The staff were very accommodating. The hotel rooms were clean, quiet and large by European standards. Because we had a five month old were hoping for an very early check in. However the hotel was fully booked the night before so an early check in was not possible. They did their very best.
Very helpful front-desk staff. Attractive design of the hotel itself. Rooms were very tasteful and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Somewhat distant from the city centre.
What I like best was the family room. Actually, it was divided in two room suites but connected with a door. The confort was also remarkable. Despite all the confort and cleanliness of my room, I was very disappointed with the restaurant food. Specially dinner. It was expensive (for Portuguese standards) and not characteristic of the region. They should have "Bacalhau", "Batatas ao Murro", "Sardinhas Assadas", "Pastéis de Nata", etc... The food was very beautiful but frozen inside sometimes (specifically potatoes). However, the breakfast should have more fruits.
it is located on a quiet street and provided some anonymity the staff were unobtrusive and polite the lack of information about its facilities for use and the fact that it says the internet facility is for 24 hours timed as per your usage on the website but you are charged for 24 continuous hours whether you use it or not
I got really surprised with the hotel. Lisbon is a friendly city and the hotel is very well located. I would recommend for everybody.
location staff had a dry attitude
New and very clean, very helpful staff, next to Metro. the bed is very hard. Parking cost 10 euro per 24hrs.
The helpfulness and attitude of the staff. The hot water in our room was inadequate but this was rectified quite quickly by the staff
Great staff . Good breakfast.Close to metro, airport shuttle and spotlessly clean.
room very comfortable and clean. spacious. luxury hotel at good value. the location is a bit far from the city center where stores and restaurants are walking distance. Also a bit removed from the cultural hub of Lisbon with views of the hills and access to the tram.
The proffesionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the room
salle de bain, lit, salle de fitness, spa manque de poids dans la salle de musculation
Nice rooms, cool design, good location and price
Hotel room was very comfortable and the location was convenient for both transportation and sightseeing. The closet was very small. The bathroom could use better air circulation.
Luxury hotel at good rate
The location and the cleannes of the hotel Would be good if the double bed was not made off two twin beds!!
Excellent location and very good rooms, excellent shower! Breakfast expensive
the welcoming staff the bed was not very comfortable
Location. No car parking facility
Quiet, no noise to keep you awake. Good buffet breakfast. Staff were excellent. Small insignificant concerns; Only one pillow each, Fuse box in room 'buzzed' so had to switch off main isolator each night to sleep, Little natural light due to small windows.
Very convenient for the city. Very comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good noise insulation from the street The noise insulation between rooms was poor.
The localisation is very good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. I was suprised that in 4* hotel any water, tea or coffee is not on disposal in the room, accept minibar.
Perfect rooms. Huge and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. We could not open the doors with our key cards. Another couple went into our room with a key card!! It was really dangerous. That is the problem of the reception and the check-in system. Swimming pool closes too early.
Playground with Playstation, pool; children staying in the same room with parents stay free of charge Impossible to open windows without assistance of hotel staff
Room size Furniture and decoration a little old.
The rooms are of very good quality, big and comfortable. Breakfast is good also offering you a wide variety of choices. Free internet was also very convenient A warmer arrival from the reception at the checkin staff would be a plus.
Great for children. Good food. Amazing bathroom! Our little one loved the pool and especialy the plains that come over very low! We had asked for a childbed when reserving, but on arrival, they had no bed available. luckily there is a good sleeping sofa. And we managed easily with some pillows and cushions to have it safe for our 18 onth old.
The hotel was excellent. The rooms were large, and bathrooms extremely grand. We really enjoyed our stay. A little out of town, but the bus stop was nearby.
Free wifi in room not close to the city centre but you can take the Metro to anywhere
Good location near a metro stop With easy access to the city center, and close to the airport. The breakfast was the nicest Novotel breakfast I've had. Made to order omelettes and a variety of nice food. Clean rooms and a good rate for when we were there. The view isn't pretty, and the area of town is just so so right around the hotel. But when you are in a big city you can't expect too much more.
Me and my family felt great in our holliday at Lisbon. The hotel staff was very profesional and we will return every time with pleasure in the Novotel network. The gym room doesn't have an instructor and all the kids are playing there eventhough the gym is not for them. I think it is dangerous for kids and for others.
The meeting facilities are excellent. There is not hotel internet available for which you can get an invoice.
Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast no
I was booked into the Real Parque but was upgraded to their 5 star sister Hotel the Real Palazzio, as they had over-booked. This was just along the road and was very comfortable in a safe area. I was not charged any more, so don't know how much more expensive this would be, but the hotel was very nice. Lovely breakfast.
