An excellent location in the middle of Lugo town. Well placed for visiting Bologna and Ravenna, but little to offer in Lugo itself. The hotel is good quality and the staff friendly. No hot water in the bathroom on two occasions.
Breakfast, big room, nice town, good reception service
Staff was very helpful. My baggage didn't arrive for 1-1/2 days, and they were very good about calling the airport for me mutiple times, as well as making toiletries available. Cotignola is a small town, and this hotel is the best place to stay - clean, internet access, centrally located, staff speaks english, restaurant is very nice, breakfast included, air conditioned rooms.
It's clean and quiet to live and the service is good.
staff; restaurant; internet 3 € for all days; very good everything please do more days with this price
Comfortable beds, great big bathroom, cleanliness. The view (of a backyard).
The little town of Lugo was a really pleasant surprise - wonderful to walk around and the hotel was fantastic. Very welcoming, great service, nice breakfast. Highly recommended.
the friendly staff at the receiption, central position of the hotel, quiet there should be at least one german tv channel( they sakid they were rearranging channels at that time), bread at breakfast improveable!
I wanted a quit hotel inside a small town, for a one-night break in a drive to my holidaylocation. This hotel has private parking, a nice central location, great hotel for this price.
When booking a double room for sibgle use, the bedsize was listed as "kingsize". The bed in the room consisted of two side-by-side single beds.
good location for station and city centre and still peaceful and relaxing
Convenient location. Great breakfast. By and large the staff were excellent. Lack of easy chair with reading light in room. The room was small on the top floor. The bathroom floor was not cleaned before or during my stay. I think this was a Euro 62.00(cheapest advertised) rather than Euro 82.80 (as paid)
It's a good hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.
I stayed there for two nights, during my Italy Trip. From all the Hotels, it was the one with the friendliest stuff, best breakfast an the biggest room.
A comfortable hotel that was conveniently located, and served an excellent breakfast
Location Nothing that i had not expected
Located a block from the rail station, the hotel is clean, the beds are good and the staff were courteous and efficient. You seemed to need a credit card to use the in-room safe.
Promptitude and city knowledge of the clerk
A friendly, comfortable, simple hotel, with helpful staff and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the major sites.
The hotel is very near the station, water bus etc. The accommeodation is clean and fair for a small hotel particularly in Venezia. The breakfast area was only fair.
Walking distance to city centre & most of the World Heritage sites which have mosaics. Excellent information from staff, who spoke good English. Free parking.
size of the room. easy to find. toilet not very clean. Some hair out of the shower and next to the wc
Staff,cleaniness and rooms
The location of the hotel is good and at reasonable distance from imola centre and the autodromo. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Also the halls equiped with led lights at various angles are different from the usual. The breakfast was ok and the serving personal helpful and friendly The reception personal was cold and direct. The shower cabin looked unprofessional with its sharp edges. The breakfast was ok but nothing too great.
We booked the hotel in order to attend the Imola circuit for the World Superbikes weekend. It was within walking distance and was a good choice in this respect. The breakfast lacked variety for all tastes, although there was nothing wrong with what was available, but a better selection is usually available in 4* hotels.
Very spacious and luxurious, kingsize bed Only paid WiFi internet
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the town center, where the restaurants and a few historic sites are located. The railroad station is a little farther from the hotel. It's a pleasant walk, except in hot weather when you're going to dinner. A taxi downtown costs approximately 8 EU, and there is also a restaurant in the hotel.
Friendly staff, quiet location in the "sleeping" district of the city. Leaking pluming in bathroom and unpleasant smell from ventilation which was connected with restaurant's kitchen few floors above definitely made some trouble.
Good restaurant for the dinner. Free garage parking and internet.
there are no surprises, everything is at a very acceptable and pleasing standard
Very stylish Hotel with excellent facilities and the room was 5 star
The hall and bar are very nice; it's nice to arrive in the hotel. Lots of parking. Large room with good beds. The room was very hot and we couldn't get the temperature down. The air was very dry so pay attention when you arrive that you regulate the heating/airco instrument.
Room was clean and nice It was not written on the booking.com page, that you have to pay an extra 20€ per person for using the Wellnessarea. Plus, there they wanted to charge us other 3 € just for using a big towel. At breakfast no one asked us for a coffee or tea. Breakfast itself was not what you might expect at a Hotel with 4 stars.
Location,Easy to find and access to Venice raod SS309. Free parking No any computer to use for customer.
Fine place to stay, fine staff. Free shuttle to Ravenna City Center.
Everything including the free navetta! Without doubt the best hotel in Ravenna! Nothing
Very convenient place for business trip. Easy to find te hotel.Close to the ports and road access. free car park.
