Pros: It was such a welcoming space.. The gardens were lovely, it was peaceful and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were so nice and friendly, and the breakfast was great too. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was perfect for us since we were driving far the next day. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros: Our hosts prepared a charcuterie plate for dinner for us as well as a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Our room was cosy, comfortable, clean, sweet. The host and hostess were the best! We chatted for hours at dinner and again in the morning. We didn't want to leave!
Cons: We liked everything!
Pros: Comfortable room and outdoor kitchen for use of guests. They also have an absolutely lovely pool where we whiled away our evening. The location is very quiet and close to the mountains. A warm welcome from the owner and her husband. Delicious breakfast with home made jams and fruit tart and local cheeses. It was very nice to chat to the owner over breakfast.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it got a little warm at night. Otherwise very little to criticize about this property.
Pros: Very friendly lady amazing breakfast. House is nice and quiet, well kept and good value for money.
Pros: Brigitte was very welcoming. Our room was lovely on the ground floor and we had a little table and chairs outside. There was a big outside kitchen with all facilities, which was very handy. It was very quiet in the beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool. Our breakfast was traditional French, simple, fresh, plentiful and very tasty. This is somewhere we will definitely try to visit again.
Cons: Nothing - it was perfect.
Pros: We ate here on the night we arrived, the food was fresh local and delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. When we first arrived Brigite invited us to take a relaxing dip in the pool, we didn't need telling twice. It was just what was needed after a long journey. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed an excellent night's sleep followed by a delicious typical French breakfast where we were joined afterwards for coffee by the friendly hosts. This was our first time in a Chambres d'hote and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, it was a perfect stay.
Pros: The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The pool was great. Dinner cooked by the owners was fantastic and well worth it for a reasonable price. We had 5 courses with wine for about 23 Euros per head with the meals beautifully presented and delicious. There is a communal kitchen shared with the 3 rooms. The breakfast provided was also very good. We did a day trip down to Spain to the town of Bosost which was a scenic drive to an interesting mountain village. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing everything was very good. The owners do not speak much English but they use their phones to translate and go out of their way to please their guests.
Pros: Perfect location with a superb room with own terrace bordered by huge roses. Madam could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Spoke little English but had good fun communicating. Breakfast best yet. Could not recommend to highly. Cash only but no problem

Pros: The location was excellent for getting into the Pyrenees; I liked the communal breakfast and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well presented with an excellent deluge shower.
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
Pros: Very friendly staff and clean modern interior in a secluded village. Bed very comfortable. Quiet and the rural setting adds peace to your stay. If you would like a meal in the evening, you need to book before 12:00, sadly I booked at around 2pm.....
Cons: I chose this B&B as it offers massages, but when I called to arrange, it was not possible - too late. Shower is rather old fashioned with shower curtain rather than doors, so water goes on the floor. Breakfast limited, but matches the price paid.
Pros: Absolutely beautiful place inside and outside in the spectacular French authentic countryside- Yves and Isabelle the owners are wonderful and hope we get a chance to come back and stay longer next time!
Pros: A really lovely quiet place in front of the pyrenees. We only heard a cowbell. The room were bright, well furnished and decorated. The bathroom was small but functional. We had nice view into the garden. The breakfast was good. One of the bests coffee in france so far. The owner was super helpful and really welcoming. It's the best place to calm down.
Pros: We came there as quite a big company of 6 people and the entire place was just for us. It has an amazing yard to stay outside. It has a kitchen with everything you might need to cook a dinner(and if you stay there on Monday you will probably have to, since there are no too many restaurants available in the area). Hosts made everything possible to make sure our stay is perfect. And it was.
Pros: Lovely room decorated well and modern, breakfast was fantastic, our host was helpful and booked us a table at a nearby restaurant
Cons: We could not use the lounge seating area as the door was locked
Pros: Beautiful, kind and generous hosts. Wonderful amenities and very picturesque and peaceful. Hosts were brilliant with food and transport assistance. Very enjoyable stay. All must go and visit this place:)-
Cons: We should have been informed no restaurants were open on our day of arrival... we were tired, no shops were open and nowhere to obtain food.
Cons: Everything war's perfect! We will come again.

