The room was pleasant and comfortable; we just needed an overnight stop to meet up with friends nearby and it was adequate for that. Hadn't appreciated quite how close, ie beside, the motorway it was.
the price the location, there was a building site nearby
An excellent hotel for an overnight stay as its near the motorway, friendly staff, big rooms, we didn`t try the hotel restaurant, a very good pizzaria not too far away.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. All room facilities are in excellent condition. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. It might not be easy to get to the hotel unless travelling by your own car.
Kind staff. Easy to reach by car. Good breakfast with typical products of the "Canavse" region.
The restaurant (which does not belong to the hotel yet is in the same building) serves the food extra-loaded with fat - impossible to eat.
Nice rooms clean and spacious, good overall services, fair breakfast The location is some km outside Ivrea and is reachable only by car
very friendly & helpful staff, great with kids. Thank you!
Excellent restaurant next door. No
toured aosta valley, sight seeing santhia city, visited lake viverone n/a
The staff is very co-operative. Cleanliness is very good. Accessability to motorway is excellient Need more option in breakfast.
Friendly Manager. Clean, spacious room. Poor breakfast.
This is a very good 3-star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a wide choice of well prepared dishes at surprisingly low prices. For example, they have a 4-course "fisherman's menu" including a half bottle of wine for 30 euro - excellent !! Rooms are simple, clean and adequate. Conveniently close to the motorway.
welcome and general outline Yes, dining room exhibits an "antique" water rill (in fact restaurant built in an ancient stable). This prooves outmost dangerous and should be corrected immediately.
Great hotel, large and beautiful rooms, good service. The hotel restaurant is no good. Angus steak was like a rubber and icecream had a taste of refrigerator. They didn't charge for the steaks after we sent them back but we heard no appologies nor replacement suggestions. Stay in the hotel, eat elsewhere.
The rooms, setting, and hotel staff were excellent. The food was indifferent. We ate evening dinner at the restaurant and it was average to poor. They need to improve the standard of the restaurant for a hotel of this quality. Room service breakfast was also poor - it arrived 20 minutes late, and the order delivered was not correct.
Very helpful staff, lovely building in rural grounds, good public rooms, decent sized pool with attendant for drinks, ices, etc. Good sized bedrooms but vary considerably in layout. Good food in restaurant where you can eat outside under a verandah if hot or in elegant interior. Good for relaxing round the pool and reading. Poor and complicated internet connection payable per hour continuous. Hardly any other restaurants to eat at apart from the hotel. Too many mosquitoes in outside restaurant. Bedrooms could do with better interior design.
nice place, excellent service. No one
I chose this hotel because of the facilities and it's location. It was an ideal place to spend a relaxing weekend with swimming pool and spa facilities (I did not use the spa this time but stayed at this hotel only a month ago and used the facilities then). The hotel entrance is not clear and it was not obvious to me at the beginning that I needed to ring the bell to get someone to open the gate.
We loved the bedroom - simple and elegant We found shower hose was broken in the bathroom
The dinner was excellent, good food and good service. We moved out already after one night This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. It is totally uncharming. a few things that happened and shouldnt have: The poolguy emptied a leaving guests old water in the pool while other guest where there, wifi did not work in the room, booking confirmation promised a suite on two floors but we did not get that, the room was not clean (the hotel was not clean), the breakfast was poor, the staff smoked outside the lobby som that the smell was all over, the "safe" was a safetybox that was not attached to the wall (it was just placed in a wardrobe and anybody could walk out with it. We have experienced sina before (good stay) and expected a lot more for all that money. I do not recommend this to anybody. I suggest sina work on the management...
Unbelievable service and food. It is a lovely place for a very affordable price. Need other colleagues to add to atmosphere because very few guests.
The hotel is very beautiful, filled with paintings and sculptures. The hotel staff was very friendly and very nice with our child. The surrounding is also very unique, a nice country side. Everything was perfect. Nothing
Great location and very nice and attending staff. Great for weekend escapes.
