5.8 Okay
Cons: The bed was quite saggy and uncomfble
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Chosen for location between destinations. Complimentary upgrade from motel room to cottage by Manager, Jay. He was friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendation for dinner was excellent. The cottage had all amenities and was very comfortable. Breakfast included cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, bagals and drinks. .
Cons: Nothing. There wasn't a view as the motel is on a main road and convenient which was the priority.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Motel room was not as shown online … no full size stove as mentioned in the Ad and the rooms were smaller than they appeared in the photo. The main room and bathroom are very small ... especially the bathroom …. and the shower was so small you could hardly turn around. Ceiling height was very low making the room feel claustrophobic. The dark floor covering made the room seem dark as well and with the window having been opened it made the carpet feel damp. Also, the room seemed to have been cleaned with straight Javex and the smell was so strong it caused irritation in my throat. The main office was cluttered and the room off from it (which appeared to be the kitchen) had pots and pans lining the counters and sink making it seem unclean and untidy; and not conducive to wanting to eat the free continental breakfast which was offered in the room behind that one.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was where we needed to be.
Cons: Check in process was difficult with gentleman that spoke very little English. Had many issues with our room and were met with rude and defensive response from management. Breakfast was not worth attending. Food and coffee was not being replenished. Would not recommend or return!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite so that was a nice surprise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great customer care, comfortable rooms and good food
7.5 Good
Pros: Easy to find, shower flow was good
Cons: The description and pictures on booking.com are somewhat overstated for what you get for the price being charged. Room is quite small and the bathroom is even smaller. You can use the toilet, the sink and the shower all at the same time