Cons: nothing really.
Pros: Served a really excellent dinner each night.
Pros: Lovely private jacuzzi on a massive private balcony. Great breakfast .
Cons: Double Bed a little small for this price bracket .
Pros: Great Chambre d‘Hote. Wonderful ideas realized in this superbly refurbished (presumption) old farm. Good breakfast and nice hosts.
Pros: Lovely breakfast and a great location for exploring the region. It would be a great place for a house party as there's a lovel huge sitting room with lots of space to chill out
Cons: You do need a car to get into town for dinner

Activities in the area include fishing, hiking and cycling. The Gargas prehistoric caves are 2 km away. The property provides free private parking.
Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: No AC and it felt very remote. No restaurants or bars nearby
Cons: There was no-one there when we arrived after checkin time. Neighbours tried to help us find the owner and finally rang on a mobile phone (the number in the booking rang inside the B&B!). When the owner finally arrived an hour and a half later he was not apologetic. The next morning he dismissed complaints of a hard bed with "No-one's ever complained before"
Pros: Nicely refurbished dairy farm in the countryside run by a friendly family who made us feel welcome. We were fortunate to be there on Wednesday morning, when it is possible to watch the cheese making process. English spoken, although it helps to know French to follow the description of the cheese making. Good location for visiting Cave of Gargas or Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges,.
Cons: wifi was spotty in some areas. There are not many choices close by for dinner, so it would be worth making your dinner plans in advance.
Pros: Really friendly staff in the French countryside. Small village, peaceful. Clean, modern barn conversion, would definitely recommend.
Pros: Ideal for eco tourism. Excellent hosts. Quite modern and well equipped. Smart design and functional. Great breakfast and a must for cheese lovers as they produce exquisite cheese. Bravo!

Pros: very kind welcome and stay, very good recomendations, I can really recommend the Chateaux!
Cons: leeking toilet, limited choice at dinner
Pros: Fantastic quite place Very beautiful river Fantastic view on Cathedral
Pros: Very helpful receptionist, lovely room, comfortable bed, glorious views and a splendid breakfast. The owner and family were charming and we felt very welcomed
Cons: The description given on the Booking. Com information page appeared to suggest that there was dinner provided on site. This turned out to be incorrect and we had to drive to the nearest restaurant which, after a long journey, was not appreciated!
Pros: The chateau was beautiful and full of style and charecter. Breakfast was outstanding, with all homemade products.and the owner was the perfect hostesss and was so lovely. The bed was sooooooo comfortable, slept so well, wish we could have stayed longer and would love to stay there again. The jar of honey the lady gave us as we left was an extra special touch.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.
Pros: Charming Chateau in quiet beautiful rural setting ,lovely friendly hostess, excellent breakfast , parking , good activities available .
Pros: The property is in a lovely position with marvellous views.
Cons: We booked this accommodation solely because it was advertised with a restaurant on site. However, it transpired that it was closed in September, and there were no other restaurants in the nearby village that were open in the evening. We were booked for two nights and because of the lack of a restaurant the manager agreed that we could cancel the second night and a refund of €120 would be made. However, we are having great difficulty in obtaining this and feel that our complaint about it is being dismissed, and we have been told that a refund won't now be made. We are extremely disappointed at this poor customer service and the misleading information given at the time of booking.
Pros: We loved this Chateau and the hospitality. Everything was taken care of, right down to supplying us a picnic set to take to the private beach on the river that runs alongside the estate.
Cons: A very minor thing, but ability to stand up for shower would have been great.
Pros: The property is out of business.
Cons: I believed that hotel is in the market when I booked the accommodation, but it wasn't. My booking was a failure, as the whole trip to Saint Bertrand de Comminges. I was forced in twillight to go to Toulouse to get accommodation. I spent three hours trying to get in touch with the hotel. Finally with the help of the local Tourist Information Point I succeded to get in touch with the owner and he told me that the hotel is out of business and that it was communicated to booking. com. It was a large communication with booking.com about the subject. I was happy that booking.com will rembourse the money already withdrawn from my account. Finally next time when I'll book through booking.com I'll check with the hotel that the booking is valid. It was a very unpleasant experience that I didn't expect to happen. May be booking.com will avoid such situation to happen in the future.
