Our conveniently located and newly renovated property in the Little Rock area offers all the comforts of home including a spacious pool and complimentary high speed Internet access. Pet accommodation: 10.00 USD per night, per pet. Pet limit: 1 pet per room, maximum 20 pounds.
The rooms were of poor quality-stains on the carpet, door hard to open, and a funky smell to the room. I didn't have stable internet access. I forgot my life n death medication in the room, and they wouldn't let me get it b/c the housekeeper had left, even though it was an EMERGENCY! I had to call customer care for the hotel chain just to get them to release my medicine. They weren't nice to me at all! Finally, it is in a horrible area of Little Rock. Don't ever visit!!
Safe, comfortable, good breakfast, new beds. But older property, appears a little sketchy, but perfectly fine. Looks like abandoned Denny's in lot is about to be opened again.
Enjoyed my stay. Quiet hotel with easy access to the highway. Good internet speed and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and maid service did a good job. Would stay again. Only negative is that I'm rather tall and the shower head was a bit low for me but this happens a lot to me.
Reasonable rate, reasonably nice, swimming pool, restaurants one exit down, Chinese Buffet great for the very low price
The Motel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. But, there wasn't any place close to eat. The restaurant that was close by had gone out of business.
I would not stay at another Rodeway Inn & Suites unless I really wanted to save money. The initial room we checked into wasn't throughly cleaned. The sink was horribly dirty so we went down to the front desk to let them know. They gave us a new room without question. The service was good. Both of the rooms had a mini fridge which we found bugs in. The towels were old and worn with stains on them. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. We booked a non-smoking room but it smelled of old smoke. We were also disturbed in the middle of the night by noisy neighbors. It was a cheap place to crash for one night but I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.
The neighborhood did not appear to be safe, there was really nothing around the hotel (most things were boarded up). The hotel itself was not in good condition and we saw bugs in corners of the lobby. There is no elevator and we could not carry bags up. We did not feel ok leaving my car in the lot. We decided not to stay the night here and moved to a different hotel.
This hotel is close to several attractions in the area; the staff is outstanding; the rooms are big, clean, quiet, and comfortable; the hotel has picnic area, pool, and vending facilities along with free parking and wifi. What else would you expect for such a low rates? Regardless, they had free breakfast in the morning. The furniture was attracting in room instead of beat up junk. I mean, this is a new home in little rock, arkansas because everytime I come here this will be the only hotel I'm intending to stay at.
Great hotel in it's day. Needs to be remolded but if just need a place to sleep it was clean, breakfast nothing special if would have paid the full price would have been disappointed.
My boyfriend and I showed up at 3 am, but the desk clerk was there to assist us in everything we needed. We were allowed to extend our check out, and I'm glad because the bed was so comfortable.
Right off the highway, but nothing too much near by at that exit, so it's in a quiet little spot. There is a nice little area with a few picnic tables in front, great for walking my little dog. Staff was very curteous and helpful. Free internet was awesome too, also had a pool (but I was there out of season) & laudary for customers, which is good for an extended stay.
The A/C smelled funky, the carpeting felt grimy so I wore shoes inside. The bathtub failed to drain well, the neighborhood was sketchy, and there was constant noise from the freeway less than a quarter mile away. It was an uncomfortable experience overall and I got out of there ASAP in the morning. But for a brief stop in the middle of a long journey to get a few hours of rest it was alright.
This really was good value for such little money. I felt clean when I left, which is always good with cheaper hotel rooms. Room was spacious and they allowed dogs.
The price for this hotel was withing my niece's price range and her children loved the big pool. Also, this hotel is located in proximity of all the attractions they wanted to visit. I would recommend this hotel again to friends and family
Not very clean. Very little choice for breakfast. Value was very poor.
Evening desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Night clerk left a lot to be desired. Room was very clean, fresh paint, clean linens, large tv and remote even worked. A/C and heat work good. Road noise was minimal even with it's close proximity to freeway. If I go back for overnight stay in Little Rock will stay here again. Overall good stay, especially for the * dollar rate.
