I had been up for 22 hours and I can't tell you enough how comfortable the bed and pillows were . I was happy with everything
Super clean and in a great location! 9 minutes from down town and about 10 from the shopping malls. Room service was great and the food tasted wonderful!
La atención del.personal, la limpieza, la ubicación para las actividades que había planeado No incluye el desayuno
Very nice lobby, check in and check out was really quick, room was amazing for the price I paid. The complimentary coffee was surprisingly good. I didn't realize how close the hotel was to the Louisville Airport. I could hear planes taking off all through the night. That coupled with the very loud fan led to zero sleep.
The hotel was only minutes fr airport, clean and comfortable. I had dinner in the bar where the server was super friendly and food tasted great. I didn't get my wake up call and airport shuttle doesn't run for early flights.
Nice employees and super nice beds. TV was also nice.
After staying a night at the Four Points I didn't think it was an awful hotel, until I was charged three separate times in the following two weeks. The first two were supposedly deposits for damage at $50 each that the manager claimed would "fall off." Until I called a second time those charges remained on my card. I thought it was over until last week when another $72.40 appeared from the hotel. When I called about that charge they claimed someone must have charged food from the restaurant to our old room number. I asked for them to remove it, but they claimed it would have to wait to be investigated and there was still no promise the charge would be removed. I ended up having to call my bank to cancel the charge. Needless to say, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay wasn't bad, but it's not worth the hassle afterwards.
Asked to be able to check in early as I was getting married that day, was told the hotel was too busy for that. Not only could I not check in even on time I had to check in an hour and a half late which about ruined my husband and I's wedding. We booked a room with a whirlpool tub to enjoy a romantic honeymoon the night of our wedding. The whirlpool was full of pubic hair. I was told I checked in late because the room had to be cleaned but the room was never clean.
The location, comfort and value were exceptional N/A
The location was convienent and that was probably the only good thing Bathroom was very small. The tub looked dirty and stained. The bathtub was extremely slow to drain and by the time I finishtheme shower was nearly overflowing. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I will defiantly not be staying here again.
The staff were exceptional...welcoming, attentive. Bed linens, pillows and showerhead.
I loved the fact that it was a newer hotel. The staff goes out of their way to accomadate you. Very, very clean, and had an excellent atmosphere. Highly recomended! The only con I could think of was the bed. Very firm mattresses.
This was our second trip to this Hotel, we have been going to Churchill Downs for our Anniversary and it is very close and makes our day even more special.
Close to Kentucky Kingdom. After laying in bed I found a bedbug on my back!
Price Once again, using a discounter resulted in being assigned a handicap room. This appears to be the hotels answer to offering reduced rashes.

The staff was excellent. Polite, engaging, efficient, and helpful. who worked the night shift was particularly good. The finishings in the room were a little worn, but overall it was a very reasonably priced and enjoyable hotel.
Excellent complimentary breakfast and friendly staff members. No.
The temperature couldn't be adjusted
Beds and Pillows were comfortable Location is very close to airport; but noise is expected. Had power outage due to housekeeping mistake which woke up the whole hotel on Mothers Day morning it was horrible experience. Hotel offered late check out - room had no power so that didn't help.
Close to downtown. The hotel website mentions happy hour in the bar. The bartender knew nothing about it.
Quiet The pool area. Was freezing i door pool needs to be heatef especially if the pool is indoors and you are blasting the air. We couldnt swim comfortably because we were shivering
very nice and clean room. shutter driver helped out with check-in and was very nice. Not enough check-in staff The restaurant was terrible. French onion soup was straight out of the can - no cheese or bread (never saw an oven). Salad was good but alfredo sauce was non-existent. Food was very poor quality and prices outrageous. Window curtains didn't close
No pool or hot tub, place looks run down.
Nothing Paid for my room online, checked in, signed paperwork and was told my room would be ready at 1:00. Came back later that day to get room keys and was told they were overbooked and they didn't have a room for me. How is this possible if I've paid and checked in? Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
Close proximity to the expo center, airport, Churchill downs, and Kentucky state university. Could have been cleaner, and staff could have been more organized.
This hotel was very dirty and has not been maintained. Our room had significant water damage in the ceilings and walls. The bathroom, walls, and carpets were filthy. The hotel at night was very loud between the airplanes at the airport and the other guests. We heard doors slamming and people coming and going all night through the thin walls. Also, the front desk staff (morning and night) did not seem to know what they were doing. The morning staffer sat "indian style" on the floor as we checked out and didn't even bother to stand while talking with us. The hotel served it's purpose as we just needed a cheap place to crash for the night but it was overall a gross experience and we learned our lesson on staying at the cheapest hotel! Never again.
Nothkng After having reservations , tried to give us a room with no AC and offered a box fan. One towel to share for 2 days. No breakfast food except a loaf of bread We were forced out 3 hours before checkout because we were in owners daughters room and she was coming back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
Staff was friendly and eager to please. Hotel was nice and in a great location. My problem was my room wasn't paid for by Kayak. The staff had to call and find out why the cc for Kayak was DECLINED. Also, booked a non smoking, but due to Kayak's problem ended up in smoking. The hotel staff bent over backwards to cleanse the room of the smoke smell better. They were willing to switch the room, except they were booked solid due to a very large convention.
Blood splattered on the ceiling, holes in the walls and doors. Dirty with holes burned in the comforters. Never again!
It was close to expo center. The room was filthy. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke terribly. Half of the lights did not work. Had not been vacuumed, toilet dirty and everything was sticky. I would never stay at a super 8 again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Good location.
When we arrived, our comforter was dirty and the staff didn't know where to find a new one. So instead of finding one and bringing it up to us, she said to bring it down to her at the desk and find a different blanket.
When reading the previous reviews I thought it was going to be a "you geg what you pay for" experience but it was totally opposite. Very comfortable. I didn't like the fact that you had to have a team member unlock the door to get to the pool.
The color scheme is nice. Beds were pretty comfortable. Everything was very clean. There was an ice machine right down the hall, and both a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The female desk service lady was quite nice and helpful. The hotel overall was smaller than I expected--parking is very cramped and maneuvering to exit is awkward. We came in from being out at around 8pm and there were several (maybe 10-15) 20-30 year old people in a group sitting on tailgates near the hotel entrance. The parking lot smelled heavily of Marijuana, which made me a slightly nervous, as it wasn't even in a secluded area of the lot--it was right near the entrance.
Nicole at the desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Only complaint was the people next to us. Very loud. But the desk staff handled it.
