The staff was very pleasant - made you feel welcome. The Computer was down at check out so no receipt was available. One was to be sent electronically but nothing has arived.
They need to upgrade their TV's bad!!
we order room service, adn the quality and taste of the food was excellent!! and the service very kind.. i was aware not to leave things in the car like gps, laptop, etcccc..and we felt a litlle afraid of going out for a walk... increase security please
Proximity to train station, comfortable bed Bathtub wasn't draining, when complained they tried to fixed it but didn't work do they transferred me to another room but I had to get my language myself, the room service guy gave me the key and left. Old painting of the doors.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location in downtown London. Pool and gym areas. There is no wireless in the rooms like the website says. There is a network cable in each room though.
Comfort & Cuisine
Staff was very friendly, entrance was nice looking, valet parking was good. No kitchenette, no microwave, no mini bar. Fridge is too hidden. Ice wasn't available on every floor. Our towels had stains. Bed was comfy, the view was kind of crappy (10th floor view of back parking lot). HALF THE OUTLETS didn't work in our room.
-the friendly, courteous staff and the room which had an individual terrace outside the sliding doors -the original room assigned had an electric deodorizer running and the fragrance caused problems with one of the children who has asthma, even after it was turned off -however, the staff was quick to give us another equally lovely room adjacent to the first one
Staff was wonderful, helpful and kind. Shannon (check in ) was especially nice knowing I was stressed and sending me some complimentary wine with room service. All staff was great, breakfast gal was terrific. Tiles around bath needed better cleaning, black in spots. A turn off for me.
My wife and I appreciated the obvious desire of the staff to offer good service. Please review critically the instructions on the desk phone in Room 812 and see if they work. For example, pressing the button for a message from another guest does not work. One tries, with no success, phones the operator, and is told that one must dial 5. A waste of time to guests and your staff. There may be other examples. 2) A servicing of the door closers would be useful. Now, they slam the door (of Room 812).
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Made the stay for business much more enjoyable.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I did not like the fact that there were a lot of extra charges, such as in-room music, email retrieval, self parking
Love the pool and how it is laid out. The lounge on the 20th floor was very relaxing and the munchies were wonderful. We've stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoy it. It would be nice if you had a smoker's area at the back of the hotel. Looks very tacky at the front and having to wade through the smoke to get to your car is not pleasant. My husband has severe asthma and this is always a problem.

Fabulous location - steps to the Covent Market (spent a lot of time and money there), and all our other destinations. Very modern tasteful rooms although perhaps a little too heavy on the 'minimalist' side. Great bed and linens. No street noise in our room since we faced the atrium. Other than the AC (see below), very quiet - couldn't hear other rooms. Staff were helpful and responded quickly to any requests. Very noisy air-conditioning - both the blowers and the compressors on the roof (we were in a top floor 'loft' room). Couldn't even hear the TV when the AC kicked on. Parking - had to park under the market that does not have in/out privileges. There was no hotel information in the room i.e. checkout time, phone policies, amenities, room service etc. Only paper cups for the coffee and no cream (just whitener). Our room did not have a bathtub. Only 1 nice chair.
Service was great, location was perfect as we attended a concert at the Labatt Centre. Non traditional style of room was fun. Needed more sitting room.
Location excellent, across the street from farmers market, modern furnishings were a nice treat. Did not get promised bath robes. Were told that the laundry was not delivered. No enough hooks to hang towels.
Marvelous King room was so nice and we did a photo shoot in the room and lots of room and great layout and looking forward to posting some pictures to the motel Facebook page I like the the open layout! I love the bathtub and the shower and the bed was so comfortable and nice soft and firm pillows. Nice furniture worked really well for my photo shoot with 4 models it was a big room lots of Space to move around to take photos!! I will return motel Metro and the staff was so nice and friendly
Excellent location Website states 'valet parking' available. However I was told the hotel had no parking, but suggested the Covent Garden Market lot. This lot was not open to the public on the night of my stay 'JLC Passes only' which left me parking at the Galleria Mall. A little ridiculous to have to take a taxi from the parking lot to the hotel (walking distance, but not with luggage). Not enough towels or bathrobes provided. Also, the night staff agreed to a late check-out but the morning staff refused to accomodate this.

Perfect place to get away. Peaceful, quiet anf staff was very nice. Room was very clean and felt like my own personal retreat. Cant wait to go back. Parking was across the road in underground parking garage under the market. Lots of parking spots in garage. Cant say enough amazing things about this place. Loved it!!
The room is very good, good decoration and large. 10:30 checkout time is too early, which is not stated in the booking process.
The room was absolutely huge. Easily twice as big as every other equally priced hotel in downtown London. And the bed was so comfortable! My room didn't have a city view, that's all.
