I liked that there was a microwave, and small refridgerator. Everything was pretty worn but for the price there is no complaints. The metro station was about a 10 min walk.
I have no hugh complaints
We arrived too early to check in but the hotel staff were very helpful in letting us leave our bags safely. This was also the case when we checked out, our train wasn't until 5pm but was able to leave the bags.
Very good location, clean and comfortable room with good facilites
Shared bathroom could do with renovation, but was clean and well serviced
the location is superb. within 10-15mints walk, you can reach to all the main sight viewings. and no need to pay for the expensive tube tickets. we booked the typical room at the beginning, then the staff told me that there is a newly decored house even closer to the Victoria train station, we stayed there for 3 nights. everything is more than great. there is also a very handy kitchen.
prices varies a lot. you really need to make sure you got the best price.
room allocation for a single female was despicable.
Very convenient location
The close proximity to Victoria bus & train stations. Not that i had time to use it but the free internet use was one of the points that attracted me to the hotel
not the hotel itself but i think your map displaying how to get to the hotel could be improved a little - may showing the bus & train stations.
The central location. It was close to the center of London. The bus to Stanstead airport started/ended at Victoria Station which made it easy.
The bathroom was very small and a high level of moisture in the room ingenerel.
there was no lights in the bathroom i asked from the staff to fix it but he ignored me
