Alila Diwa Goa brings a refreshingly unique resort experience to Gonsua Beach in Majorda - just 20 minutes from Goa Dabolim International Airport - Set amidst the serene landscape of lush - verdant rice plantations flowing towards the Arabian Sea
Pros: One of THE most incredible hotels we've ever stayed at! It was just amazing! The staff were brilliant and so helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was amazing - such a comfy bed, beautiful balcony and the most amazing bathroom! The breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had - great variety, food cooked to order and the food was all fresh. The infinity pool, with amazing views of paddy fields and sunsets, was just beautiful and the pool side bar served delicious food and cocktails. The food at the Spice Studio was some of the best food we had on our trip to India! Thank you everyone for making our stay so perfect! We would 100% recommend staying here.
Pros: Well spread out and nice pool. Gym too was good
Cons: Room had issues with wash basin having water overflow, bathroom door latch broken.& dirty floor .
Pros: Well kept hotel and grounds, staff are friendly without being overbearing
Cons: The beach is a short trip away by hotel shuttle buggy - but we knew that when we booked
Pros: The grounds and buildings were designed in an exotic way which sets the resort apart from others. The swimming pool is amazing, the best I have seen.
Cons: The food was average except for the Bistro restaurant which was excellent. The beach is a little far for those who like going to the beach, I don’t so that was not a problem for me.
Pros: Nice hotel, good food.
Cons: A large wedding was taking place at the hotel for the duration of our stay. At no point during the booking process where we told about this. The wedding took over large parts of the public areas of the hotel including the pool and pool bar. We left early because of this.. At check out the manager explained they had a sister hotel and we could use that pool instead.. This was not communicated to any of the guests.... a communication issue but also with the huge new banquet hall being built especially for weddings I image this issue will only get worse in future.
Pros: Superb pool area overlooking paddy field. Very comfortable luxurious rooms Gorgeous spa Attentive staff- fabulous breakfast buffet Beach 10 mins walk or hotel runs a regular shuttle
Cons: A little isolated.... Popular wedding venue, which can positively add to ones overall experience however 3 day weddings back to back during our stay...which take over the hotel and grounds, restricting areas for other guests, this has the potential to be intrusive and noisy for other guests. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday it may be wise to check this out before you go.

A continental breakfast is available every morning at Casa Susegad. The nearest airport is Dabolim Airport, 25 km from the guest house.
Pros: The hosts, Carole and Norman, are warm and well-intentioned and though they were away 2 of the 3 nights we were there, the staff are trained well to cope in their absence. The property is within walking distance of some wonderful, old Portuguese mansions.
Cons: While the food at breakfast was good, the offerings at meal times were just a shade above average. Advance payments are accepted electronically, but only cash is accepted for all balance amounts due at the property which quite a bother (besides being non-transparent). The room lighting is a bit dim/gloomy and the furniture and fixtures look a little frayed around the edges. It didn't matter hugely to us, but it was inconvenient not to have WiFi connectivity in our room.
Pros: The hosts, Norman and Carol where superb! The property is amazing, the food excellent, staff lovely and location fab!
Cons: That we couldn’t have stayed longer!
Pros: A beautifully restored large Portuguese era house in Salcete with five individually decorated ensuite letting rooms designed and maintained to a high standard. Charming and attentive hosts ably supported by a team of very capable staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. A relaxing stay in a wonderful environment. Excellent food.
Cons: Property requires payment of an advance by bank transfer rather than credit card, which can seem a bit of a performance for the uninitiated.
Alila Diwa Goa brings a refreshingly unique resort experience to Gonsua Beach in Majorda. Just 20 minutes from Goa Dabolim International Airport and set amidst the serene landscape of lush, verdant rice planations flowing towards the Arabian Sea. Relaxation reigns at this Goa resort. Enter a sanctuary of contemporary elegance inspired by traditional Goan design. Whether enjoying an intimate couples retreat or a getaway for the entire family. 153 rooms and suites.
