Great little hotel with owners that put their heart and soul into it.
Owners are very helpful and willing to make your stay most relaxing
Breakfast, courtesy and cleanliness excellent. The sound of church bells.
the managment and the view my laptop cable was eaten by a cat, beds and pillows are poor
Very nice setting I had a problem with my flight and called the hotel to cancel one night, however, was told that they could not process the cancellation as I had booked online. Please verify this?
The location is OK, as well as the service. The hotel is simply too expensive in relation to its comfort. We (2 adults, 2 kids) payed Euro 360 for just one night.
The staff was very nice and tried to make a difference. Extremely expensive. A much better hotel was less expensive in downtown Locarno. We tried to cancell but it was not possible because we had booked with this web site. Very disapointing.
The room was large but basic. Very over priced hotel for the services provided !!
The staff very kind and polite, the quietness, the excellent breakfast and the free wi-fi. The price
Large space. Nice scenary. Very nice swimming pool. Helpful staff. Very expensive for what it is (even for Switzerland): location was remote and the available facilities were less than what you expect from an "apartment" (e.g. it didn't offer a laundry facility). There was no evidence of the bed sheets cleaned/replaced before check-in.
Location and landscapes. Value for money very bad.
The whole hotel was really modern design, and very clean. We really enjoyed it although only staying one night.
Nice and pleasant place, easy to find, fair prices. The owner was very helpful in planing our day to day trips.
Stayed for three nights in an apartment in Residenza Onirica. Very warm welcome by the owner. Good breakfast in the morning. Perfect place for exploring the area. Good sized apartment with enough space in the kitchen to cook.
Very modern, clean rooms with an interesting layout. The restaurant serves some very nice food, although it's a little expensive (but standard for the area). The location is just fabulously beautiful and the staff very friendly. Plenty of outdoor sports/walking options. The hotel seems to be new enough that it has some very minor teething troubles like water spilling out of showers, no space for toilet roll etc. The "free wifi in rooms" was not available at all, which is more significant given that it was advertised as part of the facilities. The staff were very laid back and friendly, but sometimes to the point of not paying attention - given that there is no formal reception this was a bit weird. Nothing to spoil the weekend though, overall pretty small concerns.
Very friendly staff, new modern but small rooms
very smart looking building in a beautiful tiny mountain village with special atmosphere and surrounding; nice garden restaurant with good kitchen run together with the hostel; friendly and helpful owner; nice renovated bathrooms our room was a bit small for three persons (with an installed extra bed); the noise of the restaurant at late night was too much