I stayed at beautiful Rodeway Inn & Suites hotel in Little Rock Arkansas while we were visiting President Clinton Library, Little Rock AR Down Town Convention Center and University of Arkansas. This hotel was just few minutes away from Peabody, Double Tree, and Legacy Hotels. All those hotels were expansive and we were looking for affordable alternative near I-40/I440. Although we found this hotel on I-30 Exit 135, close to Down Town & Little Rock Airport. Little Rock had all different type of hotels, but when we were looking for the rooms under $*, Rodeway Inn was the best Hotel in Little Rock by far. We were in need to visit Arkansas Baptist College and University of Arkansas Little Rock for our children's admission process. While I was checking these places on local.yahoo.com on computer located at Business Center, front Desk Personal help us with Mapquest printout within a minute. Staff was very friendly, and I must tell you our room was clean & comfortable. As the matter affect this hotel had more amenities than any other hotels we stayed so far. We found complimentary water bottles & basket full of munchies and mints on our arrival. We had no prior reservation; we just saw the hotels outside appearance and decided to stay with them. For curiosity I was checking several website related to Little Rock since I need to visit several times this year in Little Rock. I found some negative comments. It's unfair to my mind, but then I found less good and worse comments on all the hotels located in Little Rock including Peabody Hotels. Well at least I would like to make sure Rodeway Inn should get positive review from me.
WE chose this hotel for the rates. Big mistake. This hotel is filthy!! Our room was atrocious.. The curtains were falling off the window, the smell was bad, but worst of all, the bathroom was a nightmare. The tub grout was covered in mold, the paint on the bathroom door was tearing apart and just hanging off the door, the door to the entertainment center was literally falling off and had been just shoved to the side.We told them we would not allow our children to bathe in there. They moved us to another room, and it was slightly better. I just don't understand why they would even rent out that room? It was horrible! We had been driving for 7 hrs with 3 children, and were just too tired to find somewhere else. Very mushy mattresses, and even though I 'reserved' a rollaway, they said they didn't have any left. Not sure what the 'reservation' was for?? But I will NEVER stay at another rodeway inn.
This is an older hotel, and you can tell, the bed is worn out and uncomfortable, there was also mold in the shower. I wont be back. Also the clerk, refused to give me a detailed receipt which is something I do NEED. Don't waste your money,,, stay under a bridge at least there you will know what your in for.
We checked in on a Friday at noon. we checked out 10 minutes later. It was the scariest hotel I've ever been in. It is in a terrible part of town. All the doors to the rooms look like they've been kicked in at some point. The room smelled terrible. There were three freshly patched holes in the wall, it looked like someones head had recently went through it. There was no soap. The beds were lumpy and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Nothing in the room matched: lime green striped curtains, navy blue & gold carpet, cowboy artwork etc. The parking lot was shared by closed down restaurant and was littered with garbage. My mother and I were scared for our safety. I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. I had already paid for the room, but I didn't care. We lost our money and ended up staying elsewhere.
The management couldn't have been more helpful in their suggestions and directions for restaurants, etc. The hotel is older than the pictures reveal and the room, while clean, was outdated and the bathroom needed repair.
For the price paid this motel was a great deal. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the pool was perfect for the kids. Also the motel is right off the hwy.
It is a delight to find a hotel where the level of service is as high as at other 3 star hotels. Prompt, professional, personal are three ?P? that describes it well. The room was tastefully decorated, the bathroom is large and superb. Choose the rooms on the side that have a pool & gazebo view -its magnificent. The Contintal Breakfast serves all my needs, will definitely stay there again when I come to back to Little Rock.'
Good location, easy access from highway -- breakfast was a couple of muffins and some lukewarm coffee, but for the price the room itself was fine.
My Supervisor reccommend me to stay here. I worked for Comcast. I stayed several place in Little Rock before, this place is my home away from home forever.
We phoned for a wake up call but never received it. Needed hot water for tea but they had only it from common restroom in hotel lobby. Wash cloth was filthy. Breakfast was very poor.
