Pros: best option in Minsk, period
Cons: could be cheaper...
Cons: The reception was cool, the hotel manager patronizing, the room unacceptably small for a 5 star hotel, a request to upgrade the room after a long time and trying to ask for a paltry $ 14 extra that makes a businessman or corporate owner feel beggar.
Pros: Very good
Cons: Good location
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location. One of theBest you can find in Minsk
Pros: Good location near city center, breakfast was extensive and excellent.
Cons: on the 20th floor the water pressure was a bit low in peak hours.
Pros: The really friendly and helpful staff and in particular the Concierge Nakita
Pros: Clean, tidy hotel, well located, good service.
Cons: There are no spa services at the hotel.
Pros: Location and staff were excellent. Could not be more perfect than to be next to a large shopping centre!
Cons: Thin walls on connecting rooms made for a couple of sleepless nights. Room 1706

Pros: The best Marriott hotel I ever been to. The food, the bed and staff were excellent.
Cons: Not very central.
Pros: It's simply Marriott Reception, restaurant and bar, housekeeping service, security personnel, all helpful and everyone smiling great environment for stay and fun or business meeting, The number one hotel in Minsk, which is my permanent address when I visit Minsk next time.
Cons: I think due to the intensity of the events and full of hotel's room guest, the room service was very slow but it wasn't annoying.
Pros: My room was with a fabulous river view on the highest possible floor as I requested. It was spacious, clean and quiet with a very comfortable kingsize bed. The lobby bar is quite as well and there you can enjoy a good cup of coffee during the day and nice drink in the evening once again with a view to the river. As a person who always searches for hotels that offer good gyms I have to admit that Marriott in Minsk offers the best hotel gym that I have ever visited! It is in Falcon club, which is in the same building as the hotel. The spa centre has a warm jacuzzi, pool and Finnish sauna and were not visited by any people at all. Most of the staff are positive and try to be helpful. I really liked that the hotel is situated in a park just by the river, despite that I already stated this in the comment about my room. But the view was indeed stunning and for me this is what makes the hotel special! The hotel is no more than 10 minutes by taxi away from the historical centre of the city and there you can find as well some great restaurants, bars and clubs.
Cons: The first time I visited the Marriott in Minsk was about 2 years ago in the winter. I would to say that back then the breakfast was much better with a lot more variety. Right now if you come to breakfast about an hour before it ends you may discover that most of plates on the buffet table were empty and that they woould not be reloaded unless you request to a waiter at least once (sometimes 2-3 times). In addition the some of the staff in the restaurant did not spoke good enough English for a five star hotel. I discovered that when some of the waiters during my three-day stay did not understand my simple requests entirely. But still they were positive and trying to help me. Another thing that I did not liked and that I did not expected is that I found that I have to register all the people that come to my room and provide their passports even if they only come to my room just for a short time. The security guard came to my room (he saw trough the surveillance cameras, on my floor, me and my guests) and took their passports to register them even though I invited them just for a short time as I already said. Which disturbed the privacy of my guests and me.
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. Felt like home away from home.

