Fantastic location! 1 block from the tube. The room was very clean thanks to excellent housekeeping and everything was in working order. Friendly staff. Nice kitchenette. A lot of eating options nearby. Easy access from Heathrow on the Picadilly line.
Our bed area was so tiny that I had to stand sideways when getting out of bed and almost crawl out to the area where the table and chairs were. However, we know that in Europe, rooms are much smaller than in the US, so we weren't too surprised.
The location was amazing. Within walking distance to the South Kensington tube station, the V&A, Natural History Museum, and I even walked to Harrod's from here. Cute little neighborhood with lots of little cafes and places to eat.
The wife is pretty spotty, so you will keep having to reconnect during your time there. The room I was placed in could use some work: cracks in the walls, paint peeling on the ceiling, and staining on the carpet. No 'do not disturb' sign was given.
We loved the location. We were travelling with a 5 month old baby, so it was nice to be in an area that was central, but not too loud. This hotel is a 2 min walk away from the tube station, and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby.
The bed was VERY uncomfortable. It was saggy and squeaky, kind of felt like you were sleeping on an old pull out couch or something. That is really the only complaint we have about the hotel.