Very nice hotel overall, well located close to the subway, quiet, very comfortable. Very nice buffet for breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff. We had nothing to complain about.
15 mins (outside rush hour) by taxi from the airport. A few minutes from Metro Parque which is just a few stops from lots of sightseeing. Very nice hotel. Hotel staff were better than great!
Good as described on the website
Very efficient staff. Free internet access in lobby. Printed our boarding cards without charge. Good coffeeshop in basement. Excellent amount of fruit at breakfast.Taxi rank outside the door. Metro two streets away. Very convinient for airport.!0 minutes Euro 10. Wind noise on 10th floor.
Great hotel, close to downtown. Walking or a very quick cab ride to everything. Pretty quiet location with a friendly staff. Very clean inside and a wonderful morning breakfast included. Really enjoyed the stay!
We were made very welcome. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent. I wish we could have stayed longer. The members of staff were very helpful and professional.
large room, excellent hotel staff
This Hotel is more use to deal with groups of tourist s, they will ignore you if you are on your own
Very well designed and modern; it looks like a four star hotel and the staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Wifi throughout the hotel was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. It is really only suitable for tourists who are out all day and does not have good enough facilities for business travellers - eg no quick cleaning and pressing service, a snack bar but no restaurant. It wasn't my first choice of hotel but other hotels were full. The cleaning in the room wasn't at all thorough.
It was central and resonably priced, quiet and well soundproofed rooms, Chocolates and water left the first night which was very nice but nothing on the second night! Rooms were small but as the hotel was in the centre of Lisboa this was accecptable.
Near to metro station. The beakfeast is good. The staff are very friendly. The room is very small for 4*. The wifi internet connexion is very bad; disconnect each 20-30 sec during whole period of 5 days. Cleanliness bathroom was good but not over the top. Is good for 3*, but not for 4*.
Well located. Modern and clean
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very modern with many ammenities along with several news TV stations in english. The morning buffet breakfast had many selections and was very good. The location wasn't in the old town, but the hotel was only a block away from the excellent subway station that took you to all of the sites of Lisbon. Nothing.
close to metro Campo pequeno bathroom not very clean, no info on facilities in the room. early check-in didn't seem to be possible (impression that this is a policy), needed warmer duvet.
Convenient and pure room, the affable personnel. The free Internet. There was no place on a hotel parking. A small choice of dishes for a breakfast.
Central location and quite acceptable standard and service. No coplaints nor dislikes.
clean, quiet, useful staff n/a
A good size family bedroom. Plent of room for an extra bed and a travel cot.The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nice and quiet at night.
only few steps to the centre of the town, clean room noisy room. We have window to the street.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city, on a street closed for traffic. It's clean and the personal was quite helpful and spoke English. Good value for money. Noise during night - I finally found out what they came from - cars (only a few for merchandises that pass through that street) going over the canalization make a quite annoying noise. However, if you have a deep sleep it doesn't matter.
Great location and good price. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. parking would be difficult.
At night around 3:00 AM there is garbage pick up that is loud.
The location was great - right in the centre of the historic area of Lisbon - and very close to restaurants and shops. Bedroom at the rear of the hotel was very peaceful. Breakfast was rather dull by Englisg standards - every morning was the same.
Our stay at the Residencial Florescente was great. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting us around town and the location was just excellent for exploring the city.
We had a superior double room which, while a little pricey for the type of facility, was comfortably large. The bathroom was very modern. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The location was very good with access to public transport. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit at breakfast. The bathroom, while modern, had a tub that was difficult to maneuver. The hotel did not provide a shower mat (the rubber type to prevent falls) even after being asked.
Great location. So much to see that is very close to the hotel. The front desk staff was great at helping us with answers and advice to our questions.
The staff was very helpful and nice and the location was great.
Ideally placed in the centre of Lisbon, ideal for shopping and dining. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for bathing.
Beautiful rooms. Good choice of TV channels. Very good breakfast which is included in room price. Restaurant has excellent food and service. Have changed internet connection policy. Only wired internet available in rooms and have now starting charging for this service.
The staff at this hotel are just amazing...! From the welcome they provide to the ease with which they processed requests. The restaurant is also excellent. We had 2 dinners that were great. Would love to visit again and highly recommend.
Very nice Hotel. Only stayed for one night and didn't get round to using facilities but they looked very nice. Hard to find as it did not come up on GPS.
very friendly, helpful personnel; great breakfast; comfortable, modern, clean and very pleasant hotel - one of the best we've ever stayed in!
Helpful staff and good facilities for a reasonable price. No public transport access to Lisbon town, or airport. Taxis appeared to be the only way to get to/from the hotel.
