I had stayed here several times before, the most recent time about five years ago. Things have changed, going dowhill. The staff are not friendly or helpful. The wifi was difficult to use and the signal weak. The breakfast has only instant coffee, no brewed coffee. I won't book with the Burnes again.
Very clean, not overly small room. Really nice continental breakfast. Excellent location 100 m. to Earl's Court tube station. Fun neighborhood, yet hotel is quiet.
No internet access, though advertised; was told it was not hotel's fault. No offer to provide compensation. Shower head was tilted at an angle to the side, so spray did not come down straight.
The location was fantastic, very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was clean and in very good condition. When i go back to London, i will definately book the room by you again! i dont have to look for another hotel. and surely recommend it to friends and family
The staff were helpful and friendly, full english breakfast was excellent. The location near the tube and Earls Court made our trip much easier.
Shower was a little weak and my husbands side of the bed sagged.
Easy location, just 3 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station.
I had stated my only concern during my booking, i.e. room on upper floor, however, a room in basement was arranged. It's noisy because of the traffic and pedestrians right outside the window, I stayed 3 days and the average noisy hour is from 6:00a.m. till 1:00a.m. I tried wi-fi but not working, I used my vodafone connection but because of the basement locaiton, it's so slow that it took almost one hour to access the national rail website. I'll never stay in this hotel, even though the price is comparatively lower, it could never compensate what I lost.
The location and the view from the window.
Cleanliness, quiet and comfort of facilities as well as convenient location, helpful staff and reasonable price for London!
the computer made available for guests did not have a printer.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful
Quite hard to find
The staff was exceptionally helpful. My room was very hot on the first day, and they found me a fan, which cooled the room considerably.
The hotel is aging, and while neat and clean, had very creaky floors. Also, the rooms are incredibly small.
The hotel is very nice in a quiet zone in front of a beautiful garden and near the undergroun station Earl's Court. In Earl's Court street there are many place where eating: japan, indian, burger, english pub and starbucks!!! The room 111 is large and the bathroom is very big
The room have not conditioned area
breakfast was good
The bath was dirty had to complain. The room was very small
