Pros: the staff was amazing, we were welcomed with champagne and truffles and asked if we would like our room upgraded. We had to wait for the room to be ready so they comped us lunch. My wife and I 1 year anniversary was in November 2nd and I called last minute to request a champagne bottle, cheese cake, a rose to surprise my wife upon arrival to the hotel. And they got the job done next day! Facility is spot on clean, with a nice bar and restaurant. We also enjoyed our view of the city looking down la reforma. 9.2 Excellent
Pros: I lost my connection last at night. Finding this hotel was great. I booked it because it has 24hr room service. They have a small place at the airport. They asked the shuttle to come and pick me up for free. Breakfast was varied, nice, and included in the price (but not always, apparently, so check your reservation). The room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind. They have free tea and coffee, and wifi. Check out is at 1 pm, which is super convenient for people who like sleeping.
Cons: My flight was departing at 11 pm. I wanted to enjoy the city and leave my bags at the hotel. They were happy to store my big bag for me... but the backpack was a problem. I had a laptop. They didn't want to store it while I was gone, as they didn't want to be held responsible if anything went wrong. Visiting the city with a heavy laptop and all my valuables was not an option. I understand their point about not wanting to be responsible... but what about clients' needs? I've stayed in smaller hotels in Mexico City before. They take care of your stuff without scaring you into believing that someone might steal them. Anyway, I made a bit of a fuss and was told that for one, unique occassion they would make me the favour of storing my backpack. Unfortunately, this means that this was the one and unique occassion that I will stay with them. PS- I didn't tell them, but besides my laptop I left my passport and a bunch of money in the backpack. Everything was there when I came back for it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice decor.
Cons: It's the airport hotel, but breakfast doesn't open until 630 am. Needs to open earlier.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at “Dali” several times, the hotel is lovely but it is always the friendliness of the staff that impresses me.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Connection to the airport. Future users should be aware that there is an office in the airport near the international departures which will facilate rapid delivery to the hotel instead of wandering about aimlessly which I did. Staff were extremely friendl
Cons: Be careful to plan for extra time for departure for the airport, Mexico City traffic is horrendous.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Just the room and the ride to the airport that's it!
Cons: Reception the woman she was mind and she try to me pay make me pay 2 times for the room, when the room was all ready pay! So bad experience .
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good, near the metro, has shuttle bus to the airport. Room is clean enough.
Cons: The staffs are dumb. After checking, the lobby boy disappear... nobody helps our luggage... Nobody guide us to the parking lot. There are water dripping from upper floor to our ceiling isolated panel, that noise totally ruined our night. Lower floor also suffers the noise from the lobby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast menu was decent. My only complaint was that I was not advised that children under 12 years old can get Free breakfast whenever there is at least one paying adult for breakfast. I wish the waiter could have advised us other than that he was a friendly waiter.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is great! Loved the location, service and decor. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will always choose this as my hotel for Mexico City.
Cons: I'm being picky here, but you need to call the front desk and have them bring up ice, there are no ice machines where you can go and get ice for yourself. That's my only "negative."
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was super comfortable! Staff extremely attentive and friendly. Spa services were amazing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Located is the best. Several attractions are at walkable distance. Staff is friendly and food is good.
Cons: Too small lobby, which appears crowded. Crammed front porch and there is almost no space to wait for your car pickup. Loud TV in lobby and bar is very annoying. Loud music in the business center (which costs extra) makes it difficult to focus and discuss or listen to phone calls. Internet is very slow.

Cons: Bathroom shower to small the rom to small for the price,no view the lobby to small very plain for the price to noisy, very reduced space for everything

Pros: I really liked the location. And the room was quite spacious and nice. I liked almost every part of the hotel. Cleanliness, service, location, etc.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The staff at the front desk were able to put me on a higher floor, very kind and professional. Totally recommend this hotel as it also has a restaurant area a few steps away from the lobby
Cons: The temperature in the room was a bit cold and it took time to get the room warmer, other than that great condition of the room.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Not enough vegetarian items Salsa had consume etc
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is good, but the location and nearby restaurants are outstanding. The services and staff are what you would expect in these hotels.
Cons: I got a call from the hotel 2 days prior to my reservation, saying that the trip would have to be cancelled due to some issues with the water supply. This caused a lot of trouble for the group of friends we were travelling with. In the end, my reservation was ok, but my friends lost their own. The wifi was awful.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, decor was nice, and I enjoyed sitting outside at the main level's restaurant/bar while having lunch and working. I loved that it's located right by a Siclo (spin studio) and Commando (bootcamp). Lots of stores nearby- I forgot my computer power adapter and was able to pick one up for my mac within minutes.
Cons: You can hear anything and everything from your room- you have to hope your neighbor doesn't sneeze or it'll wake you up. Food in the lobby's restaurant was terrible and I found a hair in my pizza. I didn't say anything because I had already eaten a lot of it and couldn't be bothered to raise the issue. Water pressure was terrible in my bathroom. When I wanted drinking water last night (beyond the two complementary bottles they did leave in my room each day), I called the front desk to ask if I could drink the water from the tap or if I needed to go get water from the lobby. They said they'd send up bottles of water. I waited around 20 minutes and then finally just went downstairs to get the water myself. I also needed toothpaste, which they don't have behind the desk. I recommend having simple things like this at the desk, rather than suggesting they can send things to the room. Sending to the room is a process and takes time. Hotels like this should just focus on getting things done rather than creating extra steps.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The location of the property is about 30-40 minutes away from the historic center,
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: No wifi included. The pillows are just awful.

Pros: FOOD POISONING WAS AMAZING THANK YOU
Cons: Food poisoning was amazing thank you
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice new hotel - very stylish
Cons: Be warned - there is a nightclub behind the hotel and the music is clearly audible from the hotel rooms. On a Friday night the music went on until 7:00AM which made it impossible to sleep. Management completely acknowledge this is a problem but were absolutely shocking in how they dealt with it and massively contributed to a very stressful end to the holiday by their behaviour!

Cons: Rooms looked a bit old and outdated, I was expecting better quality of the room considering it is a 5 star hotel. Food in the restaurant was very bad and pricey. The room was very noisy. No ventilation in the bathroom. The fridge in the kitchenette area made annoying noises every 30 minutes
