Windows were taped up, so no ventilation, a.c. didn't get cold & was confronted by staff when entering hotel a if we were drifters
The rooms were clean and efficient. Loved having the fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable as were the towels and pillows. Overall, pretty clean, modern place to stay.
No extra blankets. House keepers did not come by the room until almost 4:00pm which is after we had left and came back for the day. Parking is very tight.Great location for the price. Less than a mile from the Staples Center and a very nice mall. I think it is family run which adds a little extra to the feel of the hotel. Do not let the outside pictures stop you from staying. The inside (rooms)are very nice.
Price.....great value for what you get in the area
Elevator is kind of old looking and tv should have better channelsjust as others have stated. you really cannot beat this hotel for staying in the downtown area at the price you pay. The room has newer furniture newer style bed linens an iPod player and flat screen TV.if you're not used to the Los Angeles you may feel the area is not the prettiest but it really is on the outskirts of downtown just before you hit the bad areas of Pico Union and Koreatown so it is still a decent area it is also right in front of the Radisson which you can clearly see other tourist and visitors to the city. we stayed here one night so we didn't have to drive back to the Inland Empire after going to a great party. will definitely stay there again if we need a value place to stay.
Clean room. I always have ear plugs for hotel sleeping, so noise issues were unknown to me.
Rough part of town. Didn't expect bullet proof glass between me and the desk clerk.
The air conditioning worked almost too well, and the free coffee in the lobby was nice.
The front desk was vacant when it was time to check in.
Hotel was great value compared with other in the same price. Clean quiet rooms with comfy beds. We slept well.
Specialty coffee machine in the lobby was not always working.Great for price. We have stayed at many hotels in the area for the same price or more. This hotel definitely has the most comfortable beds, nicest cleanest rooms, and it was very quiet. Also a very nice patio out front to sit and drink coffee.
The room was very clean. Location great for downtown events.
Omg, the parking is so bad. I scratch the side of my car is so small!!
I arrived quite a bit earlier than the check in time and the staff worked really hard to get me into my room as soon as possible. After a long night of travel, it was really nice to have such great service.A great hotel for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
