Pros: Everything was great, breakfast was very good. Host was very helpful even to order dinner from local restaurants. The surroundings were nice and very quiet Definitely recommended for a getaway
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent. I was en route to a ski area & the owner kindly gave me a lift to the ski bus. Very friendly and helpful service.
Cons: Access from nearest railway station was by taxi and there was only one vehicle for everyone needing one! I'm sure if I had asked them the accommodation owners would have collected me from the station, but at that time I had no knowledge of their exceptional helpfulness.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, comfortable beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owners. Clean, modern accommodation; infra sauna at free disposal. Excellent breakfast

Pros: really nice and helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet with wide selection of fruit or vegetarian sortiment. hot tea available whenever you want and for free covered parking
Cons: Cash only, they do not accept CC Quite thin walls, rooms could be better soundproofed. Ski boot dryers would make the accommodation even better :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Very nice room and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We recently stayed for a short time while traveling to Croatia at Gasthaus Ortnerhof Ennstal. Our overall impression of staying here is very good. The welcome from the owner is very welcoming and friendly (in German or English) and time is taken to explain how everything works and where guests can find (soft) drinks and drinks. We also received tips for good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel (an overview can be found in the room). The room is certainly large compared to other rooms that we have experienced in Austria before. The rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessities. The WiFi is of course free but also good in reception and speed. The quality of the beds are very good. The breakfast can be called extensive and therefore suitable for everyone with enough fresh fruit, an egg in any desired shape (cooked, baked, scrambled) and of course sufficient variety of sliced products (like cheese & meat). The owner regularly asks if there is still a need for more coffee, tea or something else. The Ortnerhof Ennstal is located in a quiet area and expects to wake up only from early birds singing and not from the noise of traffic. There is a sheltered parking place reserved for guests. The price-quality ratio is therefore execllent!
Cons: No negative remarks here
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very clean, breakfast was very goood, a lot of choices, great coffee! I loved the big shower in our room. Our room was on the 3 floor and we had some problems with the wifi signal’ but once we went downstairs it was working fine. The property has beautiful views, especially from the dinning rooom! We loved staying there, very peaceful and beautiful, it was such a nice break after visiting busy European cities

Pros: Everything was perfect! Maybe the bed could be harder, but that is suggestive.

Pros: Amazing views , in a beautiful country town . A long way too travel when you land in Vienna.
Cons: Restaurant menu , not the best . No Aircon, but they did provide a fan . Traveled daily into Spielberg, too far away ! Would be great during winter
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel, everything about it was excellent.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was in great condition. It looks that it is properly maintained an taking care of. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All the spaces were sparkling clean and the daily service made a good job too. Spa area was very calm and nice. No crowd at the time we were there , it was like a private place. Water in all the pools and hot tubs were very clean.
Cons: When we arrived (8pm) on a Friday, we wanted to have a nice dinner, so we headed to the hotel restaurant. When we asked a table for 4 the head waiter arrogantly said that we should have had a reservation because it is a busy time. Nevertheless we got a table and spent the next two hours in the restaurant. Well, 7 tables remained empty while we were there so not really understanding the performance of that waiter. Since the food was below average and considering its price range we were quite dissappointed. So we decided not to try out breakfast in the next morning.

7.1 Good
Pros: The property is beautiful and very scenic
Cons: - But the staff is absolutely chaotic and does not live up to a 5star hotel service. We had a family event there and booked quiet a number of rooms there including an banquet. The waiters where very slow (but friendly) the food was ok. - Checking out it took the complete Reception staff to find out what we should pay ... they forgot the banquet bill all together if we would have not advised them on it. - The breakfast was nothing special ... every better bed and breakfast in Austria offers a similar variety. - and the Espresso was awful - In short the hotel staff is NOT trained on a 5 star level.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Secluded and beautiful, well preserved and wel presented. Excellent staff and excellent breakfast. Will come again
Cons: Not the best view that I expected for what I paid for yet it was still great and worth it for sure.