The friendliness of the staff, the size of the rooms, and the feeling that it was a true getaway. Fantastic breakfast! Nice indoor pool -- the only one in the area.
Lovely hotel, very friendly & helpful staff, restaurant extremley good.
the location very unpersonal, not very Italian. The toilet flush was broken and so was the lock of the bathroom door. American restaurant but which was full of local people on Saturday evening that's a sign but for us it was dissapointing. The breakfast was really bad everything was cold: coffee, the toaster did not work, no fresh bread. This should be a 3 stars not a 4 stars hotel. Also noise between the bedrooms is high.
On arrival we were told that it had been overbooked and we had been upgraded to a villa. This was 3 kms away by car and we had to drive to a supermarket to prepare our meal. My husband adored the villa and view, but it wasnt the sauna and spa that I had booked for.
The food, room, view, lounge, area, etc. All wonderful.
Food at dinner especially was excellent and so was wine. Breakfast was very good too. Location was beautiful. Room was very basic. Walls were simply rendered, not painted and ensuite was a cubicle built into the room. Ok for students - but not the type of accommodation I was looking for. Pool was not open despite it being warm enough (especially for English visitors!)
Hotel very clean, staff friendly, room very good. The restaurant was closed at the time of stay and the immediate external restaurants didn't offer a great choice.
Good bathroom, quite, high speed internet included. Location in the old city center of chivasso. the lighting in the hotelroom was very dark, in the bath room was it ok.
It was the first time I stayed at Europa for a short period of time. I must say that the hotel is excellent value for money. The location is great. The room is spotless and staffs are very friendly. Plus the Single room was of a really good size. I enjoyed everything
Free internet access.
Hotel and hospitality management team, made me feel comfortable in all this time. No
breakfast not best quality and slow to replenish items as they ran out
Good restaurant, friendly staff, spacious room for four people ,Engllish spoken and reasonable price.
The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and spoke English. Originally we had planned to stay in Ivrea, but after a brief visit in the evening we preferred the quiet location of this hotel, and its easy access to the autostrada. Bed comfortable, room functional. Restaurant open, the only one in the locality as far as we could see. Food was good. Decor rather 'sludgy'. It would have been useful to have the menu in English, as our Italian doesn't extend beyond pizza/pasta (I'm ashamed to say).
the restaurant was very good
We had everything we needed and the staff were all extremely helpful. We would certainly stay again. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed as the menu looked superb, but the owner was very kind and booked us a table at a nearby restaurant which was good.
very nice small hotel in heart of city, near Torino, perfect for a few days in Piemonte very small breakfast, no good bakery products
The best Italian breakfast I have ever had. Their own make of Vermouth Classico
It was incredibly beautiful -- both the town and the historic building the hotel is in. The staff is soooo nice and speaks English, even remembers little things you liked the day before. The food was some of the best I've had in my life. It was a little hard to find -- get gps! The bell tower tolls every hour starting at 7am!
This locanda deserves its high rating. We found the owners to be helpful and hospitable. We stayed in a Junior suite (choose that as its marginally more expensive than a standard double). The room was very large with beautiful views over the valleys. Condition of the room and bathroom was excellent. We suggest you book for dinner. The food both for dinner and breakfast is of a very high standard. In fact after 4 weeks in Italy, I nominate the tagliolini with summer truffles as one of the best dishes I have had in Italy. It was sublime. The chef is obviously a master of pasta making. We would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend away in montferrato wine country.Lunch in the local trattoria was also excellent. The internet reception was not very good in the room, but we understand it works in the lounge area. Be aware that you need a car as this hotel is in a hilltop town, 30 kms from Asti.
Nice, cozy, friendly, quiet. We were in Cocconato for three days, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were traveling with a little child, who really enjoyed his stay, and was treated like a king. The food is excellent. The room comfortable, well furnished and well equipped.