Pros: Absolutely beautiful, welcoming, tranquil and a complete breath of fresh air. We arrived having not booked an evening meal, but were able to have one. Boy can they cook! Dinner and breakfast were amazing, and catered for gluten free. Lovely spa pool and jacuzzi in peaceful gardens. Complimentary tea, coffee and drinks. Lovely atmosphere and lovely hosts.
Cons: If I had to be picky, simply that the shower in the room is a little ‘caravan like’ but they’ve only been open a short while and I’m sure they will continue to improve and if what we saw is anything to go by, this place will just improve and be one to watch!
When you stay at Pyrénées Emotions in Malvezie, you'll be in the mountains and 14 minutes by car from Barbazan Casino. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Housholder was very friendly and place was beautiful. Breakfast was good, which was important, because we was travelling by bicycle.
Pros: Excellent hostes, lovely food. 5☆
Pros: Every thing but the internet. They need 2 extenders(repeaters) for good reception in the bedrooms
Cons: As above
Pros: As a B&B situated in the Pyrenees it is ideally located for a stopover to and from France/Spain. The evening meal was delicious and the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast a bit limited but adequate. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: A little difficult to find. Directions given says do not go to Malvezie but go to Moncaup. We went there and that did not help. Just keep on the D618 from whatever direction you join it and you will find Pyrenees Emotions on that road.
Pros: The place is wonderful
Cons: Arrival - Stefan was very nice, helpful and assisting us all the time (4 adults and l5 children), however, when the owner lady showed-up, it was a horrible experience. She yellef at us like crazy, cursed us, treated us very bad. In other situation, we would have left, however, it was late in the middle of nothing. Next morning, they apologized to us, the lady never showed up, and we left.
Pros: The owners are friendly and helpful above and beyond need
Cons: Having to leave
Pros: Stefan and Laetitia were warm and welcoming hosts. We were very happy with the self contained ‘gite’. It suited us perfectly. The setting was lovely. Having access to the bar in the evening and the sitting area under the tree or inside was great after a long day hiking and sightseeing. It was the perfect base to explore St Bertrand de Comminges, Lourdes, the many neighbouring villages and also to access hiking trails and the spectacular mountain scenery. It was also very close to the Spanish border for a day trip across.
Cons: The only downside for us was not being able to access wifi in our room, despite Stefan’s efforts to fix this for us. It’s not uncommon in mountainous areas. However, we were able to access it in the common areas.
Pros: Friendly, nice location, good value for money.
Pros: beautifull little chateau run by a super friendly couple with an eye for details and a vision for things to come.
Pros: Fantastic hosts. Heather & Russell, couldn't have been more welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious, with so much choice; 3 course evening meals were beautifully cooked. Our bedroom was simply furnished, but very comfortable & the en-suite shower room was spotlessly clean with good quality shower gels, etc. Bathrobes & spa slippers were provided too. The village of Sarlechan was charming & good for short walks after dinner.
Pros: Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent including home-cooked dinner. Wonderful facilities for children.
Cons: All good.
Pros: A lovely restored chateau. Our room was large and had a door to the garden. Modern ensuite bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. It would be a great location in the warmer weather with the large garden and pool.
Pros: A beautiful house with spacious rooms. A super pool and decking. Communal dining with other residents. Good info on walks and other activities.
Cons: The location is a bit isolated but can be seen as a gateway to numerous activities in the Greater area.
Pros: Heather is a great host, she was very nice and helpful, told us about places to visit, helped us with everything we needed(let us use her sleds , helped with our laundry and many more). There is a playroom full with toys which our boy absolutely loved. The room was big and comfortable (with a fire-truck bed for kids) and had almost panoramic view of the surrounding area. Backyard has a trampoline and a large area that lets children to let off some steam. Breakfast with lots of variety. about 30-40 minutes driving to Le Mourtis and Peyragudes ski resorts. There is a horse farm on the way to Luchon (~10 minutes) which lets children ride a pony.
Cons: Notice that wi-fi is not available in all rooms (written in the booking). The toys in the backyard are a bit outdated. It's a country area, so after 19:30 almost everything is closed.
