The location was excellent, only a short distance from Wembley Park station. The restaurant located in this particular Premier Inn (Thyme) was first-class.
The staff seemed to have real trouble explaining the way in which their internet terminals worked, namely the cost and the amount of hours available. They were also reluctant to book tours of attractions; this was particularly odd as the brochures they provided stated clearly to: 'speak to hotel reception.'
The friendly staff, convienience of location
No variation in breakfast menu. Different charge rates per night
Good location nearby the Tube, quiet surroundings, easy to find - also the room, very nice large bed ment good sleeping, good reception service with a nice attitude, simple but plentiful and well done breakfast. Smokefree interiors. Good with water boiling possibillity.
Too little furniture in the room, missing chairs and side table. The tele was a small flatscreen, would have liked it on wheels. Slippers, disposable type.
The very kind, helpfull and smiling personnel, the food at the restaurant, the wines and the location that it is so near to an underground station. The room was very clean and quiet, the beds very comfortable.
Very close to underground station. Quiet neighbourhood (was no football match at that period). Very quiet hotel, nice room temperature. Very friendly staff at the restaurant in contrast to reception staff.
No bathroom equipment present (would be desirable), only towels.
Ease of access both by road and tube into London
the size and comfot of the bed
not necessaily about the hotel but you did not pass on authorisation to take money off the card that had been given on your website so had to wait half an hour while I tried to get authorisation.
confusion re room booking on arrival bed on floor as family room unavailable staff kind though
Proximity to tube
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lounge area was small .
The food we had on friday night dinner was awful - fish, chips and peas. Breakfast was okay