Pros: Size of the room, massive bathroom, calm surroundings, impeccably clean resort, brilliant pool. amazing restaurants good service
Cons: Parking is something they need look into and the little space they do have is probably good for two small cars, the other parking is quite far from the club rooms, so maybe they need to get more parking
Pros: Beautifully designed. Great location and aim to make you fill relaxed as you enter the property.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was outstanding.
Pros: Friendly staff, Diwa Club was great to have access to additional part of the hotel with its own pool and restaurant/bar. Fantastic breakfast. Like the convenient beach transfer vehicle always on standby for guests
Cons: Location - quite far from anywhere in Goa. If you plan to relax just at the hotel then this is fine. Almost a 90 minute drive to the parts up north Goa. Also difficult to hire a scooter as there is a lack of vendors outside the hotel.
Pros: Best service in the country — the staff are young, friendly, ever smiling and don’t have the word “No” in their vocabulary — no matter what the request!!
Cons: The vegetarian menu can be curated better — fortunately the superb staff were able to cook up several delicious off-menu items for us which totally made our holiday!
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: -The view from the pools, especially the main pool at Alila that looks out to the paddy fields - All day breakfast at Bistrot Cafe- excellent selection of food with a healthy focus. - The cocktail hours everyday from 6-7pm at the Bistro - Chai hour from 4-5pm everyday. The rooms are expansive and the bathrooms amazing - Kids menu was superb+ delicious, they covered everything our kids wanted including Daal khichdi -walk to the beach was approx 8-10 mins through paddy fields, really nice!
Cons: -The pool areas could be more kids friendly- our children aged 3 & 4 weren't allowed to use the Diwa Club Pool inspite of having arm bands and floaties. -Also the main pool in Alila hotel had a children's pool which had a separate entry/exit point from main pool. That made no sense. Kids again we're dissuaded from using main pool, after much coaxing we agreed to have them allow our children to join us. So definitely need to improve on making it a young kids friendly resort! - Beach towels could have been provided at the beach site. We reached the beach in a buggy only to be told that we needed to collect towels from reception
Pros: Diwa Club breakfast (available all day) was absolutely brilliant
Cons: Mosquitos, but that can't be helped
Pros: absolutely spectacular trip! we were travelling with our baby who was just about to turn one years old. They prepared everything for us a baby cot, a baby bath in the room along with a toy duck and toiletries, a sterilising machine, and swimming nappies. They were truly amazing and we loved all these special touches. We stayed in the Diwa Club suite which included cocktail hour in the evening also option of an all day breakfast in the Diwa Club restaurant area.
When you stay at Coconut Creek in Marmagao, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of Bogmallo Beach and Indian Naval Aviation Museum. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: I booked this hotel as I had stayed there 2 years ago and we loved it. It is so peaceful and the noises tend to be the local wildlife. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and they notice if you need anything. It is a rare occasion when you need to draw their attention. The rooms have air-conditioning, are spacious and have toiletries and minibar. Each evening, when you go back to your room there is a little treat waiting for you, such as a beach or beach bag.
Cons: We went back to this hotel because we loved our first stay. We hope to go back there in 2021. I can't think of anything not to like at the hotel. The one thing that I would never do again is an elephant ride at Ponda. Go to the other spice farm near the waterfall . There you can see the elephants but can't get near them. At Ponda you can have an elephant ride. We looked the elephants over and couldn't see any signs of abuse. It is only when you are on the elephant that you see the terrible torture to their ears. They have open sore from where the handlers have been hitting them with sticks.
Cons: Bathroom had a stink Only 2 small bottles of drinking water provided Staff needs training
Pros: Great, everything was good
Pros: Friendly people and cleanliness
Pros: It was close to the airport and the beach. It was a good choice for a relatively late arrival flight to stay over for a night. It was not fancy but original and cozy. It was pleasant to received a welcome drink and a tote bag as a gift!
Pros: The staff was really helpful and polite, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the facilities there were fantastic. They brought us fresh coconut water on entry, asked us of our breakfast preferences and packed it in a bag for the following day. The pool was lovely to swim in and the rooms were spectacular.
