Friendly staff, though none (other than the owner) spoke any English. The owner is quite a character who is extremely helpful - he arranged a scuba diving trip for us and personally drove me out to the Goksu Delta nature reserve in his car at 5am (for a reasonable fee to cover petrol, etc.). Very clean. Air con and ceiling fan worked fine - very necessary in this area in summer. Good breakfast. Showers terrible and fridges didn't really work.
Room was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Location is very near to the beach and at the same time it was a very quiet place. Hotel kept chaise-longues and umbrellas on the beach for his visitors and this was very useful for us. We were proposed to use safe for our wealthy things. It was a little uncomfortably.
Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet, clean room. Excellent breakfast. The fridge in the room did not work.
they took 12 USD from my account for no reason . I pay when i arrived there directly .
The staff was wonderful and the hotel location was very nice. Close to the beach, yet on a quiet street. It took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower. But it did get warm. Eventually!
Clean, friendly, and efficient. The owner spoke our language (English), and was very helpful in all respects. Can't think of anything we didn't like.
This is an old hotel, a little delabrè, run by a talented old man with an outstading experience in hotellery. The breakfast in the garden of the hotel surrounded by oranges, limon and pommegranate trees may be a moment of relax and of reflection on life.
The owner and staff were all very friendly and could not do enough to help. The hotel is conveniently located for the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
The location and the staff.
friendly atmosphere and coziness, Yaka's hotel family gave us. Special thanks to Yakoub, Adam, Emilia and Fatoush :) -same breakfast everyday
Nothing The room was dirty, small, falling to pieces and expensive...
I liked the food, location and the beach. The room is small, the bed was not comfortable and there was no facilities
Good location right on the beachfront facing the Maiden's Castle. Found the room fairly basic for the rating. Lack of information on meal and bar times. When we went to have a drink and a meal found the facilities were closed however noticed one group had drinks etc. and were seated for dinner before allocated times (later advised it was the owners family). Was turned away from the buffet dining area at 7:15pm although fully set up and advised 7:30pm was the start time. However two minutes later groups of people entered and were able to commence.
The garden of the hotel Wifi not work at all
It is a nice place, where you can stay for 2 or 3 days, being there aren't many interesting places to visit there.
A nice pool and close to the beach Our key was misplaced, but the staff at reception did not seem very bothered. I would have thought this was a pretty important thing. We got a replacement key, but where did our original keys go from reception? Not a nice feeling that somebody (and not reception staff) could potentially have access to our room.
The staff are very friendly, the hotel in general is clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay
The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect in the old city of Antalya. there are many good shops in front of the hotel.
The hotel is run as family business therefore it is a very warm and pleasant place. It is close to the beach and some loungers are available for hotel guests. The staff is really communicative and eager to help.
Wonderful family atmosphere that made me feel welcome, with excellent food to.
Cleanliness. Charming helpful staff. Family run. Comfortable layout. Proxmity to beach and historical sights.
Rain was great when it comes to customer service. We enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was great which was included. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, and they have reserved chairs there on the beach for the guests. The staff was extremely helpful with our daughter and dog. The one thing that we found strange, but OK was there was no top sheet in either bed. We assume it was just a way to reduce on daily laundry, which we can understand.
