Good variety of food for breakfast and very tasty too. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful, all run very efficiently and professionally. Room was good enough size and bed very comfortable - shower okay. Nice, modern bar. Good location.
Leave yourself plenty of time to check out. We were checking out at 7.30 and although there were 4 staff there, only two appeared to be dealing with customers and we were waiting a while. I eventually asked the concierge (who was on a computer and wouldn't look up) if we could just leave our room keys. He just grunted yes and looked down again. Think they should ask the restaurant staff to give a couple of the reception team some tips on customer care!
Location was perfect.
Booked a twin got a double room, which is not what I booked. The bathroom door did not close correctly, there was only one robe and one pair of slippers, we did call down to complain, no one called back. Not what I booked, no one seemed to care about the issues, which was really upsetting.
Breakfast was great. Location to tube station and bus service - excellent
Bathroom not the cleanest and a light on the back of the television flashed all night long and even after asking the front desk twice, no one ever came to offer a solution.
The room was without Ac And when we called the operator instead of sending the technician, she simply decided to lay by saying the hotel have ac problem,, while the entire hotel facilities was having actually ac ! I had to sleep in the heat ! The same operator it self when i called her another day asking for the dining service .. she told me i will let them call u back .. i asked her if she can just transfer the call .. she HANGED on my face the line without bothering to say something ! I called her back to ask her why she did that and she again hanged the phone on my face ! Unfortunately the hotel have big group of unprofessional staff !
The staff there was horrible. I 100% sure that I left my gold rosary in the hotel but they did not bother to help me about it. They did help me check whether there were anything left but the way that the staff handle the situation was really rude and did not have any sympathy on me that was trying to find my gold rosary. They treat me as if I am a little girl that does not know anything.