Pros: Friendly staff Nice rooms
Pros: Friendy personnel, clean rooms and good facility overall. Good restaurants are at walking distance.
Cons: I was missing a good gym. The area is not quite welcoming for jogging. Espresso is unreasonably expensive at the bar!
Pros: Very well located: in the centre, but at the same time in tranquil area near the park. The rooms are practical (few things) and well equipped. The bathroom is with the under-floor heating. The tea facilities in the room make a great compliment. The breakfast is variable. The staff is very helpful.
Pros: Great hotel! Very clean and elegant!
Pros: The Restoraunt team was very helpful and accommodated our special needs to our 100% satisfaction.
Pros: It’s a comfortable place, with friendly staff, located in a great area. Breakfast was with very good quality, but variety was limited.
Cons: The interior design
Well located in the Leninsky District district of Minsk, Stary Minsk / Self check-in is located less than 1 km from Dinamo Stadium, a 12-minute walk from Palace of Republic and 1.6 km from Palova Arena. Falcon Club is 5 km from Stary Minsk / Self check-in, while Minsk-Arena is 8 km away. The nearest airport is Minsk National Airport, 40 km from the accommodation.
Pros: a very clean and peaceful place, I’m staying not the first time and every time I’m satisfied
Pros: The bed and the rooms are good. You have your own socket and a light. Little bit of privacy because of the curtain. Although there is no reception most of the times, they answer really fast through the booking.com chat. Location is great within walking distance of almost all of the major sights in Minsk.
Cons: Although the sleeping arrangements where good, the other facilities where okay. As said by others there is just one toilet and shower for everyone and no real kitchen. If you want a place to sleep then yes this hostel is great so you also want more of a hostel vibe than I would not recommend you to stay here.
Pros: Location was perfect.
Cons: Difficult to say I've used hostel only second time in my life.
Pros: Great location, cozy bed with curtains, personal locker, helpful staff that answered all my questions via email
Cons: The washing machine can be used only by staff so you can't do your laundry.
Pros: Clean place on very good location
Cons: Noicy, the sound from Minsk main road enters the dorm very well, even through 2 windows
Pros: There was only a couple of people staying so nice and quiet.
Cons: Was harassed for payment on a special link other than booking.com which has never happened in travels before. They cancelled one half of my booking saying I didn't pay via yet another link. I am glad as it is not a social place at all and is not near restaurants bars or anything of interest. There is no staff, kitchen has no hotplates or anything to cook and they say you can't leave your bags before 2pm or after check out at 11am. Not very hostel like at all!
Pros: Simple but very comfortable hostel. Perfect location.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Pros: The place is nice, especially for walking and cycling, but not for relaxing in the room. If you are in the car, it is convenient to get to the hotel and the city center. The staff is trying but very nervous.
Cons: Very noisy place. On the one hand there is the Prospectus and the batteries of the air conditioning fans, on the other - the ring road and very loud sound from the restaurants and salutes near the hotel. Water does not drain normally in the shower cubicles. The hotel is new but already a little worn.
Pros: Clean room, location is ok, but a bit outside of the city center. But we knew that before.
Cons: You get free entry to the Aquapark and that was the reason why we booked that hotel for 2 days. Sadly the Aquapark was closed on the second day without us being notified. The handling of confidential customer information, like passports(!!!) and passport copies is very disturbing. Several passports lay in plain view and accessible for everybody on the reception desk. Several passport copies lay on the reception desk on various stacks also visible for everybody. The reception staff was pretty unfriendly. Even if guests from Europe are not common, a "good morning" wouldnt hurt...
Pros: room& location

Pros: Excellent hotel example of excellent hotel series company. Good lobby food and acceptable price. SPA is good. 2x big saunas, 25m water pool and Jacuzzi. Especially would like to highlight reception personnel. Very welcomed and ready to help. i ask ladies to print airplane check-in papers on evening before check-out. and ask if they can call taxi for 5am flight. they propose to do a wake-up call to me. in morning also i got brownbag with morning meals upon check-out and all check-out papers was waiting for me.
Cons: slightly far away from City center. however free-of charge shuttle is available at evening. not used but it's there.
Pros: Nothing in particular, a basic hotel
Cons: The food is basic, you are not a walking distance to any restaurant or downtown,no taxi station in the hotel, they order their expensive cars
Pros: Really great - food, staff, building, rooms
Cons: Pool room should be warmer or the water should at least be warmer. Spa offerings are way over market price. Disappointing.
Pros: Great place to stay if you travel with your partner or on your own. Nice gym and spa (incl pool and saunas). Staff was very nice!
Cons: Hotel is a bit pricy, but you got relative services for that.
Pros: New building

Pros: Location, room itself, felt like home
Cons: didn't like when staff was coming in the evening to prepare my bed (I prefer to do it myself) no gluten free bread in 5 star hotel! This could be different...
Pros: Top location;
Cons: Breakfast way too expensive;
Pros: perfect location for minsk for everything, including tourist attractions, shopping, nightlife .. simply the best
Cons: No instructions on the phone in the room, very wired phone. Very noisy location from inside & outside People in reception were kids who are overwhelmed & frustrated I was charged for having beer from minibar which I did not even know the minibar in the room & even after I sworn to God they charged me Rooms open directly to lobby which is again open to 6th floor . Building surrounded by streets & traffic lights from 3 corners They interrogated me on arrival & checked all my passport pages ( though this could be country rules) No good no good

Pros: Bon Hotel is brand new. Very clean and contemporary! City view from our room was pretty good! parking for free is available, but it is too small, just for 4 cars. we used covered parking at next building. You can arrange it on arrival in hotel or in advance, of course for money. Staff is so polite and friendly, girls are so pretty!! Breakfast is available at BonBistro, on the 1th floor. Breakfast was very tasty and various. Bed is soft and comfy. Our room and bathroom were very clean, towels are also soft and clean, hot water was available. We also had a dinner in BonBistro. We would stay there one more time with great pleasure!
Pros: The breakfast was very good and included nice crispy streaky bacon. The restaurant had a selection of Belarussian dishes as well as international dishes.

