Location was ok!
I had a room that was so hot that we were sweating because fans was on even when it was warm outside. Not an easy accessible room even when I asked for one. Room was changed because I complained and then I got an even worse one on the absolute top floor which was a nightmare with a toodler and stroller! The room had a sticky floor all over, not sure if they tried to kill of the bed bugs that I ended up having bites from all over my body! I think this was a revenge room for complaining to the managing agent & booking.com!
cool place very near to the shops and small resto and post office
wifi is so weak cannot access properly
Comfy bed, fan to keep us cool.
Shower had broken off wall. No TV in room
Good location, close to tube stations as well as pubs and shops. Half the price of hotels in the area and towards the centre of London. Don’t mind sharing a bathroom as spent little time in the room, never had to wait for the bathroom to be free aside from just before check out at 10am. Felt safe walking back to the hotel from nearby bars around 1am. Walk from picking the keys up to the hotel is very short, 5 minutes max, and the person at the alternative location was very helpful in us finding our way to the room and using the internet etc.
We were in the downstairs bedroom at the front of the house and it was hard to sleep due to the noise from outside - we thought a window had been left open it was that loud. This bedroom is in need of new sheets as I was uncomfortable and itching the whole night and we discovered the next day we were covered in itchy red bumps which ruined our day in the city and made my journey home uncomfortable.
Location and facilities apart from bathroom.
only one bathroom for all rooms.
