The room was nice and clean with daily tea and coffee. The staff was very, very nice helpful. There was a bus station in front of the hotel.
You need over 30 minutes to London's centre.
It was conveniant for what we wanted to do
Difficulty with parking on arrival
It was very clean and comfortable. We did not stay long or use any other facilities so no other comment possible.
We had a slight problem at reception where the cost being suggested was £100 over the quote we had from the internet. It was explained that it was to allow us a float for using facilities and not the final charge. We have never seen this practice before and it was removed. It was very well handled by a gentleman who seemed to be senior to the receptionist.
Rooms are very clean and neat. The hotel is well maintained. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Most importantly, the hotel has an exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and professional staff which speaks all of the common European languages. Compared to Central London it is in a very quiet neighborhood. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Moreover, the bus stops frequently outside the hotel and it takes you directly to Underground and rail stations. In additionn, the hotel is a short 10-15 minute bus ride from Kew Gradens and excellent restaurants and shopping in Chiswick and Richmond. We enjoyed it much more than staying in Central London. We liked it so much that extended our stay for four more nights.
Breakfast was very expensive for a family of 4 it would have been over £50.
A very nice modern hotel. It's value for money. I'd definitely go-back.
Reception staff were very pleasant, the room pleasantly quiet and comfortable. (Did not review previous visitors' comments but was told how beautiful the hotel is).
Didn't like having to pay for movies.
A comfortable room and ease of parking made this an ideal hotel for our needs, which were for one night only.
Food at the restaurant was good.
Staff did not care about my needs, staff cared about selling. Even if I don't pay myself I think the overall price for my stay was too high.