The stay was nice but the air temperature inside the room could not be adjusted and was set for 24 C too warm for me. Although the whole hotel and region were could outside. I like to have a colder room
Free wifi, confort, nice persons, I really appreciated my stay in this hotel! near of Imola race Nothing, it was great!
The overall comfort
The hotel manager Frederico was excellent, we had a few problems not related to the hotel, however, this gentleman sorted everything out with a smile. Thanks again Frederico. We vwe could have stayed longer.
We spent two fantastic nights at this hotel... the bathroom was a real treat... it was a big room with a jacuzzi bath and seperate rain shower. The staff were friendly and helpful as were those in the bar attached. Imola town is a 10-15 minute walk away... no need to drive there as the town is mostly pedestrianised... it is a bustling, beautiful and historic place... we arrived during a music festival and had a great time.
Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent value for money No
We were upgraded into a better room at no charge. The bed was very comfortable. The room was recently updated. Excellent value for the money.
i liked a lot the area and the atmosphere of the hotel.staying in this hotel was very pleasant for me
Reasonably priced, quiet high standard room with internet connection, helpful reception staff, good breakfast, easy parking, easy to find. Have not seen other customer reviews so cannot comment on their accuracy.
I cannot say a bad word about the Hotel Vittoria. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location of the hotel was excellent. Only a short walk to the centre of the town. We had a very pleasant stay.
The beautiful spacious room, and the polite friendly staff. If you like shopping it is the perfect location. would have like access to a hotel bar and to be able to sit and have a beverage before going out to eat etc. f
the room 111 no bar
Good position in a beautiful building; large room; good breakfast; possibility of parking nearby at no cost (during holidays)
location, cleanliness and staff current refurbishment, noise was slightly offputting. some seating needs attention or replaced and some choice for english breakfast even if only toast
Nice Hotel, friendly staff No bar in the evening
The ambiance of the hotel.
Very central location and friendly staff Decor was a bit dated but everything was spotless and well-maintained.
Clean, nice, tastefull interior, staff spoke good english hard bed,
Beautiful 'Old World' feel to the hotel, great place to stay in Faenza
nice reception, good service, excellent hall for breakfast no, anything.
you get a lot for your money
There are three thinngs that stay out when chossing a hotel;bathroom, quiet location and bed. On these three accounts the hotel gets good marks My stay was to short
clean, modern room more light lunch and dinner meal service [in US we might call it a 'coffee shop']
Very nice design and larger rooms. Breakfast was OK. Hotel surroundings are not very nice and you need a car to go to a restaurant to have dinner.
Efficient, clean, comfortable Except late at night when it was finally turned off, there was loud bad music playing in the hallways continuously. It added nothing to the ambience and was very annoying.
No restaurant in hotel or closeby
easy to check-in, easy to check-out. easy access from motorway, available parking. power breakdown in my room - was fixed by desk personnel. No hot water in the morning - failure in the hotel system.
Value for money Its position in ravenna - almost impossible to find. Also very far from centro.
modern style, very clean, good staff
A very friendly hotel , nothing was to much trouble
Location very good only a few mins from beach and very quiet rooms
Dated more old fashion tourist hotel. Nice location. Good basic breakfast. Nice terras and swimming pool outside. 10 Minutes near the beach Unfriendly welcome. Simple basic room. Small badroom. Restaurant with limited menue. Parking in street behind. No CNN or English stations.
Nice and quiet location, friendly staff, clean beach. Very good dinners - wide choices of pastas and tasty local wines.
Loation very good for beach and touring. Food good. Staff top class, pleasant and friendly, attentive and helpful. We booked for 4 days and stayed 8, which says it all. Mattresses rather hard. The local Tourist Information could beef up its information on the area and have better hand-outs (I know that's off the point but it's part of the package).
Swimming pool, reception, large hall for breakfast
It was ideal for a beach vacation. After a day at the beach, the hotel afforded luxury and fine service.
The hotel has the friendliest and most attentive staff imaginable. It attracts regulars who return every year with their families. The couple running the hotel are very friendly and helpful, and organise extra free of charge activities e.g. lectures, late night spaghetti, gala dinners, buffet around the swimming pool. Very comfortable lounge area with large choice of newspapers and magazines, mostly in Italian. Half board includes as much food as at an southern Italian wedding! Sound proofing poor as in many modern Italian apartment buildings. Expect to listen to high heels and objects falling on the parquet day and night. This is a particular problem in high season when the hotel is full of boisterous Italian families on holiday. The hotel helpfully arranged a move to a room suffering less frantic high heel noise but this could not be eliminated totally. The rooms are small and the furnishings look as if they date back to the 1950s, but everything is well cared for.
Hotel was comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. The dining room was a confusing experience. we were required to mark our selections on the menu with a pencil. essentially taking our own order.
