Location to fit my itinerary
Reception and late night bar with bouncers location, layout
Service and breakfast- facilities especially roof terrace and views available from roof terrace-location was excellent
The room was small and the window could not be opened
Staff were helpful and friendly. Accommodation was excellent and an ideal base for exploring london.
very plesant staff
The lobby lounge, the Terrace upstairs, the service, the location. Very nice indeed!!! Front Desk staff was very helpful.
One of the main attractions of the Hotel is the Roof Terrace and during our first night, it was closed due to a private event. That should not happen during Saturdays. big disappointment! I also do not like interior rooms. I am claustrophobic and try to avoid these rooms. Room service selection after 10:30 pm.
Nice big room with modern fittings and bathroom
Reception / Bar area altogether, bar is full on with DJ etc, which can be a bit disconcerting when checking in. No public areas to chill in evening.
Very central location, with easy access to the west end. The staff were very helpful.
The hotel was overpriced for the ammenties, and our room was very claustraphobic due to overlooking a very close office block, not a "great" view!
Nice hotel in a great location. Room was fantastic....and so was the deal on the room.
Always someone willing to help with a query and nothing too much trouble
Some inconsistencies with communication. Phoned down to reserve meal Sunday night, but later found that restaurant closed on Sundays.
Location confortable e modern, strategic for fit to visit london
