La Alberca Will not return to this hotel. Price dropped considerably in the days before my stay. Booking.com advised us to contact hotel re changing to a better value room. Hotel advised us to contact Booking.com - in other words "the runaround". Breakfast extra and expensive. Parking extra and very difficult to negotiate. Hotel room (+96€) lacked basics such as a mirror, extremely noisy building work metres from our window. Many quieter rooms appeared available but not offered. Receptionist polite but disinterested in looking after guests. Such a shame as La Alberca is a stunning pueblo. We will return but to a different hotel.
the location and staff. i especially liked having a v good wine at fair price sitting by real fire. i believe the are is not suitable for mature couple who like good food wine and scenery i think the noise from other rooms and the corridor is a problem .if a person wanted to sleep onyou would have a problem
Good hotel and facilities with fabulous location adjacent to L'Alberca and Sierra la Francie. Parking difficult in underground car park.
excellent breakfast, location and advice from staff on visiting and transportation front desk staff, when alone, are greatly overwhelmed by their workload and I had to wait 15 minutes to get business done and I was the first customer at the desk
The free nespresso coffe and bootles of water in the reception. The staff For a family the standart rooms are small, maybe they have better rooms ..I don´t know
An oasis in a rural town. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel.
Simple but convenient
The hotel was very modern and comfortable Breakfast was adequate. The only thing we didn't like was the decor which gave the hotel a souless feel about it............but that just a personal feeling!
Silence and comfort. The price was excessive comparatively with others in our travel. The conditions inside seems normal but not so extraordinary for the price.
The people working at the hotel are very helpful and nice. The hotel has a 4 star standard even if it is rated 3 star. Modern furniture and bathroom. Clean. Very good breakfast. To sum up: Very good value for money!
The hotel was great, situated in a (too?) quiet village. Magnificent surroundings for the nature lovers and those who like to explore almost unspoilt villages.
Smart designer rooms in the unlikely and rather incongruous setting of a rustic village. Well located for walking and very quiet. Difficult to find!