Cons: That we could not stay for longer
Pros: Super friendly staff, great massage , cosy set-up, nice beach bar , loved it
Cons: Very rigid with f&b service
Pros: It was a very short stay but everything we experienced at this resort was fantastic - from the bungalow style rooms to the short walk to the beach. The staff was excellent as well.
Cons: There wasn't anything to not like.
Cons: It's very good place for relaxing and enjoy the natural beauty.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and caring. Childfriendly.

Calangute is 41 km from the accommodation, while Panaji is 29 km away. The nearest airport is Dabolim, 8 km from Noel Guest House, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
Pros: Big comfortable room very near the airport and the beach. The room was clean and well equipped. The family were very nice, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Pros: I had a really lovely stay at Noel’s guest house, it was a really nice big bright room with everything I needed and Rodriguez was always very helpful. It was very safe and that was important to me. Thank you, I will come again. Sasha
Pros: Staff Behavior
Pros: Noel is a fantastic host couldn't have helped us more. We got in late due to a flight and we were so close to the airport less then 10 minutes drive which was great.
Cons: Our room had a fan as opposed to a.c.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful service, clean room
Cons: The beach nearby is not that nice (which is obviously not the fault of the guest house)
Pros: Swimming pool border side was Broken and my daughter was hurt her leg , so need to fix this
Pros: The place is really comfortable, clean and close to the airport. The owner was really kind. I arrived in Goa at 1 in the morning and he waited for me. Next day he explained me how to go to Arambol by local bus and gave me some cookies cause I couldn't have breakfast. Thank you!!
Pros: My host. He was really a lovely guy, also my room felt more like an apartment than just a room.
Cons: I loved my host, he was very friendly and helpful. He gave me good tips on the local area, where to take a run, and he helped me change my money for a good price. The local area was small and quite insular and this is the main reason for my conservative score.

Pros: Too much soft
Cons: No water in toilet for 3 hr
Cons: Practically no cafes and restaurants on the sea, where you can get fresh seafood. Only facilities from the hotel work. There is also no entertainment industry.
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Front Desk staff Housekeeping Food
Pros: Loved the swimming pool, loved the staff, loved the food, spacious property.
Pros: Staff were great and very friendly + helpful. I would recommend getting a driver for the day form the taxi service outside and have them advise you one where is best to explore.
Pros: It was a beautiful place with exceptional aesthetic touches away from the hustle and bustle.
Cons: nothing as such

Built in 2008, the property is within 12 km of Mormugao Port. At the guest house each room is equipped with a private bathroom. Pros: Opposite to beach Near by two to three restaurant Near by airport and railway station Caring owner
Cons: Little bit away from access
Pros: Amazing location. Very clean. Very pleasant hosts. Real value for money.
Cons: At least some tea/coffee in the room, even at an extra cost, would have made a difference.
Pros: Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, confortable and great views. Highly recommended.
Pros: location , staff and room cleanliness.
Pros: Close to airport. Close to beach and restaurants. Quiet. Nice helpful staff.
Cons: Having to ask for hot water to be switched on.
Pros: Very close to the beach, we stayed 2 nights, communicative owner, drop by airport for 400INR, clean rooms, working AC. And: 2 cooled bottles of Kingfisher Premium in the refrigerator! For 90INR only. Good restaurant very close is Beach Club, I suggest.
Pros: Excellent hosts, I arrived at 4am and was still greeted with a smile. I had a great stay, it was nice to have the beach literally on your doorstep.
Cons: The bed was very hard. It was difficult to get hot water for a shower.
When you stay at Resort Palmeiras Dourado in Cansaulim, you'll be on the beach, a 3-minute drive from Arossim Beach and 7 minutes from Uttorda Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The bedroom was large with a comfortable large bed and the rooms and communal areas were always very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful too especially Mick and my friend at reception :) I loved their Goan curry!
Cons: It was unfortunate that the pool and restaurant were being refurbished at the time of my stay (because of the ongoing monsoon season) but as I was alone and just wanted to relax/read it turned out to be the perfect place as my room was wonderful and the beach is very close.
