Pros: The room provided everything we needed. Our stay was with a quite location. Window provided a looking at our new day. This day was began with a taste breakfast to go to a birthday. the breakfast room on both day was filled with people children and teens. Although crowded everyone acted with respect to all. The location to 29, 202 and 30 provided quick movement to rapid parts where we where going
Cons: The T V, with my military past experience, indicate a short with one of the wires. I called the front desk; when we came back the T V was working. The front desk call it would be looked at. Thanks front desk
5.0 Okay
Cons: Room cleaning is terrible. Checked in at midnight after a 30 hour journey. The person at reception puts me in a room with an adjoining door at the complete end of the corridor. It was super noisy so I complained and had to pack all my stuff and relocate the next day. Terrible. I also told her 3 times I had stayed at the hotel for 2.5 weeks in January and she kept explaining the hotel details (at midnight after 30 hour journey) like she was on auto pilot. The room is not cleaned well (I overheard someone being told something about earning more points if you opt out of service) which I wasn’t offered. The first room had a brown stain on the sheet and stained towels (stained towels last time too). The person who cleans is terrible. I had no tissues or toilet roll at one point. The room rate is way over priced for this kind of cleanliness.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of the room was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel.. The room was huge!
Cons: Can't think of one thing that I didn't like.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was very good, and seemed fresh. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. If we were to stay longer, there are several restaurants nearby, two within walking distance. The fitness center and pool are very nice.
Cons: A more stable television feed would have made our stay more enjoyable. The HVAC unit could be quieter. The hotel's location is very close to the Pennsylvania turnpike, so there was a bit too much traffic noise.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Management, Substantially Overpriced, Unprofessionalism.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice. Very helpful and cheerful staff that goes out of their way to give service!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
4.5 Okay
Cons: There was a bug in my room. I caught it and googled bed bugs. Looked similar. I took it to the front desk. They tried to reassure me that it was a beetle. Was it? It could have been, but stripped all the beds and searched the room to see if I could find any signs of bed bugs. I did not. Am now very uncomfortable. Was a beautiful and attractive hotel. Felt very safe. In a nice area. Just can't get over the bug thing, and certainly don't want to bring any of it's relatives home.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was immaculate! So new and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. SO many options for breakfast. I would stay here again for work or just personal travel! Right off a bike/running trail too.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel clean and presentable. Friendly staff. Good Facilities. Good Breakfast.
Cons: The AC unit in the room sounded like a Wind Tunnel and kept me awake half the night. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they just smiled, apologized before giving me my invoice...
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good hotel for a few nights. The parking is free, a nice breakfast is included. The location is great and green. The room was relatively small but enough for two people and it’s modern. There was a coffee machine with complimentary (good!) coffee pods as well. WiFi is free and fast enough.
Cons: The only problem was that the bed is super soft and the pillows are too fluffy and firm for our liking. (Also, upon reservation we were charged $100 more by mistake, which then was corrected— so make sure you check your credit card charges.) All in all a pleasant experience.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Inn itself was very elegant , and nicely decorated. Rooms were comfortable.
Cons: We had to wait over 15 mins when we got there for someone to come to the front desk, there was no bell, or any way of reaching someone to let them know we were there to check in. Individual was across the street chatting with a vehicle. Had to walk outside to ask if anyone was available to check us in before he was there. Also was not present for our checkout, we had to just leave our keys laying on the office desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice stay. Old fashioned Victorian hotel with lots of charm and history. Great breakfast and good coffee. Staff very accommodating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Globe Inn is a quaint little B&B with a welcoming and homey feel. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was so much more than I expected since it was made to order every morning. I will definitely stay at the Globe Inn the next time I am in the area. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.
Cons: I had a deluxe suite which was the least expensive. In the future, I would book a premium suite. I was traveling by myself and it was difficult for me to navigate the 2 flights of stairs with my suitcase. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was small and the shower too tiny.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy and rustic atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable!
Cons: My only complaint is that there wasn't an elevator. It made it difficult to transport our luggage.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: B&B is an 1895 charming building. It is on a very quiet area, with a WalMart 5min drive. Room was large and very comfortable, with a jacuzzi, fireplace and air conditioning in it. Breakfast is made to order and very good.

Cons: the bed was very uncomfortable, big dip
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Great suite. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast. Good value. And it has a story that goes with it.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast options. Nice suite. Quiet location. Lots of parking. Walmart close buy if you need it. There's a GREAT tea house up on the Main st,
Cons: I'm more of a tea drinker and the usual coffee percolator just doesn't work for tea. A kettle in thr room, or knowing if one is available, would be a great touch. Having said that, there's a great Tea House on Main St.