Very calm hotel and somptuous landscape around it!
We would highly recommend this hotel, it is surrounded by beautiful countryside, amazing views, staff were wonderful a truly wonderful stay, it was the 1st leg of our honeymoon. The restaurant is nice but we found it overpriced and the quality of the food was not great.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location and building stunning and beautiful pool area. The room was disappointing, a bit shabby and small, a very old hard bed. ( maybe left by the monks !) we would book a suite next time.
This is one of the very best hotels we ever stayed at. Superb luxury. Excellent outdoor restaurant. Good swimming pool. Nice rooms. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff.
nice and large rooms very isolated
Everything: location, building, service, food, wine selection, grounds, locality, cleanliness Nothing
The hotel is comfortably located for Toscana and Em-Rom exploration. Close to Bologna but far enough from autostradas. Very late wake up of pool staff. The hotel is more suitable for countryside party than for family holiday.
the hotel is amazing n/a
location 1] aircondioning non functional.2] bed bugs resulting in very painful bites.
The staff was really helpful
Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Comfortable bed. Interesting decor. Bathroom too small. Access from railway station more difficult than anticipated (obviously beyond your control) and this was main reason for choosing the hotel!
The staff were extremely kind. The room was clean, elegant and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is close to Theodoric grave in Ravenna, and at 10 minutes of the city center. It's quiet, comfortable, offers parking and Internet access and a correct breakfast. A quite good value for the money.
Great service nice hotel staff The room was small but they changed us to a bigger room without any extra cost. Great service and friendly staff.
We were amazed at the quality of this hotel for the money. It was very comfortable, we all got great showers in the morning, free wireless internet, the staff were helpful and spoke English, and the buffet breakfast was very good. Highly recommended! Behind train station, so a bit of a walk to the center of town. But convenient if you have an early morning train.
Staff are very kind, helpful and cheerful. Noisy environment (next to main road and railway). The breakfast is nothing to do with any other 4-star property (no eggs, no sausages or anything warm, no orange juice), drinking from plastic glasses during breakfast... awful. Staff are lazy to answer the phone or email inquiries.
The location is good, about a 20 minute walk to main centre. The room was clean and fresh and the hotel was easy to find. AC in my room didn't work and the doors were hanging off the wardrobe. The room was also noisy - i could hear everything the guy in the next room said on the phone. Also breakfast service was non existent. Minor issues but would make impression of hotel overall much better.
city center is in walking distance noise from the street all night, situated at a major intersection
The hotel was modern, clean and with helpful staff The location was poor for us in that it is at the wrong side of the railway line for pedestrian access into the city and therefore involved a long walk
Location is perfect for me ,for a traveler use trains. Very near the station. Hotel prepared the double huge room for me. Hotel staffs are very kind and friendly. Although it was a cold weather in October, heater was on. Thank you very much!! Staffs did not speak English.
Perfect location - just next to the railroad station (no noise from the trains, though!) and very close to the city center. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better - there were no eggs, ham or any other meat products... But still it was not bad.
Staff were very helpful and lovely, the room was spotless, the location was good, and the price was also very good, considering we got a (large) private bathroom to ourselves and a substantial breakfast buffet for much less than other hotels in the city were charging. The room decor is nothing luxurious, but for the price, it's exactly what we'd wanted.
It was good value for money in an excellent location, beside the station and just five minutes walk away from the historic centre. The breakfast might have been better.
Julianna at reception was super and went beyond expected to help us out with information about the area. She was just a very pleasant young woman. Also it was very clean, and the shower was very nice, bed comfortable, felt secure. I wish there had been a computer for use by the clientele. We did find an internet access shop maybe three blocks away, but the atmosphere would have felt safer at the hotel.
The cleanliness Strange lack of art on the walls.
very central location not a spacious and a little bit dark room
The position of the hotel in the pedestrianised centre of Ravenna and helpfulness of staff. Noise of street cleaning in early hours.
Staff on reception very good, knowledgeable & helpful. Breakfast good Wonderfully central. no
its position is perfect for exploring the city of Ravenna, right in the middle, just off the main square
The hotel was in a great location for all the mosaics and amenities The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Wonderful breakfast.
Location was excellent: v. central. Services were friendly and helpful.
Both the room and ensuite bathroom were really spacious and very nicely decorated and furnished. The hotel's restaurant, which specialises in seafood was excellent, though a little formal for our taste. Location was good for going to Imola motor racing circuit, and Faenza is a pleasant town. Restaurant was expensive (but very good so probably worth it). It was fuly booked the first night we were there but the reception recommended a restaurant in Faenza and ordered a taxi for us.
Lovely setting & grounds; but above all an exceptionally good restaurant which was a pleasure to eat at The double row of barbed wire around the edge of it; difficult to find