Pros: We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was nice! The owner helped tell us where we could get local SIM cards nearby, although we did end up being quite overcharged for this.
Cons: The room had dead cockroaches in it when we arrived, and even when the cleaner came into the room they only got rid of these after being asked to. The air con was temperamental and didn't respond to the controls properly, often taking 5 minutes to turn on or change temperature etc. Location isn't great as there aren't many restaurants or anything else nearby. One time we wanted a bit of a late lunch at around 2pm and reception told us nothing was open within 20km. We decided to walk down the road and after half an hour we found some restaurants thankfully, but it was a bit frustrating to be told there was nothing when there was. To be honest for the pictures and the price we were expecting nicer.
Pros: Nothing. We had to be pleasant as we needed somewhere to stay but had to go to the beach on the 2nd day as the noise by the pool was unbearable.
Cons: There was building works going on by the swimming pool and the manager told us to take no notice of the generator noise and all the work man. There was constant noise and the smell if petrol whilst eating breakfast. I have pictures and videos of it all. Also the ceiling fan in my room was not fixed to the ceiling and there was a big hole with wires showing. My friends shower flooded the bathroom each time and both our rooms were not cleaned. I have pictures I'd all this. I am requesting a full refund as this hotel is no way what was advertised .... They also charged us 6 pounds for breakfast but we paid for breakfast in the room price. Absolutely unacceptable
Pros: The garden with lots of plants and a pool. Balcony was nice to see the view. Close to the beach . Staff was friendly and helpful would go out there way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your trip.
Cons: Breakfast had no choice. Wi-Fi and power cut which is not in there hands.
Pros: very clean place and 15 minute away from the airport But be careful
Cons: when I arrived I asked how much is to go to the airport (15 min away)I know the prices because I have been in that area many times. the guy in the reception said they will call the taxy, a bad thing I understand Indi the price given by the guy in the phone was 500 which is ok for tourist but then they guy in the reception told him ok I will ask for 800 this mean 300 commission for this person in the hotel.. I was disappointed to listen to that even inside a hotel you can't trust staff I won't stay here for this reason. I will also not recommend it by they way the price in the app of Goa taxy is 400. I hate when people try to take advantage of others.
Pros: All staff and owners are good and helpful. They tried everything to make our stay comfortable. It's good place for family and beach is on walking distance. Overall our stay was very good.
Pros: Very good staff, location is near the beach and very peaceful.

Pros: The view from the room was awesome. The surrounding was very serene and relaxing.
Pros: land scaping is good. consideration of special requests.
Cons: luggage carrying provisions is difficult. sport facilities are poor.
Pros: Very nice place and service
Pros: Though the hotel itself is located far from both the Airport and the Railway Station, it was quite close to most of the beaches in South Goa. The breakfast served at the hotel was delightful however the quantity served wasn't adequate. The housekeeping and belldesk staff were very professional and always available if anything was required. The restaurant overlooks the only swimming pool of the property that isn't well maintained. Everything else was good. There was no night entertainment at this property during the time we travelled. Security is tight.
Cons: The swimming pool was not at all maintained and the water was unclean to bathe in. The restaurant manager was shrewd was hardly available. The is a mini basket ball court at this property but no balls available to play the sport as a hobby. We were charged additionally for Tea for one day though we never ordered it as the signature on the receipt wasn't mine, but had to pay for it to get our luggage released by the staff.
With a stay at Treehouse Nova in Cansaulim, you'll be a 2-minute drive from Arossim Beach and 5 minutes from Uttorda Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice place
Pros: The Treehouse Nova at Cansaulim is a charming place with excellent facilities and really good value for money! The family rooms we stayed in were quite spacious, with large bathrooms and kitchenettes. This was important, because we visited during the monsoon season and had to spend a lot of time indoors, but we never felt cramped. The free breakfast alone is worth the money, delicious Indian dishes every morning! The staff were really helpful and also helped with our transportation requests. Excellent beaches nearby, within walking distance, and Cansaulim market area is roughly 0.5 km away.
Cons: There is really nothing to mention. The location is a bit off-center but there are excellent beaches nearby. When there were power cuts, the smell of the diesel generator bothered a bit.
