Pros: Very friendly. You can ask anything. Very quiet and chill. very nice and clean pool. Refrigerator on the room. Supermercators and restaurants very near by. Super nice breakfast. We had a roof terrace. They came every day for cleaning the room. Very good airconditioning on the room. We were totally relaxed afterwards.
Pros: There was a swimming pool which was good. The lady was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Cons: There is not much to do in the area and it’s a little too quiet for our liking.
Pros: Breakfast was very good. The history of the place. Nice garden.
Cons: It was too cold and damp in the rooms. After first night even own cloths got damp and it was cold to put them on. Conditioner was in one room and on the next day, it got better and third day we used the shower, because it was too cold to get the shower.
Pros: Pool was large and refreshing. The owner gave us good tips for beaches and great tips for local food. Nice gardens. Originally we booked a room without a kitchen. That was our booking mistake, as you really need to be able to fix a meal because of the location. The owners were very helpful to move us into a room with a kitchen as soon as it became available. Bottom line, book a room with a kitchenette.
Cons: WiFi was only usable at the reception. We are not keen on internet on holidays but you will need WiFi to plan your days as the location is pretty far from anything. It’s a beautiful large old property with lots of potential to develop and refine. Doors do not have any mosquito nets which in our case was necessary because there were many flies and mosquitos, this also meant that sitting on the pretty veranda was not possible at night. Mind you the region had a very rainy June which could explain why it was full of mosquitos, as locals claim normally it’s not. Some knowledge of Italian or French will help a lot, as English will not help you.
