The location is amazing. Most important monuments and locations are closeby. The staff was also friendly.
There was a problem with the shower where the hot water wasn’t coming. It was fixed after a day when we complained. The receptionist was nice enough to fix it for us. For some people it might be too noisy to have a good night’s sleep.

Excellent location in Alfama. 6 minute walk to the metro.
Very basic for the cost. Bed was hard a slightly uncomfortable.

Location
No elevator, third flor. Noone speaks english, communication is difficult. Rooms are not like described on booking.

The location is top. 2 minutes to the shore, 5 minutes to the Commerzia Square.
The hotel itself is a bit shabby and we had to open the window to fresh the room from the typical "cave" smell of such buildings. Until the morning it can be loud outside.
