Good location, good sized rooms both in bdrooms and living area.
The contract is quite scary as the costs for various things are quite steep & it can leave you worried that you'll be charged excessively for things after you've left & you won't be able to prove who caused the damage necessarily.
It was close to everything + gud size apartment
Simple homely accommodation. Some of fixtures and fittings worse for wear and cleanliness of apartment fixtures could be improved. Things broken in apartment that had not bee repaired. Great price on basic homely accommodation.
I liked that it was central in it's location in Liverpool so everything was walkable. It was also nice and large for a family which was great.
I didn't like that the mattereses were quite old and uncomfortable in the master bedroom. The shower stall actually overflowed because the drain was clogged and we weren't told. Not enough towels and there was no daily cleaning service as advertised. Also, 1 night there was a fire alarm and it was on for at least 45 minutes before somebody shut the alarm off. I was told this happened quite often in this building.
Location of the apartments was ideal for train station, 10 min walk and Liverpool centre, approx 5 mins. Apartment pretty spacius for the price.
On arrival, although information about check in stated was between 1300 and 1700, no one was in office to sort this out. Had to call them and then wait 20 mins for someone to come down to office. The apartment itself, although spacious could do with some TLC. Wardrobe door had come off wardrobe, and just left propped against the wall, curtain rail held up with tape and some damage to plaster in hallway to name a few. all small things which could have easily been rectified in just a few hours, but led to apartment feeling a little neglected. Also, due to apartments being set up around internal atrium, other guests noise was pretty noticable and distruptive.
The Hudson Gardens apartment were clean and very convenient as they were in close proximity to the city centre.
We booked 5 aparts for a group of 24. Our booking was accepted. We were then informed close to the arrival date that one of our apartments would not be available however extra bedding would be provided to compensate. Extra bedding meant 4 quilts for four guests to sleep on the extremely unconfortable couches. This cost 200 pounds. Fifty pounds each to sleep or not sleep as was the case. Not happy.
I reserved 3 apartments for 12 people, and was given 2 apartments which slept 9 people altogether - which was fine as there were only 9 of us, however i was charged the full amount for 12 beds as per my original booking. in addition, our apartments were situated at the docks which was fine however i was goven no advance notice of this and presumed that they would be on Duke street
Room poorly equipped, service was appalling - complete disaster
nothing - it was a total disaster.
It was cold/the kitchen equiptment was not to standard and dishwasher broke, and this was just in the second room we were moved to as first room had broken door!
Clean and central to city centre