Pros: I loved this hotel, from the central situation, bedroom, breakfast, everything was fantastic, and I didn't even visit the wellness centre! I had dinner in the restaurant on several occasions and each time was delicious, and no more expensive than outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice!! With hot and cold, sweet and savoury, fish or chicken or beef, it changed every day!! With soup or porridge, pancakes or ham and cheeses, yogurts, eggs, cereals, they had everything! The hotel is 2 mins from the old town, 10mins walk from the Opera where you should spend at least one evening!! And 3mins to the FREE walking tour at 11am from the city hall. Excellent stay, I would definitely recommend
Pros: Excellent location in Old Town. Very good quality-price ratio.
Cons: Hard to access by cars. When I was there, the sauna was closed.
Pros: Convenient location right in the historic centre of Minsk. Wonderful big, comfortable and clean rooms. Historic atmosphere. It was also very quiet so slept well.
Cons: We liked the fact that breakfast buffet was until 11.00 am but the breakfast itself was not very satisfying. The biggest problem was that items run out and they were not replaced. And it wasn´t crowded at all so that was not a problem. Also coffee machine was so slow and not working properly.
Pros: The location and the building itself is really beautiful and well maintained. Receptionists speak good english and were really helpful finding us transportation to the airport. Wifi is really good in the whole hotel.
Cons: The room we stayed in was 207, in the 2nd floor. Though it was mostly nice, it had poor lighting (for instance, no light whatsoever near the wardrobe) and a strange smell, couldn't figure out what was it, but we imagine it had to do with the drain or something like that. Would be great if the breakfast contained more sweet options.
Pros: Great location in the city center and cool lodgings inside a former Monastery.
Cons: The internet barely worked, which made my work trip quite difficult. It would often be too slow to load something or sometimes the network was unavailable.
Pros: Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: When we arrived the room was very hot - we asked to have the temperature lowered - which they did - but we still needed to leave the window open. Today's breakfast a bit uninspiring, but yesterday it was great!
Pros: Historic Facility
Pros: The location was excellent, in the exact centre of Minsk and near one of the trendiest part of town. The unique history of the hotel, it was formerly a monastery,, created an outstanding ambience.
Cons: The breakfast offering was so so and the staff unable to respond to requests, e.g. only fried eggs were available and our guest could have scrambled eggs.. One incident nearly ruined the trip for one of our guests. On checking out he as told that a towel was missing from his room and he had to pay for it before checking out. We insisted that housekeeping double check and, of course, second time round the missing towel was found. The incident was embarrassing. In must say, thought, that the receptionist handled the situation extremely well and apologies profusely. The fault lay entirely with housekeeping. The lack of easy to access parking, especially on the weekends, is also a problem.

Pros: I really like this place. I have stayed there several times. Its in a great location and a wuiet place so no distracting noises the staff are tely helpful
Cons: Breakfast could be better.
Pros: Staying at this hotel every year and it gets better with every visit! Super friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, excellent location, cozy and clean rooms! Definitely recommend and definitely will come back!
Pros: Happy with our choice for our first visit to Minsk. Good breakfast buffet plus custom eggs. All main tourist sites in walking distance (including Museum of the Great Patriotic War—well worth visiting). Metro station relatively close also. Large, modern Galleria shopping center just opposite has several restaurants, and there is a big supermarket in the basement for water, etc.. And a pedestrian street (Komsomoliskaya?) with restaurants and bars is not too far away.
Cons: Kettle was provided but we had to ask for cups and use our own tea and coffee. Our suite overall was large, but had very separate sleeping and sitting rooms which can be either good or inconvenient depending on your needs.
Pros: Very clean and very big the suite room, air condition it is ok. Breakfast it was superb, with many choices. People understand and talk English. Parcking place it is huge. Near the hotel there is a small where you can eat till 10 PM. I order transfer from the airport and it was 10 Belarus ruble or 35 $. It was included in the invoice that I received. The price it is fair.
Cons: Near coffee maker it was no coffee or tea pieces
Pros: A small new hotel in a quiet yet central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast check-in. It was so nice of them to prepare a huge breakfast for me to take away since I had no time to take it at the hotel.
Pros: Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Yulija who greeted me upon checkin and checkout. Location was great. Room was very spacious. A good selection of foods at breakfast (though the hot foods could be made to stay warm, as they were cold).
Cons: There was a loud noise like metal clapping when the wind was blowing the first night and I had the window open. Fortunately the AC worked the next night and I was able to keep the window closed.