Pros: Clean Good staff Everyone couteous Debo in kitchen . Good cook
Cons: Silent Clean
Pros: Excellent accommodation and very clean. Room serviced every day to a high standard. Very polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Power cuts. Great shower but not always hot.
Pros: A quiet location, super-friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Close proximity to the airport.
Cons: The property is bit further away from shops or restaurants. The menu for in in-room dining/restaurant seemed to be a bit pricey. Could surely improve on the food quality.
Pros: Staff very helpful 15 min walk to beach
Cons: A little isolated but ideal for a getaway.
Pros: Fresh food!!!
Cons: Music in the lobby is recommended
With a stay at Figueiredo Heritage Inn in Loutolim, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Casa Araujo Alvares and Ancestral Goa. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Fantastic hospitality from pedro and team. Wonderful location and beautifully preserved house in a quaint goan village.
Pros: The owners were really nice and told us all about their family and the house. Breakfast was great and the rooms were also beautiful and very well maintained.
Pros: The 15th century house itself and how beautifully it was decorated and restored.
Pros: The heritage style we liked a lot. Very carm area. The property owners where very kind to adhere all our request. The museum is a must visit in the place which has lot of historic things.
Cons: Mobile signal is poor( I was using Airtel ). If the landlord increases the speed of Wi-Fi and the coverage throughout the house that would help the visitors.
Pros: Authenticity, welcoming hosts and ancient palatial surroundings.
Cons: Sporadic wifi
Pros: Was truly an interesting experience - of old Goan Portugese hospitality. We loved the ambience, the way each room has been so tastefully done up, and the friendly warm welcome from the host.
With a stay at Treebo Waters Edge in Nuvem, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Arossim Beach and Majorda Beach. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: I was up at 8.00 for breakfast before the staff ended up going out for breakfast
Pros: The whole staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. Mr Nikhil,Mr Praveen,Mr Roy,Mr Raghu,Mr Mikhu.. all of them were cooperative in every aspect and made my first solo travel in Goa really awesome. Would love to go there again
Pros: The property looked great from the outside and had a very peaceful location. It had a swimming pool and they even let me stay until 6pm on the day of checkout.
Cons: Bed linen wasn't clean. Floors were dirty, the staff didn't even wipe the floor after having asked them to do so twice. Bathroom wasn't clean. Food that was served on the property was made without any interest (club sandwich just had 3 slices of bread with a few slices of tomatoes, cucumber and onion. No chutney, no cheese, nothing). Food on board the property is a big No.
Pros: Staff, really really really awesome. And hospitality was just great. Location. Food. Everything was very good.
Cons: Should be 2 toilets and little cleaner.
Pros: Its affordable and convenient to travel to railway station or airport and nearby beaches. A pool is always a plus point. The property was at very quite place.
Cons: We opted for 8-Bed Mix Dormitory and the experience was mixed. We met some nice people but the room was stinking. All the beds had foul smell of sweat. The common bathroom and toilets were 6 out of 10. Also the water in the shower goes off for every two minutes.
Pros: The best part of this place is it's comfy beds and swimming pool. There is an in-house restaurant and it was good.
Cons: The restroom is not clean and too small. I know it is a hostel , but they could have maintained it well. There were tissue papers all over the floors which were not cleaned for more than 2 days even after reporting to them

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The reception was not ready when I arrived around early morning and gave the room saying the AC takes time to launch. Anyway the reception looked surprised for my visit and not ready however as my flight was delayed and I came later than checkin time they kindly allowed me to stay 2 more hours after checkout time. That was a very good gesture from the reception.
Cons: The hotel was not clean as I expected based on the previous reviews. There were hair on the blanket, the mirror had spots and bed sheets were quiet hard material. Overall not good experience at all for this price.
Pros: Hot water, cold air con, 15 min walk max to the beach, good simple food.
Cons: No problems.
Pros: Nice clean & tidy. Good value for money Staff friendly. Vicky was very helpful Have a nice small hall for food. Had breakfast which was quite nice & priced average.
