The location: very close to St Pancras
Everything else: the worse "hotel" I have ever stayed
The quietness and location near to King's Cross/St Pancras and local eateries.
No tea/coffee making facilities which I have never come across before especially when staying over 2 nights! No bedside/wall lamps, only very bright ceiling light. No headboard to beds, just shelving, so most uncomfortable when sitting against pillows to try and watch TV. Very small bedroom. Could not use bathroom/toilet after a shower as it was just a small wet room so most disappointing.
the fact that was a quite in the heart of london
everything was fine
It was our 2nd stay in this hotel and certainly not the last! Ok the rooms are smalls and there is no breakfast but this hotel is located near St Pancras, staff is cool and helpful, you can leave your luggages and you can find many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel.
Wifi access would be really great. Beds are smalls and walls are thin.
Room was so small and not comfortable but i didnt wanna use bath.. location is too good for London
location value for money
no kettle in room
Good location, 1 minute from King's Cross tube station. Rooms are small but have everything needed in it. Cleaned on a daily basis. Overall impression is good.
Hotel staff could have been more guest-oriented.
The good things about this hotel are the price (probably the cheapest for a room with bathroom) and the good location (just a short walk from King's Cross tube/train station, and still very quiet). The rooms are also very clean, and there is a small TV in the room.
The bathroom is very cramped and uncomfortable; when you sit on the toilet, your head is above the sink. Ventilation of the bathroom is poor, and the bathroom door cannot be left open (it is spring-loaded and closes automatically). They provided a single mini-soap for the four nights I spent at the hotel, and did not replace it while it became smaller and smaller.
This is a no frills place, but is well priced for London and the ensuite though small, sets it apart from a lot of other places in this price range. Having full selection of freeview channels on the TV was great. It is clean and secure and you could od a lot worse in London at this price.
The rooms are very, very small, there is no breakfast and no lift - if you are on the top floor it is a long climb up narrow stairs - ok if you are young and fit, but a problem for the less mobile or if you are lugging heavy cases.
