The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me.
The hotel was not what I was expecting. It was extremely small, the bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows.
They originally were giving us a small room without proper kitchennette but changed it quickly for us.
Very small and dirty.
It was dirty.
Very small room and very small bathroom.
Location was excellent, close to tube and venue I was attending
Room looked nothin like it did in the pictures
The staff were really friendly and helpful
The double bed would not fit a guy who is 6 foot 4 so its a good job my husband didn't come with me!
Served purpose of what I needed
closeness to exhibition hall. kitchenette facilities, very comfy bed. Quiet room.
Very poor lighting in room, room unserviced on one day (Bed made but no glasses, cups cleaned, no shampoo, no remote for tv), 4 inch gap under front door, poor maintenance with plugs not working, no phone in room hair dryer did not work.
easy walking distance from earls court
rooms to small ,dirty, bathroom door broken, lift broken, in poor .repair
Ladies at reception were friendly and efficient
the room and indeed the whole building was in a state of decay and disrepair. I believe Environental health would close it down due to poor state of electrical fittings alone
