The last nite it poored water from the bathroom ceiling have video. They said they were over booked!!could not move us. They said just keep towels under the leak!!very noisy upstairs. My 8 year old stepped on a sharp object. Had 2 room for 3 nites and cancelled one nite ,,,,, what a hassle
Like the near places, shopping and others Some of the stuff in the hotel is old, dirty chairs and has holes on it.
The size of the room and its comfort was far beyond what I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Good value for money. Staff was not very helpful and could not provide much information.
We chose this inn because it was right on Hollywood Blvd, where the Thai New Year event was being held, so the location was good. It was also quiet during the night. The inn was dirty: the sheets had holes and stains, the curtains had stains, and the chairs had stains. I couldn't connect to their wifi either.
The location, the little pool. The King room for 3 (a room with two queen beds should been proposed by booking), no coffee available the morning.
convenient location and price breakfast
I liked when we finally checked out The horrible man at the 'front desk' sets the mood for the entire stay.
Location, if you are driving you can go quickly everywhere. They offer wireless internet. Breakfast is poor but adequate with hotel category.
Good value for money. This hotel is best for tourism not for business related stays. Unusable WIFI connection for business use. Connection was only usable for rooms near the lobby. I was not able to connect to my company email during the stay due to restricted bandwidth.
staff very rude, old room and not very clean.
It's close to the wak of fame. The front office is smelly and staff sleep during the night so you have to ring a bell to wake them up. There is a gate in the parking that closes at night so you have to leave the car and wake staff up so they can open it. One of those times when I went to the front office a girl was there complianing about cockroaches in her room. The mattress was dusty and gave me allergy.
The price Not decent restaurant in the area
Only four metro stops away from Universal Studios and Universal City
Hotel looks like the set from 'My Name is Earl' haha
Parking lot was small spaces ran out I tell the fuu at the front desk I need a paeking space you have no more he says park in the side in a dark alley I tell him no its to dark he says you payed for the room not the parking. Nothing and they have a 100 deposit that they say nothing about till you check on
Clean and comfortable - also great having a safe for valuables and passports etc No
Great little hotel in the centre of what's an expensive city - a little out in the sticks, but everywhere is far away in LA. Nice rooms Some of the staff are really miserable and the whole place looks very dated - but it is an absolute bargain for the price.
The fridge is very noisy and the breakfast finishes very early (9:30a.m)
room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Location and price. Limited parking. Even though we had the hotel-issued parking permit, there was not a parking space available when we returned at 10 pm. We squeezed into a space at the end of the pool. (Not a marked parking space.)
It s a great location, rooms are very clean, good breakfast, staff is so kind, they try to help you in almost all they can, we recommend . All was very good.
Room was clean and comfortable, efficient staff. Good location to reach Hollywood, etc. Very little space to eat breakfast, so we took it to our room. Breakfast itself was very humble (not a lot of choice).
Conveniently located for my needs The bed was uncomfortable, gave me a backache
