Nice large and clean room.Excellent value for money
disponibility of parking spaces
Convenient location, comfortable facilities breakfast was not value for money. WiFi should be throughout the hotel, not just in foyer area
Nice rooms, close to the centre. There were only rooms available on the very busy street-side. This implied that it was difficult to sleep with fresh air open windows.
Big rooms, very comfortable. Twin rooms turned out to be 2 very large double beds. No alcohol in the minibar, and the hotel bar shut fairly early. And no, i'm not an alcoholic !
The menu was very limited but excellent
The room was lovely, very modern and tastefully furnished and decorated. Breakfast was not included and was very pricey. I'd recommend strolling into town for breakfast instead. Parking also not included but was a reasonable rate for the day and was located right next to the hotel. There was no safe in the room, nor any cupboards or minifridge. There was an open area in your room however with hangers.
Location and good quality accommodation. mRooms very nice
Generous room size & very quiet. Good breakfast choices. Unable to access room service. Trouser press not working.
Good central location with adjoining convenient car parking ( secure too). the receptionist at our arrival was friendly, efficient and a main plus for the hotel. The room was smoky. It was also very dated and drab. Quite depressing really altho size was good. Curtains wouldn't completely shut. Amazing low room rate, sadly I now know why.
Cleanliness Not very close to other restaurants; hotel didn't have any umbrellas available for guests to use/borrow; internet isn't wireless; I stayed on the third floor facing the main street and there was quite a bit of traffic noise - windows are not double glazed. Request a higher room or a non-street facing room.
It is a quiet and beautiful hotel; the room was large, with nice decoration and comfortable. The annoying noise from the central air conditioned system 24h per day. At the reception they told me that it couldn’t be turned off individually in rooms.
I thought it was a beautiful hotel. It was immaculate and the staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was very nice. nothing
Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, tea/coffee facilities available, not too far from the centre Minibar dirty, no telephone (!) in the room even after pointing it out to reception, airco switch broken, quality of breakfast dreadful with the worst orange juice you can think of, cold staff at reception, very limited room service times.
It what clean and nice staff. I prefer a sheet of my own in a double bed.
no wifi for my pc
The price was reasonable, and the facility was very nice. Helpful staff.
Staff were helpful, nice building. 15 mins walk from the centre of Liege through suburban areas - maybe dangerous late at night.
Parking facility, good breakfast (since I like to eat nicely in the morning), not too far from the center, sympathy of the staff The only thing I did not enjoy so much was the industrial juices - I would prefer fresh pressured bio juice (even for a few Euros more).
Excellent reception, air con, extra pillows, great breakfast, quiet Toilet cistern would not turn off after flushing. Fiddling with the flush button stopped it. Not a problem for me but this will cause vast water bills for the hotel!!
Just a block from the train station, it couldn't be easier to get to. The staff was extremely nice - both front desk and breakfast. The room was also very nice with nice linens, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. Being a brand new hotel, this is a great value for the price. On the day of checkout, the hallway smelled very strongly of cat urine. I assume that pets are acceptable, so this is always a risk.
Excellent hotel, especially for people of reduced mobility/infirm/in wheelchair/elderly. 200 metres from Guillemans railway/TGV/Thalys railway & bus interchange. Buses in every direction across town; day ticket is only 3 euros. Newly-refurbished hotel, good-sized rooms, double- glazed, clean, as much breakfast as you can eat. Quiet; occasional corridor noise. Shops, cafés, supermarket and coiffeur all within 300 metres. Definitely stay at this hotel. No means to make coffee in the room; no minibar/fridge. Take your own coffee, there's free boiling water in the bar downstairs. Need to ask cleaning lady for the key to open the double-glazed bedroom windows. Room can vibrate(!), possibly due to air pressure with all the double- glazed windows shut. Occasional vibration due to passing heavy trains too? Cracks in outside window sills and brickwork; maybe building is slightly war-damaged. Note: no Internet in lobby, you need your own laptop to connect in the bedroom.
Bed was great and room set up in a very practical style. Bathroom sink was a round very modern style, but not practical for use. Shower door seal was loose. No coffee maker in room.
location by the station, efficient front desk and very good lift service.More than adequate buffet breakfast no dislikes
Brand new furniture and decoration, location Unfortunately it was the 3rd day from the opening of the hotel and there was no TV signal and mini bar (refrigarator)
Other than being slightly too cool (couldn't adjust the thermostat) this was an extremely comfortable room and good value.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, all staff were helpful and courteous, location was convenient.
it was very nice Hotel i real enjoyed my stay over there, Just Addition please just try to put Computers down Hall for use of Castormas. Els was very nice One
The breakfast had little variety Quality vs Price very good
I'd liked the combination of the old structure with the design interior.
