it was in a convenient location for thr tube station rooms were cleanand well equipped on the saturday night as there is a bar there it was really noisy didnt get any sleep till bout 12.30 when it settled down . also if you are staying in the rooms downstairs the heat is unbearable as it is in thebasement
Very friendly staff. Nicely decorated spacious room. Safe storage in the room was peace of mind. Everything needed were there in the hotel. Importantly free wireless access was very handy. Late night bar and room service were good. Above all complete English breakfast buffet was freshly cooked & delicious. No phone, but there was guest notice saying would be installed soon.
Cheap & Cheerful Hotel.Nicely appointed Bathroom.Well placed for Wembley Exterior run down. Basement rooms a bit too warm.
friendly and helpful staff, cheap, close to wembley funny smell in basement rooms due to lack of windows and so no circulating air, hotel needs updating (bar smelled of deep fryers from kitchen, looks dilapidated inside and out), we choose to have breakfast somewhere else even though it was included in the price, check your change in the bar.
Staff were freindly, good location and good breakfast. The bar area was not that family friendly, felt very uncomfortable in there. No Hot water in the room, had to boil kettle everytime we had washes etc.
The staff were very friendly and efficient; the room was clean and bedding and towels were fresh. The decor could do with a re-vamp!
Good breakfast, nice hotel staff. The hotel promises broadband Internet access. WiFi is free of charge, but only works in certain parts of the hotel. In advance it was not working at all during my stay. There are few inet machines in the lobby, price is reasonable.
The man at the desk was helpful. The food was inexpensive. The man at the desk also arranged a "taxi" for us to Heathrow, for less than it would have cost to go by tube/train, so I appreciated that. Overall, the service was the strongest point of the stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillow was the lumpiest, most uncomfortable pillow I've ever had, and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels. The room was also stifling hot when we arrived, but we turned off the heat ourselves and opened the window, which improved things.
spacious and comfortable room with a big refrigerator. professional staff. good breakfast Too far from city centre and also from the metro station, it's a position good just to visit Wembley.
the rooms were big and bright the stafff were very helpfull and friendly the breakfast was good it is known in london as a place of trouble and we were refused a lift back on sat night by a taxi driver because of this. We were taken back eventually by a taxi firm that didnt know the hotel. we got a bus to wembly from the hotel which was a night mare experience. The hotel is no longer a place of trouble and is trying to get away from that but the area is rough.