Goos size room. Quiet surroundings. Far from the city. Really intended for Business.
professional staff, excellent facilities...
Hotel staff was very kind and friendly
The comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. I would have liked tea + coffee making facilities in the room, it would certainly have made the whole hotel package exellent.
it was all great . very happy customer
excellant hotel, staff very friendly & professional. very good choice at included breakfast. bar meals/restaurant reasonably priced, food very good. shuttle bus available on request to get to tram station. use of sports complex across road located in business park away from local ameneties
staff and cleanness of the room, breakfast
a nice, clean and friendly hotel in a central location. It is easy to find it by car eventhough Lisbon is a difficult city to drive a car in if you don't know it. I was surprised that I had to pay for the carpark.Last time I stayed at the hotel (october 2006) the parking was free.
Great location. Great staff. Very nice breakfast
Friendly staff. Clean room. Free parking. Good location. No free WiFi in room. Actually only WiFi in restaurant.
Location, breakfast. People noise after mid night, a few staffs were lack of training to communicate with customers in friendly manner
kindliness and amability of the staff the plumbing inst. and A.C. inst
Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was too small and too old for the four star hotel
Centrally located, near Metro, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, well appointed. Everything we could ask for.
Good breakfast, silent room Had to pay for Internet
The location is very good for walking, catch metro. The receptionist are very kind and give to visitor a very usefull information. For recommendation.
(1) proximity to airport, (2) across the street from the metro station, (3) taxi stop outside lack of proper soundproofing from clients talking on the hallway.
Room was clean and large Breakfast was horrible and staff was disinterested.
1. High standard of cleanliness of the hotel. 2. Convenience to the Metro and within walking distance of the places we needed to contact during our stay. 1. A bedroom not overlooking the railway would have been quieter ! 2. The lifts were slow responding to calls and appeared overworked at peak times i.e. breakfast time.
I asked a quiet room and they gave me the one. Many groups stay this hotel. So you better ask a quiet room when you check in, and go earlier at the breakfast. or you'll suffer from them.
reception staff were not particularly efficient with regard to telephone usage from the room
friendly people nothing
Eveything was fine, Staff helpful The swimmingpool to small
Location and price Everything was OK.
Pleasant staff and a relaxed atmosphere
Spacious, clean room. Close to the airport, easy to catch the metro to the city centre too. Good low-budget hotel for a short night or 2 trip. Staff´s english was poor. Hotel was also a bit old / old-fashioned.
the room was spacious and clean. The lobby was comfortable, the restaurant excellent, but the top was the breakfast which was kind of an early lunch. Terrific the prices were expressed without VAT. We were surprised to had to pay a higher rate than the one fixed on the internet due to VAT. This was the first time
great location, walking distance to Metro
cleanliness cleaning lady would come in without knocking, walls to thin - could hear people
I have been at the Zenit Lisboa 3 times so far -- never been disappointed. N/A
room's comfort, good position
The hotel is pretty centric, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the centre, the rooms are nice and clean, there's no noise to bother you and the price is ok.
Safe & clean environment There was no parking available.
The Zenit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There are a couple of pastelarias just opposite for an excellent cheap breakfast. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by bus and just 100m from the bus stop at Saldanha (15mins). It is well placed for exploring the city just a short bus ride (from Saldanha) or 20min walk to centre.
parking garage - too small and very difficult tp park
The location is a couple of KM from where you might like to eat in the evening, but is close to the Metro. Lisbon is basically a spreadout city and the metro is needed to get around. The staff were most helpful at reception. The rooms are servicable, a bit older and smaller than other hotels, but they work. Unfortunatelly we tried the restaurant for dinner. I suggest this be avoided - lack of quality and atmosphere. There are many other great places to eat in Lisbon.
friendly staff, competitive price of breakfast and parking, near to shop area, near to downtown and metro.
The staff is excellent and helpfull. We went there for my birthday they make me a cake and left me in the room it was very nice surprise. Thank you again:) jacuzzi water isnt hot enough
This hotel is incredible. Everything was perfect. I'm fan of complaining, but this place have is nothing to complain about/
The staff is great and helpful, the location couldn't be better, and the hotel is beautifully designed with an eye for detail. It would be great for next time if windows could be opened. Also it took us 5 minutes before the shower went from cold to warm.
I've traveled a lot in my life and seen lots of hotels. Inspira Santa Marta is one of the best I've seen. Very luxury, new, trendy, gourmet. Staff is unbelievably helpful and nice! Rooms are awesome, but I don't think that they are good for families :)
Hospitality was unbeliveable! Rooms are new, modern and clean. Definitelly comming back. Would not recommend for older people. Breakfast could be improved slightly, but with all the bakeries in the area I did not really care.
