pleanty of hot water!
furniture old and dirty, kitchen was also dirty.
Very quiet and convenient to underground and airport bus. Friendly service and good breakfast
We were disappointed that as a 3-star hotel, they did not have free internet service
Magnificent buffet breakfast. Efficient check in & out.
Bath bottom was slippery away from the tap/shower end after showering. Also could do with a handrail to grab if one slipped, and to help us oldies to get up to get out of the bath.
the members of staff were very helpful with all our questions, the hotel was easy to find and close to many public transport stops, tube, bus and train. The room was clean.
The breakfast room is very crowded and clearly too small for this size hotel. Nothing too bad but that means the starts a little bit more hectic than it needs to.
I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The room and bathroom were big. After staying in some other London hotels this issue bacame crucial (even double rooms I stayed before were all much smaller). My room was double standard (not special double which was cheaper) #403 (it was in the hotel main buidling, not apartments). It was clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful. There was a lift in the hotel. Can't say anything about the breakfast served - never had this.
The lady at the reception charged my credit card for the whole period at check-in (by mistake she said), but it didn't dusturb me. She however confirmed should I needed an earlier check-out I would need to give a 24-hour notice, and they would refund it sraightaway.
As someone who prefers a full English Breakfast I was suprised at who much I enjoyed the buffet continental breakfast provided.
I loved that the hotel was outside the city but only a few tube stops from Central London. The neighborhood was wonderful. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for my family's week-long holiday.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an apartment, which was a great size, the kitchen facilities were very good, but the apartment itself was a little 'tired' - could have done with new carpet/curtains and the sofa looked well used, too. This is not to say that it wasn't comfortable! Indeed, because we're working in the area, we've booked a further week.
Location. The hotel is not far from the tube station and one of not many hotels in that area.
The hotel leaves much more to be desired. Personnel is not trained well enough. I would expect more friendliness and more customer care for the money I payed. The hotel definetely requires serious refurbishment, staff training, improvements in the services area and so on.
Parking was difficult.
