kilometers away from a small city and some grocery stores.
Cons: The only thing which I hate is a reservation system for breakfasts and dinners. First you have to stay in queue to make a booking for a certain time for your next meal, then you need to stay in queue to confirm your presence at booked time to get your table number, and then you need to repeat it again for every meal. Even if there are free tables available at booked time, you need to wait to be seated. And even with given rules you are not sure that your table will be available for you. Sometimes you arrive literally 5-10 minutes late and still your table is not covered and you have to wait again. Plus you have to wait in a queue to get your meal. Drinks are paid extra for dinner. 6.20 EUR for 0.75l bottle of water (!), 3.90 EUR for 0.4l beer.
Pros: Bathrobes Breakfast Playgrounds Clean Thick curtains provide black out water park
Cons: Do not be fooled by the sample photos, it was the worst apartment.
