Only built 9 months on edge of Vannes, one bed studio apartment on edge of commercial area but being landscaped, good centre for area and 50 euros bery good value indeed, room and balcony very good.Microwave ,fridge and two hob rings with cutlery etc No kettle even if hob so water boiled in saucepan, not clear if room was to be cleaned each day by staff but they only came in one day out of 5 we were there. Very hard to find on any mapwe ended up 7 miles away!its following coordiantes to find north 47/40/49.4 west 2/48/13.1
The room was large, with a kitchenette and balcony, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. Everything was brand new. The hotel was a short drive from our friends in Ploeren, and within reach of the things we wanted to see. There was a supermarket nearby. It was difficult to find the hotel at first, not signposted. Although there was a kitchenette, we had to buy some things like teatowels and cooking equipment. No kettle so we used the saucepan. We couldn't make the television work.
The two bedroom apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. Staff were very friendly, apartment was close to shopping malls in the suburbs of vannes. Bakery and restaurant nearby. The kitchenette was pretty basic without an oven, kettle, coffee-maker and without cups or glasses.
Kitchen within the room and cabled internet. Large and comfortable room and bathroom. Very difficult to find the hotel location with or without gps. The Hotel is located in a new area under construction. Hotel is oriented for senior clients. The most clients of the hotel are senior and disabled. That is not a negative review but is good to know for the noisy and young people. During our three days of permanence in the hotel our room has never been cleaned and arranged.
Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was large and comfortable with free wi-fi. Everything was in excellent condition, and the complex was very well maintained. The hotel was in fact rooms in a retirement complex, and was in a remote location, requiring either a car or taxi to get to any facilities or restaurants. Although breakfast was served, there was no restaurant, and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