Cons: 1)Airplane noise since it is close to the airport 2) Toiletries & towel quality 3) late checkout is charged by the hour. 200rs an hour
Cons: Compact room
Pros: Breakfast was good. Good facilities...
Cons: Slow service. Humid room.

Pros: Great hotel. This was our second stay
Cons: Nothing to dislike

The food was very good and options of 2 restaurants serving excellent food and great breakfast every day.. we stayed from 31 till 5 Nov.. and had a great time and good hospitality from the hotel team.. thanks
Pros: Close to airport. Helpful & friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and good location. Good if slightly expensive restaurant.
Cons: Water drips from air conditioning outside our bedroom doors (maybe due to heavy rain & humidity during the cyclone). Musty smell in elevators (lifts) - mould in A/c units?
Pros: Easy check in, good facilities, good staff
Cons: Had to request multiple times for small things. Team should have been on top of things when requested.
Cons: Water dripping from ceilings. Room lock did not work had to change room. Was disturbed at 1 am by reception... Wrong call
Cons: The dampness in the room needs to be tackled, if a customer is arriving little early then urgency should be for the quick check in.
Pros: ideally located in the town
Cons: it is becoming a junk place very fast. choked wash basins, wifi that never works, very basic breakfast - I had been a regular to this place once..if you try to save by cutting cost on maintenance, make false promise on the facilities, no one will turn up despite the best location in the town
Cons: AC water leakage in corridor to be addressed
Pros: I thought it was really good value for money and so near to goa airport. All staff were so helpful. Would certainly recommend!
With a stay at Meadow Resort in Betalbatim, you'll be a 4-minute drive from Uttorda Beach and 7 minutes from Arossim Beach.
Pros: A simple resort surrounded by greenary. It is near to Madgaon Station and most of South Goa Beaches are few KMS away. Food served is yummy. If any one planning to go South Goa, I would suggest this resort. Staff is really kind, especially the manager Yogesh is very helpful. Kudus to Meadow Team... Will definitely come again!
Cons: Nothing everything was fine
Pros: Location and pool
Cons: Breakfast menu should be expanded..like 1 more dish
Pros: Good comfortable rooms with great pool and view
Cons: Too much chlorine in water due which it affected our skin, eyes
Pros: Good value for money
Pros: Greenery around..
Cons: Difficult to locate
When you stay at Hotel La Paz Gardens in Vasco da Gama, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of Vasco da Gama Port and Baina Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Pros: More break fast item may be included for individual choice.
Cons: Over all very good pleasant to sty there. Food quality is very good.
Pros: The location is convenient if you have an early/ late flight. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The property and room are extremely dated, and did not feel particularly clean (lots of insects crawling around). The hotel is unjustifiably expensive compared to other, much more modern hotels in Goa.
Pros: The staff, the location, the food, the amenities and the cleanliness was to the mark. I strongly recommend this hotel.
Cons: There was nothing that I can complain of
Cons: Nothing as
Pros: Food, pool
Cons: Room needs more colour.
Pros: In house facilities were exceptional - room service / air con / fan / four places to have food in the hotel / great gym (with personal instructor at no extra cost) / outdoor pool, the list goes on. Excellent private drop off to airport included in room price.
Cons: Internet slower than expected - probably due to the establishment having many rooms/guests. Avoid sweet and sour restaurant, poor food- opt for Goan cuisine (much better).
Pros: Very good hotel, good and smiling staff. Good ambience, tasty Breakfast. Will visit again.
Pros: The good. Price. Early check in, immaculately clean room, TV (English movies), AC, Kettle, hot water, safety box in room. Gym, Pool.