Cons: we went to the wrong wedding site. i think maybe signs or something should be displayed showing where to go
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful expensive renovation; however they have no ADA check-in counter, bar seating, or tables. Many accessibility items were overlooked. I wanted to enjoy the beautiful pool and very nice work out room; however taking the elevator down to a service area basement, walking past stacks of banquet equipment in the hallway, and passing unattractive smelly employee only spaces to access the pool was off-putting. Once at the pool, we hadn't seen a single person since getting on the elevator, so it was too frightening to remain in the basement and enjoy the pool. Neither area felt safe. Our ADA room was well appointed, but lacked the required permanent bench in the shower. Clean. The night auditor lady was very professional and customer service oriented. The fair haired older lady at the front desk at check-out was unpleasant. Assuming that only an owner would have her attitude. She told me that the Pennsylvania ADA consultant told them they were right. Baloney!! I hope they fix things before they have an a Civil Rights for discrimination for accessible Architectural barriers case.
Cons: Missed our second day's breakfast since it ended at 9 a.m., when the room guide and on-line references said 10. The older fair haired woman at check out was condescending about breakfast and said it's only 10 on weekends, since people get up early during the week. OK. Maybe post that in the room??? She did not offer any solutions for the lack of an ADA required permanent shower bench and other non-satisfactory items. I was not able to shower the 2 nights we were there. The towel bar was not installed properly and fell off the wall when reaching a towel. The grab bars in the shower were loose in their mountings. Very UNSAFE for a person who has to hold on for balance in the shower. Pretty, but terrible quality of installation. The soaps and other bathroom items were all mounted higher than the 48" maximum ADA standard and impacted the use of the rear grab bar at the toilet. Poor distribution of ADA parking. Many on ADA parking spaces were on drainage grates. Wrong signs. Only 2 painted (incorrectly with no access aisle or signs) as ADA at the conference center with several hundred parking spaces. Beautiful expensive remodel with little regard to 1991 or 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards. With the indifferent customer service, stay away if you are one of the 20% of Americans with disabilities. Too many hotels forget that 55+ women often have invisible disabilities and make the majority hospitality spending decisions.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The reception at the desk, and help with our bags was great! Thanks for making us feel at home.
Cons: Couldn't figure out the coffeemaker. So, we got some downstairs.

Cons: More selection for breakfast but it was good
6.8 Good
Pros: The venue was very nice. We attended a family wedding. The room where the ceremony and dinner was held was very comfortable and had a great feel to it.
Cons: The cocktail area was a bit warm and cramped. Our room was nice but the elevator in that building (Manor House) was sketchy at best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotel pools I've seen. Also on days there was not the hot breakfast they tried to provide as much as they could for the carry and go breakfast. When we needed extra towels or soap someone came right away.
Cons: No

Pros: Once again we enjoyed a night at this hotel. The location to King of Prussia Mall is superior, and the rooms are more modern than most hotels. The breakfast has more options as well.
Cons: The hallway carpet needs replaced or re-seamed leading from the front desk to the elevators. It is torn and fraying. The carpets were not vacuumed and the trash outside of the elevators was not emptied while we were there. They need to have more staff.
9.5 Excellent

