The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower.The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!
Positiv was the free access to the gym and the luggage room.
Although new hotel the carpet in the room was very dirty already and there is no effort to clean it proper. We had asked for a wake up call at 5 am and I am glad I did not rely on the hotel as they did not wake us!! The service is lacking behind for a 5 star hotel.
The bedroom is modern and equipped with the basic facilities. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is a five minute walk from the metro.
The basic double rooms aren't pratical: there are no bed-side tables, no place to hang hand-towels or to place the suitcases. The mini-bar and room-service don't have much to offer. No kettle to boil water for coffee/tea in the bedroom. There is no free internet and no wi-fi at all in the bedroom (we had to take our own cable from the recpetion). The comfort and service provided are far from what is expected from a five-star hotel.

Excellent hotel. Quality has exceeded expectation. Good atmosphere for rest and work. Good staff in Hotel and especially in restaurant. I like this Hotel and will stay there more.

Rooms although comfortable were quite basic for 5 star clasification. Breakfast was dreadful, especially at â¬20 per person. Cold, congealed cooked food, no bread left with an hour and a half of service left. Burnt pastry.
