while the room was in general ok, though small, nothing special, the non service oriented treatment from the check in staff was very offputting. I had booked three night as I followed a course nearby. I had to cut short my stay by one day due to the unexpected funeral of my mother in law in Scotland. as I had to rebook flights, I would return for one night again in London. as I explained the circumstances, I asked whether it would be possible to move my third night from Wed to Sun. without any sight of sensitivity for the exceptional situation, I was bluntly informed that this was of course not possible. Best Western at its worse (pun intended). I booked my Sunday hotel elsewhere obviously.
The staff were welcoming and friendly
I thought it was way overpriced, however the included breakfast did make up for it a bit.
Very convenient location. Nice and welcoming staff. Very quiet room. We had a very nice stay there. I think I may go back to this hotel next time I’m in London. !
At one point there was not cold water but that was not much of a problem. One morning we were waken up by the housecleaning staff but that’s okay, we should have maybe put a sign on the door.
Helpful, friendly staff. Air conditioned room. Really close to Hammersmith tube. Comfortable beds at a reasonable price for a couple of nights in London.
Room size. Tiny and cramped. The 20cm gap between the end of the bed and the wall with the TV meant you have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. We could live with it for the price and didn't complain.
Great hotel staff really friendly and polite. The breakfast is plentiful