Pros: Beautiful spacious room heritage style. If you are looking for a hotel that is special regarding interior design, this is for you. Friendly staff with a hearty but professional and warm welcome. I was jet-lagged and very tired. It felt like I was welcomed home without ever having seen the place before.
Cons: Restaurant below is usually packed. Live music too. However it goes dead silent from around 10:30pm. I slept really well both nights. Still not advised for the early sleeper (prior to 10pm).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent, thanks so much!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rustic look and feel made us feel like we were in another time period, the historic structure from the 1740's was really interesting to walk through, the breakfast was delicious, and just all the personal touches the staff did that made us feel like we were family.
Cons: Beds were a bit small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quaint, historical inn and tavern. Staff were super friendly and accommodating
Cons: Only thing I didn’t like is that the breakfast part of the B&B could have had some egg / breakfast meats. It was pastries only. Although the pastries were very good.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice. Dinner was very good. Pub was welcoming. Perfect location for our needs.
Cons: Room was a bit small.
7.5 Good
Pros: If you are looking for old world charm and comfort you will find it here. Comfortable room, small shower, but nice views.
Cons: the food had great promise, but the poke salad as a main course was tiny and no where near as good as you would get from a high street chain like Itsu. The oysters were dry and I think had been chucked far too early, and obviously the chef had prepped too many pepper studded steaks as one found its way into my beef wellington. despite having three bar staff in a small bar and sitting and eating at the bar, getting a drink or served was not easy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Inne keeper Linda and the entire staff! The breakfast was delicious and homemade pastries. The bar and the restaurant is excellent. I hosted a dinner party for 14 on Friday night. The pace was packed but the service was super! Sandy was our dinner manager and she was excellent. I had to leave at 4am to catch a flight and the innkeeper insisted that I have breakfast and coffee to go and it was all ready in the honor bar fridge. It’s a very quaint place - 1745! It’s charming and I was given the General Warren Suite. I can’t imagine the number of important people who slept or stayed in that corner of the house!
Cons: Everything was great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Place was clean and no bad surprises. Cafe food was good.
Cons: Service staff at cafe rated poor. We waited and waited. Then ai received the wrong food choice. The bill reflected the more expensive item.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The setting was lovely, the attention to detail and comfort were wonderful. Charming inn, spacious, comfortable, relaxing and the restaurant staff were attentive and food was good. Perhaps the best part was being able to dine with a respected noise level, i.e.; diners not using loud voices to talk with each other.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and ambiance
Cons: WiFi was iffy at times
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved EVERYTHING!! The property was so charming, peaceful and beautiful. The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful! I can not wait to return!
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location, the bed was very comfortable and of a type I don't think I've slept in before. The staff was very pleasant. The atmosphere was very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The dinner menu and the patio were the highlight of our evening. Made my girlfriends birthday a fantastic experience
Cons: I couldnt find anything I didn't like
6.3 Good
Pros: The old fashion out look .
Cons: The toilet wouldnt flush . The sink was stopped up And there was a drunk lady sleeping on the sofa in the hallway. Very unprofessional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the older historic style of the buildings. However, we had a water leak in the ceiling that was addressed but not explained. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was okay but saggy.
Cons: Musty in room. Mold on smoke detector. Only one shower door opened.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is not an inexpensive hotel and we did book online so I think we had the worst Room. It was above the restaurant and to be fair it was very quiet but the air conditioning was not up to par. There was even a sign saying the air conditioning is on. We went to the pub for dinner and it was excellent the service and the food were lovely.
Cons: The breakfast in the morning was pathetic. How hard is it to cut up fresh fruit? The eggs were so so the bagel was fine but honestly to go down and look at oldish looking tired fruit is a big disappointment in the summer. I was surprised that the tile between our shower and toilet was moving under my feet because it did need to be regrouted, And I could say the Room could have been spiffed up a little. It is not an inexpensive hotel and I just feel like clean carpet and shiny clean floors are expected at that price range.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The inn is very quaint and cute. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely amazing - the meal we had blew us away. Everyone was very friendly. While you can tell the inn is a bit older, the shower seemed like it had been remodeled.
Cons: It was pretty cold at night and I didn't have control of the A/C inside my room as it was central. They did have an extra blanket, but I wish I would have been able to control the temperature. If you get cold easily may be good to come prepared!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are beautiful and welcoming and the buildings are well restored historic buildings, particularly the barn. Our room was lovely with the exposed original stone wall of the barn as one wall. I found the bed to be extremely comfortably - very firm mattress. The room was quiet, not too much bleed in noise from other guests (and I'm a fairly light sleeper). We were able to visit with local friends on the side covered seating area that is separate from the dining room. Great area with tons to do and see within 1/2-3/4 hr drive.
Cons: Our room was on the second floor of the barn, over the restaurant (stairs to it inside the dining room). My ONLY complaint for the establishment was that we had to walk past diners enjoying their meal to get to our room. With regard to the area...VERY congested traffic, allow time to get around. I'm from the area but moved 25 yrs ago and it is soooooo different now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The second room that we stayed in was beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was very good and the waitress was very attentive. There is a walking/running path next to the inn which is easily accessible and safe.
Cons: The first room we stayed in was way too hot- we had to change to a different room. There didn't seem to have a good way to regulate the temperature in the main house.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, free breakfast and late check-out!!
Cons: You had to yell back for the staff to come to the front desk, someone was not always there.
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the interesting room layout and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and I got a good night’s rest. Love that breakfast doesn’t end until 10 and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: The tv channels were a little lacking and the only good thing at breakfast was the waffle maker. The sausages literally tasted like cardboard.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable spacious room, very clean, good breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice breakfast. Very clean and updated.
Cons: Wasn’t easy to find.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms. Outstanding value when you consider it includes parking, wi-fi and a decent breakfast. Perfectly located for shopping in the area.
Cons: There's no sign for the hotel on Route 23, so you're almost guaranteed to miss the access road the first time, even in broad daylight. At night, it's almost impossible to see the road. Traffic to Philly is usually heavy, so count on at least 40 minutes to center city, but that's the tradeoff for such a low price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service and front desk check-in support.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was ok. I liked that bananas, oranges, and apples were offered. There were bagel options, juice options, milk yogurt options among other things. Also happy to see cooked oatmeal. For those who are not “vegan” vegetarian then I believe they would really love breakfast here.
Cons: As a whole-plant based vegetarian we expect very limited options to cater to our dietary lifestyle anyway. Not sure if the oatmeal is always like the way I had it but I didn’t quite enjoy it, it’s consistency was a little off to me. If possible I think offering dairy free milk alternative e.g. Unsweetened Almond milk would be a Wow!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property very clean and inviting.
Cons: I liked everything about the property but there should maybe be a sign at the entrance you could get lost because the sign is up the hill.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Manager and Staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Very Comfortable stay!
Cons: Wish the restaurant/bar area stayed open later.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Love the location. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons: I had a problem with my room. About 4 am on Saturday night water started leaking in the room I was in around the sprinkler head and they needed to move me to a different room in the middle of the night. I know the hotel management probably had no control over this but it definitely affected me the next day for me.. My sleep was interrupted and I had trouble getting back to sleep after I had to switch rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, bar was full, place was clean, beds were super comfy!
Cons: Wasn't a single thing...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast and the beds
Cons: nothing really