Cons: The bad And the ugly. Gym only open till 11 am, and again in the evening. No afternoon use. Pool cold (February). In shade, though 5 sun beds do get sun most of the day. Staff studiously don’t make eye contact as they pass the pool area in case you do something, like ask for a towel, or beer. I had difficulty during check in process as I made mistake with online booking.com (booked double room for 1 person). I realised my mistake and tried to correct at time of booking and offered to pay the INR400 but they didn’t answer email. This had risen to INR1,500 paying on arrival. Still a good price, but hugely frustrated (at my mistake, and their taking advantage). The ugly Two things: 1. probably as a result of my attitude during check in, we were given room 325. I think this is directly underneath some machinery (AC units?) on the roof. It was loud. A deep, booming noise that was a cross between a ships engine room, and the refinery from Mad Max II. I used to work on oil rigs (and loved Mad Max movies) so found the rhythm and vibration from rotating machinery comforting and went to sleep no problem. Not so my wife. Or probably you. 2. But our experience in the restaurant. Wow. The first night was great, to be fair. The second night was a catalogue of disasters. We ordered a bottle of ice cold sparkling wine. They didn’t have any so brought warm still white wine and were surprised we didn’t want it. We then ordered steamed fish, honey pork, chips, rice, naan. The food came as it was ready. Not too unusual for this part of the world, but you would expect a hotel not to serve your chips and naan as a starter and the rest to come when you have finished (chips) or is cold (naan). Then the fish came. It smelled like fish so I only had one bite. My wife poked around at it for a while before we called the waiter over. We are British so hate doing this. Waiter was clueless so we asked for chef to come out.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and approachable Very easy access to the airport Easy access to the beach
Cons: Room wasn’t very clean Bath tub was broken Bed wasn’t as comfy
Cons: The beds had plenty of bed bugs. The wooden flooring completely ripped up. The toilet flooring is pathetic There is only one lift. In fact wanted to check if there is a way out to refund the amount paid for my one night stay. Had to visit the doctor to get my legs examined for the bug bites.
Pros: Location. Very close proximity to beach. Good food and quality. Polite staff.
Cons: There was lot of noise during day, as some staff were carrying painting work and scrubbing work on the 4rd floor.
Cons: Mattress was not good
Pros: Location superb
Cons: The property seems to be old need to be refurnished
Pros: Easy to reach location. Beautiful view. Good staff. Tasty food, even the buffet. Also you can view fighter jets that take off from Goa airport

Pros: No Vegetarian food
Cons: South Indian Vegetarian
Pros: Should have been a good resort but too run down Staff very helpful, gave us a free room as our flight was delayed
Cons: Too far away from night life (bars, restaurant) and the only restaurant on site was poor, kept running out of food and drink. Room service was available but no phone in room ?? Pool furniture virtually non existent and what they had was broken. Gaps between wood on chalets, lots of insects coming in Shower dirty
Pros: The property has really nice, green grounds with two pools and is very quiet and relaxing. The huts are really nice and the en suite bathroom is good too. Nice big comfy beds as well! There was quite a few bugs but you’re staying in huts so it can’t be helped and not a major problem.
Cons: The WiFi didn’t work for the first two days. We only got to use the pool at the bottom which over looked the sea on the first day as the staff were doing work on it after this which was disappointing. The staff messed up our food order at dinner on the first night and the service was very slow. Our food orders were right from then on though. There is no gym, it’s just outdoor resistance machines which aren’t the best.
Pros: Staff and the ambeiance
Cons: Lights were going off many times
Pros: RAT AND LIZARD WERE ROAMING ALL OVER THE ROOM. RESTUARANT WAS VERY COSTLY. POOL WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL. EXORBITANT CHARGES FOR ALL THING
Cons: FOOD, ROOM AND NEARBY AREA
Pros: Incredible views...Lovely bed...commune with nature
Cons: No reclining chair in the room...and a reading library...collection of novels etc for guests to read...
Pros: I love that beautiful and peaceful place Food is very tasty and view cannot be better The smell of food in room is so nice For my friend it seemed boring there and for me no - this is paradise.
Cons: No Wi-Fi in the room that's very uncomfortable And no phone U have to use ur own simcard and phone. But what if I don't have? So I have always to walk if I need anything. AC was turning on very difficult. Not just on off button but with lucky combination. It took few time and was very stressful especially when is night time and u want to sleep
Pros: I liked the location and greenary
Cons: Staff, staff were cold. Pool was not maintained, steps broken
Cons: Pool was very dirty.
