The hotel was clinically clean! Staff were so friendly and efficient. Had breakfast every morning and it was DELICIOUS and incredible value for money. Given the super location I really could not recommend this hotel enough.
Nothing! Seriously - our stay was faultless - and this is an honest review!
Clean the breakfast was great
Stayed in a quadruple room - spacious room and bathroom, cleanliness top notch, sound sleep. Proximity to borough market meant every meal was an exotic treat. Tesco top of the alleyway served every other need.
Nothing, far exceeded my standard premier inn experience. Didn't get free breakfast as part of the booking, but the Tesco provided a healthier alternative
The hotel is perfectly located between two convenient metro stations in couple minutes walk and next to the Borough market, which is worth seeing in itself. I asked for a quiet room, and our room was perfect with additional window for silence and with the bathtub, which happily surprised our children. Personnel is very responsive and amicable. I would highly recommend for visiting London.
I would prefer separate shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. The hotel supplies shampoo and show gel all-in-one in the dispensers. However, this is minor, especially, if you bring our own stuff.
Location and clean
Facilities and the staff need to be more friendly
Our Premier Inn London Bridge hotel is set in the heart of Zone 1 - within easy reach of speedy transport links and loads of iconic landmarks, from London Bridge to the Tate Museums. Head up to the dizzying 72nd floor of The Shard for spectacular views across the city, soak up some culture at the Southbank or make a pitstop to gaze across the Thames at sunset. If you're a big foodie, you're in luck - we're just three minutes walk from Borough Market, which is packed with gourmet goodies galore. After a busy day out in the capital, head on back for a scrumptious dinner at our in-house Thyme restaurant. Then retreat to the peace and quiet of your modern, spacious room to watch your 40" flatscreen TV and have a great night's sleep in your luxurious, kingsize Hypnos bed.
