Room very comfortable. Location good
Financial rip-off. £550 for room & lounge area. Lounge has nice breakfast But poor snacks during the day. The company must think this Hilton is 5 Star, but take my word it is a normal 4 Star. Next time I will look for a different spot toY my head.
Good location,nice breakfast,clean rooms,helpful staff
Room location near service elevator was not good, hotel should be more flexible with late checkout requests.
The service was exceptional.
The only negative point was the fact that the cooked breakfast was not as hot as it should have been.
Too short a stay to make use of its amenities
The elevator system is not practical. A reversed half circle obliging clients to run from one end to the other one to catch a lift. I wonder how do elderly clients cope with that ...