Attractive conversion and entrance lobby We were quoted 90Euro per night, but were charged 95Euros, apparently 'this is the weekend', which was obvious when I booked
Very unusual and well-conceived rooms. An interesting and fun experience made even better by the outstanding location of the hotel in proximity to the Sunday antique market.
nice building and room
Stylish, good facilities in room, great shower. Great location for Spa Grand Prix circuit (which is why we chose it). The attached restaurant, that we were recommended by the hotel staff, Brasserie Tinto, had terribly slow service. We sat at the table totally ignored for about 30 minutes, without any offer of a drink or menus. Finally I had to ask for menus, and there was no apology, not even any awareness that the restaurant treated its customers very poorly.
Great location in the middle of town. Parking garage available. Quiet room, very comfortable bed.
good atmosphere. good price.
Excellent location and friendly staff Lots of chipped tableware at breakfast, personally I throw chipped cups and bowls out, Eburon Hotel should do the same.
The hotel was excellent. The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and modern.
There's only 1 guestroom next to garden. So I feel special. And There's perfect hospitarity more than anything. The room is designed very contemporary, stylish and elegant.I was very glad to take breakfast at another room on the garden.
The very friendly welcome and the excellent and stylish room.
Very modern in design but very comfortable. The decor was excellent. In the centre of Liege, convenient for communications. Breakfast room with lovely courtyard setting. Extremely good breakfast with lots of choice.
Very nice welcome by the lady of the house. Great breakfast with a personal touch. Very quiet location although very near to Liège Guillemin everything was great
Wonderful hotel with amazing host, definitely recommend!!!! Stylish room with deliiiiiiicious breakfast :)))
The minibar is always completely empty, and the brush was missing from the toilet
Car parking, breakfast, easy access from highway, quiet area, indoor swiming pool (although I did not use it) Some of the staff were not nice, in particular in the bar; also, I tried to have a cheese sandwish at15.40 and was told that the kitchen was closed
I found the receptionists very helpful
Friendly, helpful staff. Visitors should realize that this hotel is about 15 mins drive from Liege. Noise from adjacent rooms and corridor.
Convienace for getting on the main road to Spa GP.
The staff were very concious of our needs and tried in every way to help. The rooms were kept clean and the bar staff very good.
Convenient, clean, good food, helpful staff.
Cannot order English papers even though printed in brussels!
The staff were friendly and helpfull I booked the hotel as it advertised/was advertised as being close to the grand prix circuit (16km) but in fact was no where near it unless you had a car but that still was 40 plus km away secondly the spa facilities and restaurant shut very early and no bar meals were available
The bar and restaurant
the staff was very friendly. wonderful location. great price for rooms. there was no ramp to aid with bringing luggage into and out of the hotel. there were only steps, therefore carrying the luggage into the hotel was difficult.
the very restricted access to the parking area
We liked the hotel because it was central and easy to get to shopping and local attractions. Also the staff were very helpful. We did not take breakfast there as at 14 euros, we found it a little expensive so were eating in the cafe nextdoor.
Its position in the city, good breakfast No hot drinks facilities in the room
Very central, reception staff helpful
very good location for city, room very clean may find it hot in summer
the location is very good. rooms were clean, the staff was helpfull. the parking space under the hotel was convenient. The breackfast costs to much, while you can a breackfast for half the price next door.
the location of the hotel in center was good like any Ibis hotel is very functional without any personal touch
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a particularly delightful experience when because of a change in my itinerary, I had thought an extention of my stay with the hotel was an absolute necessity. Helpfully the staff at the reception gave a better solution. Costs some €11 one way to the city centre by taxi. The hotel may not meet the budget needs of the budget tourist in that wise. A shuttle bus to the Train station would prove a good solution.
Friendly personel, absolutely. Close to the highway to continue my journey. Rooms are old, but clean. The room was very cold when I came in. Heating system was there, but took a while before it was warm enough to take my jacket off. And the front window was close to the gallery, so everybody could could watch into the room. The ambience was ok, but if other hotels are not overbooked, I will not come here again.
Staff were very welcoming and went to a great deal of trouble to provide top quality service The hotel was being upgraded. The old bed was not entirely comfortable.
Close proximity to the highway, and free wifi at the reception.
it was a convenient stopping off venue on our journey. Having stayed in a Campanile in Belgium before, we were looking forward to it. It turned out to be a disappointment - food overpriced for quality and selection. See above
There were no tea or coffe making facilities in the rooms and there were no hair dryers for the ladies
The staff were excellent with speaking different languages and being very helpful. Food was good Some rooms are still used by smokers and if you get one as a non smoker it is not a pleasant experience
room was ok breakfast too expensive
The room was very clean .The drink was prepared, and it relaxed. One outlet of the lavatory was not able to be used.
Friendly environment and welcoming staff