Pros: Clean, quiet setting close to US 422, right outside of King of Prussia/Valley Forge. Only consideration is the traffic on 422 during rush hour. With construction, a bit of a hassle.
6.3 Good
Pros: They opened their breakfast at 6.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: From the attitude and service of the staff to the cleanliness of each of our three rooms were all excellent. Each staff person from Damion at check-in to the lady working in the breakfast room were exceptional at assisting each of us in every possible way. (BTW Breakfast was awesome!) The handicap accessible room was of great value to my sister-in-law who in wheelchair bound. Excellent stay!
Cons: The base of the tub sits at least 4" higher than the bathroom floor. It's an uncomfortable step down to get out of the tub. (I actually took a fall getting out of the tub). Cons: The way the lighting was set up. As a suite it was nice to have the sofa bed, but the sofa part was not very comfortable. It was hard to moderate the temperature of the room. 7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast, the pool, and our room. Someone had mistakenly cancelled our original reservation; and there were no Queen size rooms left. We were awarded an upgrade at the same price.
Cons: We loved our room, but there were spots (that could have been old blood or feces) on the sheets once they were changed on Saturday afternoon. We didn't notice it until it was late at night, and too late for housekeeping to change them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience, spaciousness & helpfulness if staff.
Cons: Extremely, noisy with banging at 5:00am. Loud tumbling & banging heard through walls.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: 2nd time I stayed there. Nice, quiet, good location, comfortable bed, clean. Hard-working staff who were pleasant. Good, hot breakfast, with food restocked frequently. All the important things were taken care of well.
Cons: Need to keep vending machines fully stocked. Had to go to several floors for bottled water.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean Room, Comfortable mattress, Friendly staff, Location is great for us.
Cons: 3 nights with skimpy sheets and blanket that were too small; king size mattress but top sheet and a blanket that barely reached the edge of the mattress so once someone got under the covers they were 6 inches shy of reaching both edges and pulled out of the bottom if you moved. Usable sleeping space was a queen. Unacceptable!

Pros: Large, spacious room with kitchen. Comfortable bed. Katherine from the front desk was so sweet. She knew we were there for a funeral and expressed her sincere sympathies. Also gave us a nice goody bag with snacks and drinks as well as a sweet card.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, friendly, helpful staff, centrally located
Cons: The local train tracks are right next to the hotel and I was awakened a few times by train horns blowing. If you need to use the train this would be a real plus. I did not use the train .

Cons: I booked a rollaway bed for our 5th family member through booking.com. When I arrived there was no rollaway. I called guest services and was told they no longer offer rollaways and stopped providing them 2 years ago. She told us we had a pull out couch. I knew that, but we had 2 adults and 3 children in the room-and the children are ages 15, 13, and 10 so it is not like they can all pile into one bed. She offered no help or alternative to our lack of a bed for 1 person. My son ended up sleeping on the floor.
